Había cierta humedad. Yo recibí la residencia privada al costado por cincuenta euros xk pedí habitación para mi sola, pero no caía calor y tuve mucho frío. Las luces no funcionaron bien…

Es gab ein paar Verständigung Schwierigkeiten wegen der Ankunftszeit, aber ansonsten eine rundum tolle Anlage mit großer Küche und einem Außenbereich.

Ho chiesto (via messaggio) la presenza di parcheggio privato o al chiuso per la mia moto, il boss (o presunto tale) mi scrive che non c'è NESSUN PROBLEMA e conferma; io prenoto esclusivamente perché c'è il parcheggio recintato. Al mio arrivo il parcheggio era in strada, il presunto boss mi dice che lui e nessuno mi ha inviato il messaggio (che invece ho scannerizzato e vi allego). SONO DOVUTO ANDARE VIA ed ho pagato un hotel con parcheggio privato: hotel As Areas II, Avenida Santiago, 22, 27850 Viveiro, Spagna (serissimi).

Comfortable room and felt pretty private the way the beds were set up, nice to have bathrooms both up and downstairs. Kitchen was well equipped, and it was good to be right on the Camino for the next day.

The hosts were really rather unwelcoming, I myself had a few bad experiences, as well as other people. Upon eating in the evening I stood up to wash my plate and the lady tapped the table very passive aggressively to tell me to wipe it, which I had been planning on doing after cleaning my plate. After cleaning my plate the lady chased me up to the dorm to tell me I had to put the plate away immediately after cleaning, I have never been told off in such a way, not even by my mother in my own home, let alone by a stranger who I have paid money to! Further to this, in the morning when I was leaving the host tried to get me to pay again as he had decided I hadn’t had a booking after all - I explained that I used a contraction of my name on booking.com and so had paid in full but it was different to my passport. He wouldn’t take no for an answer for around 20 minutes until I went into the office and pointed out to him the clear booking in my name which couldn’t have been anyone else, which was just pretty annoying as this hasn’t been an issue anywhere else. Besides this I just feel if it’s a misunderstanding he could have handled it in a friendlier way. Other people told me the Hosts were saying things about the guests in the evening, knowing most of the non spanish speakers couldn’t understand - in particular making comments about 2 Chinese girls stealing things from the fridge, which felt racist and uncomfortable. The laundry was more expensive than other places I have been, kitchen was dirty and smelly with lots of flies, and kitchen hours are not observed it seems as someone fried something at 10pm and it made the whole hostel stink. Further to all of this, the floor in the rooms shook violently any time people walked, so at night all I could hear was lockers rattling and the floor shaking - slept SO badly.

Esta gente son unos cracks te sientes como en casa. Y la decoracion y los detalles, la limpieza un 10 para ser un albergue.

Los hospitaleros fueron muy amables en todo momento, pudimos elegir la habitación compartida en la que nos sintiéramos más cómodas. Además la cocina está completamente equipada y pudimos cocinar con tranquilidad.

Hotel war bei Ankunft um 20:00 geschlossen. Andere Bewohner haben mich eingelassen. Da mein ge uchtes Zimmer verschlossen war, habe ich die Nacht statt im bezahlten Einzelzimmer im 16 Betten Schlafsaal verbracht. Kommentar des Rezeptionisten, den ich am nächsten Tag sprechen konnte "It is okay"

Hôte très agréable, chambre spacieuse, possibilité de laver et sécher du linge. Beau coin cuisine commun aux autres chambres .

Podría ser un albergue precioso pero le falta limpieza, ya solo al entrar y ver cómo estaba el suelo de la recepción te dabas cuenta… La cocina estaba muy sucia, la zona de duchas era sombría y con muchísima humedad. Es una pena porque las habitaciones y los wc de la planta de arriba eran nuevos y bonitos. Pero no sé si por el hecho de tener esas paredes de piedra, lo convertían en un ambiente nada acogedor…

Da proximidade á Catedral e restaurantes e bares apesar de ser uma localidade pequena.

O peregrino que ficou ao meu lado parecia uma orquestra sinfónica. Coisas do caminho.

Avevamo la camera separata, pulita, comoda e accogliente.

The double room and private bathroom were both spacious, the bed very comfortable. Access to a shared kitchen. Thick stone walls.

Helt ok boende. Lite mörkt, speciellt matsalen. Ligger fint nära kyrkan och affärer.

Las instalaciones bien, por encima de la media de albergues.

El personal y el trato. Teniendo reserva previa y cobrada con antelación a través de Booking para una habitación privada a nuestra llegada ya no estaba disponible. La persona que atendía argumentó con indiferencia "se la dimos a alguien que llegó antes". La única solución ofrecida es cuarto común compartido devolviendo la diferencia o devolver el dinero. Las instalaciones no estaban nada mal pero la actitud del hostelero demostró total falta de profesionalidad. Deja mucho que desear. Recomiendo a las personas que hagan reservas en este lugar que se aseguren de que está todo correcto porque es posible que si alguien llega antes pierdas la habitación que ya tenías reservada y pagada. No repetiría en este lugar solo por la falta de confianza que genera este tipo de atenciones.
