Mit dem Code an der Gebäudetür etwas schwierig. Übers Handy gings. Lüften war problematisch, da im "rauchfreien" Gebäude eine Etage darunter heftig geraucht und gegrillt wurde.

Чисто и удобно, нищо не липсваше. Перфектна локация - намира се до гарата , от където тръгва и шатъла за летището, на пешеходно разстояние от централната част на града.

Идеальное расположение, прямо напротив вокзала! Комнаты очень чистые, приятные. Выдают очки для сна и беруши. Есть чай, кофе! Удобное бесконтактное заселение, прекрасная коммуникация через whatsapp.

Die Cautch! Mann könnte nicht da drauf schlafen, jeder Drehung war laut und andere waren jedesmal wach.

Sve je bilo tačno i jako jednostavno. Dobilo smo pola sata ranij šifru od vremena kada smo trebali dobiti. SVe uredno, čisto. Ima sve šta treba. SVe novo, udobni kreveti, jastici. Odlično sve! Moja preporuka!

Sve je u redu, nemam zamerke. Super je sve bilo.

Küche eher klein. Daher weniger geeignet für ‚komplizierte‘ Gerichte.

Die Unterkunft ist schön und modern eingerichtet und zudem sehr zentral gelegen. Der Flughafen ist in nur etwa 10 Minuten erreichbar. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die top ausgestattete Küche, in der es an nichts fehlt.

Das Zustellbett bzw. die Schlafcouch war leider eine absolute Katastrophe und für uns wirklich eine Zumutung. Selbst bei einem Kind mit nur etwa 30 kg hat sie bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung unerträglich laut gequietscht, sodass ein erholsamer Schlaf kaum möglich war. Das Bett war dadurch praktisch nicht nutzbar. Hier besteht aus unserer Sicht dringend Verbesserungsbedarf. Für warme Sommernächte war es im Zimmer leider viel zu warm. Unser Zimmer lag direkt zum Bahnhof hin, wodurch es bei geöffnetem Fenster extrem laut war. Aufgrund der starken Geräuschkulisse war es nachts praktisch nicht möglich, das Fenster offen zu lassen, was bei den hohen Temperaturen besonders unangenehm war.

Все супер, зручно. Продумано до дрібниць. Поряд з вокзалом, автобусами в аеропорт. Тому - сміливо рекомендую

З негативного - сусіди, що курили на балконі поряд з нашими вікнами, слухали пізно музику і розмовляли

Ottima posizione vicino alla stazione treni,bus, e flexi . Ottima struttura nuova dotata di tutti i confort. Cucina con thè e caffè a disposizione.

Avrei gradito la presenza fisica per fare cek-hin. Ed eventuale assistenza in loco.

Es gibt keine Rezeption. Der Türcode funktionierte nicht, ich stand 40 Minuten vor der Eingangstür, der Service war per WhatsApp nicht in der Lage, mir zu helfen. . Daraufhin habe ich mir ein anderes Hotel gesucht und habe die Rückerstattung meiner Zahlung gefordert.

La struttura si trova vicinissima alla stazione ferroviaria, la posizione perfetta, non abbiamo avuto difficolta a parcheggiare la nostra auto. Tutto funziona senza incontrare nessuno, prenotazione ed invio documenti online, ricevuto il codice di accesso siamo entrati nella stanza senza difficoltà. Stanza spaziosa molto pulita e comoda. Assolutamente consigliabile.

L'ingresso è un po anonimo ma non si può considerare affatto un problema.

per entrare in appartamento è stato relativamente semplice: le chiavi di accesso ci sono state fornite in via digitale il giorno stesso del check-in. Camera e bagno molto spaziosi; all'interno troverete una macchina del caffé con le capsule qualora voleste usufruirne. L'appartamento si trova di fronte la stazione ferroviaria e dei bus, molto comoda per chi deve andare in aeroporto.

L'appartamento si trova su una via principale molto trafficata, potrebbe risultare scomoda per alcuni ospiti (il proprietario comunque mette a disposizione dei tappi per le orecchie).

Es la segunda vez que me quedo en este sitio, la verdad que me gusta mucho, todo perfecto( limpieza, ubicación, acceso ) Viajo todos los años de España a Rumanía y siempre hago una parada a mitad camino....y hace 2 años que la hago en Alemania

No tiene parking...pero las 2 veces encontré justo en frente del edificio, así que de lujo .... los domingos es gratis y entre semana es gratis de 19 a 9. Asi que tuvimos suerte y aparcamos justo en frente 😊

Elevator needs precise instructions. We needed time to figure it out.

