For the price and pictures we were expecting the shower to have hot water, but it doesn’t.

Reviewed Jan 3, 2023Staff helped us switch to more suitable-sized room without any change in fees. Good low-budget option if you do not mind steep stairs and basic asian wet-room style bathrooms or going elsewhere for meals (nearby Epic Arts cafe and Malay Garden cafe both excellent options)
Got what we paid for ultimately, it's a cheap low-end option. Staff unaware I had already paid in full online, so need to improve their own information systems
