Es ist eine wunderschöne Wohnung, die kaum zu übertreffen ist. Es ist alles vorhanden, was nötig ist, sehr sauber und sehr gemütlich. Die Vermieter haben wir leider nicht persönlich kennen gelernt, hatten aber einen sehr netten WhatsApp Kontakt. Wir würden immer wiederkommen 🤩

Vriendelijke gastvrouw, appartement was volledig ingericht en van alle comfort voorzien, heel proper, rustige wijk, centraal gelegen tussen Luzern en Zurich.

Daire'nin büyüklüğü iyiydi. 4 kişilik bir ailenin rahatlıkla kullanabileceği bir yerdi. Açık plan mutfak ve salon yeterince büyüktü. Büyüklük açısından memnun kaldığımız bir deneyimdi. Evin temizliği çok iyiydi. Mutfak ekipmanları yeterince vardı ve detay olarak hoşuma giden bir husus ana ürünler (tuz, biber ve diğer baharatlar vs) evde vardı. Otoparkı önünde mevcut ve bizim açımızdan otoparkı kullanmış olmak çok önemliydi. Ev sahipleri her konuda iletişim kurabileceğiniz kişilerdi kendilerine teşekkür ediyoruz. Yürüyerek birkaç dakikalık mesafedeki markete ulaşabilirsiniz. Eve ayrıca ayakkabı ile girilmemesine de çok sevindik.

Pencerelerde perde yada panjur olmaması özellikle sabahın da erken saatte olması nedeniyle içeriye fazlaca güneş girmesine neden oluyor.

Gute Lage, Gastgeber unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. An Ausstattung war alles vorhanden, sehr sauber. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We had a very pleasant stay and were completely satisfied with the apartment. Everything was exactly as described, clean, well prepared, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The communication was excellent throughout, and all information was provided clearly and promptly. Although the village may seem small and a little outside the main tourist areas, it proved to be a very convenient location for our trip. We used the apartment as a stopover during our journey and even spent a day visiting Lucerne from there. Public transportation was excellent. There was a bus stop in the center of the village and a train station within walking distance at the other end of town. As one would expect in Switzerland, everything was reliable, punctual, and easy to use. Overall, everything simply worked exactly as it should. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Die Ausstattung war gigantisch und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Helle, klimatisierte Räume, gemütliche Lounge und ein netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin! Sehr gerne wieder! 🙏

Anfitriona muy atenta. Alojamiento ubicado en zona muy tranquila, cómodo y perfectamente amueblado, con todo lo necesario. Mantenimiento impecable y limpieza excelente.

El cobro de la estadía se realizó online con antelación a la fecha estipulada en el sistema.

Our stay at Ferienwohnung Oberrüti place was short but absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The apartment is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and very thoughtfully equipped — everything you could possibly need was provided. The bed and sofa bed were both extremely comfortable, and the shower was simply fantastic! Anne herself was incredibly attentive, thoughtful and helpful throughout the whole process — from communication before arrival to the smallest details during our stay. You can really tell how much care and love she puts into hosting. The location was perfect for us, especially as we have family in Sins — it was by far the most convenient and comfortable place we’ve stayed in the area. We truly appreciated all the lovely touches that made it feel so welcoming, from the warm atmosphere to the delicious little truffle the kids were so excited about! It’s rare to find a place that feels so well cared for and personal. We would definitely love to stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the region. Perfect for our family! Thank you once again!

Le foto pubblicate rappresentano bene la realtà. Pulitissimo. Cucina super fornita di elettrodomestici ben funzionanti. Doccia ampia, rilassante e calda all'istante. Sala con divano grande smart tv connessa ad internet con servizi streaming a disposizione.

A very modern, spacious, comfortable and clean apartment. Helpful owners who live above. A firm mattress which is always our preferred option. Great wi-fi. Parking is on the house’s driveway. The stay is in a quiet location but there is a nearby church that has bells that ring every hour. The stay is convenient to visit both Luzerne and Zurich and Mt Pilatus or Mt Rigi. The apartment is a sub basement as we knew, so there are steps down to it. We also knew that while there is a good kitchen setup there is no microwave oven; which we always find the most useful for cooking steamed veges and simply doing a milk based coffee. There is no local tourist stay tax; unlike Geneva or Luzerne.

Clothes washing these days is now at an extra cost of 10 CHF / load but as our Booking.com booking from 9 months prior listed a washing machine in the actual apartment, the owner did our required 2 loads for free. The many, many positives of this stay would make this now only a very minor issue.

Appartamento bellissimo, nuovissimo. La pulizia era impeccabile. Cucina comoda e fornita di quanto necessario. Anche il divano letto comodo e spazioso. Parcheggio nel cortile davanti casa. Si arriva sul lago di Lucerna in una quindicina di minuti di macchina

Súper limpio y nuevo todo. Muy espacioso y moderno. Con muchos detalles y de fácil acceso. Barrio muy bueno y muy tranquilo. Nada de ruidos.

Naktsmītnē ir viss nepieciešamais,lai pagatavotu sev maltītes. Viss ir tīrs,moderns. Ir pieejama terase,kur ieturèt maltìtes. Tuvu apskates objekti. Mašīnu ērti novietot. Saziņa ar saimnieci ātra,viss tiek laicìgi atsūtìts,kà iekļùt naktsmìtnè. Paldies,mums ļoti patika!

El apartamento es perfecto. No se le puede poner ni un fallo. Se ve que es nuevo, con muy buenas calidades y, lo mejor, lo limpio que está. Tiene terraza y parking gratuito en la puerta de la casa. No vimos a la dueña pero nos comunicamos por teléfono y era muy atenta y agradable. Una estancia maravillosa.

No microwave and washing machine. But everything else is very good!

Good base to explore Switzerland. It was a nice, quite and peaceful area. Everything was new in the apartment and it was quite clean. The host was friendly and helpful. The booklet in apartment was handy in getting to know the services in the area. I would recommend this place to everyone visiting the area.

Everything is OK and location is very near to attraction and easy commute by train as well