La ubicación es inmejorable, al lado de la estación de tren y autobús y una parada de taxi, y a la vez cerca del centro y de un supermercado. La amplitud de la habitación es genial y tiene todo lo necesario en la zona de cocina. Ideal para viajar en invierno.

Para verano no lo recomiendo. Tiene ventilador pero no aire acondicionado y si abres las ventanas, la calle es muy ruidosa. Aunque incluyen tapones para los oídos para cada huésped.

Appartamento dotato anche di cucina, ottimo se si viaggia con figli. Ha anche un supermercato molto vicino per prendere il necessario per cucinare. Ottimo il sistema di check-in - checkout, tutto automatico con cellulare. Abbiamo anche trovato posto auto davanti all'appartamento che per la notte è anche gratuito

The gyros place downstairs was playing super loud music until I had to go down at 11.30pm As there is no reception at this stay, no one knows or cares about the exterior

Ottima posizione vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e vicino al centro storico, stanza pulita e accogliente.

L'assenza di un host. Chek in autonomo. Non c'è nessuno a cui chiedere informazioni e/o altro. Il prezzo molto alto, senza neanche la colazione inclusa. Non è stata neanche rifatta la stanza.

Modernes, sauberes Zimmer mit guten Betten. Gastger hat kaltes Wasser im Kühlschrank bereitgestellt.

Sehr laut direkt gegenüber vom Bahnhof gelegen. Apartment war durch die sommerliche Witterung stark aufheizt, sodass wir zwangsläufig mit offenen Fenster schlafen mussten und dadurch erheblich durch den Lärm am gegenüberliegenden Bahnhof gestört wurden. Ruhe kehrte erst nach Mitternacht ein bevor es morgens gegen 5h wieder los ging. Unserer Nacht war daher wenig erholsam für unsere Weiterreise nach Norditalien am nächsten Tag. Somit bitte nur in der kühleren Jahreszeit in Betracht ziehen!

Perfecto para tomar un tren temprano y a unos pasos del centro histórico. En check in y el check out con el móvil funcionó muy bien. Apartamento muy cuidado y con muchos detalles como café y te.

Espaiós i ben equipat

No hi ha aire acondicionat, a l'estiu cal dormir amb la finestra oberta i està situat davant estació. El ventilador no és suficient

War richtig warm

Zimmer war schön und zentral gelegen, alles sauber und auch sonst wie beschrieben. Um die Ecke haben wir einen günstigen Parkplatz bekommen für die Nacht. Für das Frühstück empfehlen wir die Bäckerei Brommler am Marktplatz.

Auf dem Kopfkissen lagen schon Ohrstöpsel und wir haben dann auch schnell verstanden warum: Das Zimmer hatte keine Klimaanlage, also mußte man an dem ultra-heißen Tag das Fenster komplett aufmachen. Es ist eine zentrale Straße direkt am Bahnhof vorbei. Dazu kommt eine Fußgänger-Ampel, die alle 3 Minuten laute Töne von sich gibt (für Blinde). Mit den Ohrstöpseln ging es, ohne wäre es nicht gegangen.

Great location next main train station. Basically everything you needed. The ease of getting in and out of room and building.

Im not sure sure if the place is pretty new or if its the building works that was going on but their was a fine dust on the walls that transferred on whatever touched it. The place wasn't dirty at all but the wall may need a wipe down.

L'appartement est très bien équipé : il y a tout le nécessaire et même plus. La propreté est irréprochable et la literie très confortable.

Nous avons cherché à effectuer le code auprès des boîtes à lettres alors que le code était à saisir de l'autre côté de la porte. Peut-être faudrait-il indiquer dans le message avec les codes que celui-ci est à effectuer à droite de la porte d'entrée. C'est juste une toute petite amélioration à apporter car sinon tout est formidable.

Struttura molto bella e accogliente.Le procedure di check-in e check-out sono state veloci e senza intoppi tramite app. Le camere si trovano in una posizione eccellente, proprio al centro di Memmingen, perfetta per spostarsi ed esplorare la città comodamente a piedi.Consigliato!

Schönes Appartement, frisch renoviert, sauber und schön. Betten weich und bequem. Zusatz-Sofa halt ein Ausklappsofa, aber man kann gut drauf schlafen. Die Dusche ist sehr schön. Guter, starker Ventilator vorhanden.

Die Lüftung fiept wenn sie stark an ist und es gab keine Möglichkeit, das auszuschalten. Nur Ohrenstöpsel helfen und Geduld. Macht man das Fenster auf, dann ist es laut von der Straße (Piepsende Fußgängerampel).

L' ubicazione in ottima posizione, pulizia ottima, personale cortese, e buoni i servizi offerti

La mancanza di un condizionatore, un ventilatore non è stato sufficiente per sopperire al caldo delle giornate, mancanza di una veranda per i fumatori, il disordine nelle scale dovuti a lavori di manutenzione.

Moderne gut ausgestattete und zentral gelegene Appartments. Im Appartment mangelt es an nichts. Check in und Check out sehr unkompliziert. Alles gut zu finden.

Leider keine Klimaanlage, was im Hochsommer sehr anstrengend sein kann. Fenster waren zur Hauptstraße und zum Bahnhof, so dass man nicht wirklich durchlüften konnte, weil es aussen sehr laut war.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und sehr gut gelegen.

Der Preis ist viel zu hoch. Das Schlafsofa quietscht bei jeder Bewegung.

De check in was volledig digitaal en dit werkte goed. De kamer was schoon en gevestigd op een mooie locatie in Memmingen.

De slaapbank die aangeboden werd kraakt als een gek. Eerlijk gezegd geen idee of dit een veelvoorkomend probleem is bij slaapbanken, maar deze kraakte in ieder geval gigantisch. Daarnaast was het extreem warm in het appartement (we hadden ook wat pech dat we op een hele warme dag overnacht hebben, maar geen faciliteit op de koelen). Erg gehorig als je het raam open zet (treinstation tegenover de kamer, kozen we ook voor) maar door de warmte in het appartement moesten we wel het raam open laten. Al met al dus een meer dan prima accommodatie, vooral als je met z’n tweeën bent en geen gebruik hoeft te maken van de slaapbank én dat het de dag van overnachten niet bloedheet is buiten ;).

Ottimo il check in online automatico che ci ha permesso anche di risolvere un problema con il codice di accesso alla struttura. Struttura nuova, ottime camera e bagno.

Par cik ēkā uz doto brīdi notika remontdarbi,nebija pieslēgti kondicionieri. Bija karsti. Ventilators nespēja atdzesēt.

Ist grad gegenüber vom Bahnhof. Das Zimmer sehr gross und sehr gut ausgestattet. Self Check in und Self Check out, hat sehr gut funktioniert.

Die Hitze!!! Als ich in das Zimmer kam, war es als würde ich in eine Sauna eintreten! Es war schon ein Ventilator da, war aber zu laut und mit dem offenen Fenster kann man nicht schlafen, wegen den Autos.

Местоположението е удобно- точно до жп. гарата и автогарата . Всичко е ново , чисто и уютно.

Въведохме кода в машинката за пощенската кутия вместо на мястото до вратата- да се сложи уточнение.Вратата на етажа беше заключена в 21 часа и се наложи да търсим начин да влезем в стаята си - да се напишат инструкции , че трябва да се ползва асансьор след определен час и къде се намира.

Everything was simply perfect. The apartment's location could hardly be better. It is situated right next to Memmingen's main railway station, with the central bus terminal directly in front of the building. From our window we could watch the trains arriving and departing, as well as the intercity, local, and airport shuttle buses. Despite this incredibly convenient location, the apartment was surprisingly quiet. We were genuinely amazed. Even with the window open throughout our stay during the warm July weather, we were barely disturbed by any outside noise. Memmingen itself is such a peaceful town, and walking through its streets feels like stepping into a Bavarian fairy tale. The apartment is spacious, thoughtfully designed, and the kitchen was equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was easy to prepare a meal whenever we felt like taking a break from restaurants. Everything was spotlessly clean and very well organised. What impressed us most was the attention to detail. Numerous small touches reflected the management's and staff' professionalism, care, and genuine commitment to making their guests feel comfortable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring an excellent night's sleep. Whenever we return to Memmingen, this apartment will undoubtedly be our first choice, provided it is available and the price remains as reasonable as it is now.

Posizione tranquillissima e comodissima, in quanto vicina alla stazione.

Consiglierei un'insegna più chiara (ad altezza d'uomo) perché appena arrivati alla posizione non era chiarissimo dove fosse il luogo.
