Appartement Leirer

There was nothing we didn´t like. A lot of space, fully equipped kitchen, balcony with running water under. Alpbach card enabled us to travel with four different cablecars and to do nice trips in the mountains. Perfect for children, they had ther own bedroom and there was so many things to do outside. They could spend whole day in Lauserland. We loved everything.

Deze woning is keurig schoon, heeft een nieuwere keuken met vaatwasser, nette badkamer op de eerste etage en een toilet op de begange grond. Goede bedden.

Bij aankomst volgt een intro van ruim 30 minuten (!) voor de woning, schoenen voor de deur, haal niet de sleutels van de sleutelring, onthou het licht uit te doen en zelfs een kleine quiz voor waar het bestek is verborgen. Een beetje inlevingsvermogen ivm dat net aangekomen gasten hier echt geen behoefte aan hebben had mooi geweest. De foto's op Booking.com zijn juist, maar nogal donker. Kijk je dan op de Insta van dit bedrijf zie je mooie foto's van een lekker balkon en lekkere terrassendeuren, dat heeft deze woning niet (er zijn er twee). Het balkon is een houten box, waar je de plek deelt met alle vuilnisbakken (ook met intro natuurlijk). Wij waren erg teleurgesteld.

Het appartement is schoon en alles is aanwezig. De gastvrouw is heel gastvrij en heeft goede tips om de omgeving te ontdekken. Het appartement ligt in een rustige omgeving met op loopafstand leuke terassen en restaurants.

Jammer dat we maar voor 4 dagen hebben geboekt. De dagen waren veel te snel voorbij.

The location was very nice. There was a stream 2 min walk from the property, which we felt was the highlight.

There was only one toilet among 5 people.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt . Gerlinde ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub verbracht.

Alles tip top, Gerlinde ist eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die sich Zeit für ihre Gäste und ihre Wohnungen nimmt! Sehr kindgerecht und top ausgestattet, wirklich alles da!

Als Allergiker hat mit der starke Heugeruch vom Heuboden nebenan etwas zu schaffen gemacht, aber Tabletten helfen da. Wir wären gern länger geblieben!

Casa situata in un contesto fantastico, vicinissimo agli impianti di risalita con panorami meravigliosi. La casa è bellissima, pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort...camere spaziose, con velux moderni, automatici che rendono l'atmosfera in casa ancora più bella. Bagno enorme con vasca ad angolo e doccia grande. In casa c'è tutto, veramente tutto! Dalla cucina ai bagni trovi ogni cosa necessaria e di più...Gerlinde, la proprietaria è squisita, accogliente, pronta ad ogni esigenza mette a disposizione ogni confort. Gerlinde ti offre anche la possibilità di ordinare uova e pane per il giorno successivo. Balcone coperto, tipico da baita, grande con tavolo sedie e sdraio. Cucina completa di forno, lavastoviglie, freezer, ecc...tutti gli utensili e elettrodomestici sopra ad ogni aspettativa. Prezzo veramente competitivo. Una splendida sorpresa, torneremo sicuramente è lo consiglio a tutti.

Kylä oli oikein sympaattinen! Hintaan sisältyvä Alpbach -kortti oli loistava ilmaisine bussi- ja gondolihissikyyteineen. Ilman autoa pärjäsi hyvin! Asunto oli hyvin varusteltu ja oikein siisti ja viihtyisä! Emäntä oli hyvin avulias. Sisällä oli todella hiljaista.

Maisemien katselua jäin kaipaamaan - yläkerrassa oli vain pieni kattoikkuna eikä terassilta nähnyt kovin hyvin. Huomioi, että asunto sijaitsee maatilalla. Oleskelumme aikana pellolle vietiin lantaa ja se haisi niin, ettei terassilla voinut olla tai ikkunoita avata tuulettaakseen.

Gerlinde , hat uns herzlich empfangen , eine tolle Vermieterin . Wir waren zu dritt , die Wohnung hatte alles , was man braucht , einkaufen Fußläufig machbar , viel Natur , Berge , Wanderwege direkt vor der Haustür .

Gerlinde was so helpful and welcoming. Couldn't ask for more. Located a short walk from town but ski bus almost outside the door.

Wir wurden von Gerlinde sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Ferienwohnung war super sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und war für unseren kurzen Skiurlaub perfekt. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Gerlinde und die Wohnung sind einfach spitze! In der Wohnung gibt es alles was für einen schönen Urlaub gebraucht wird. Es fehlt an nichts! Gerlinde ist immer zu stelle und hilft wo sie nur kann. Wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen und kommen selbst auch sehr gern wieder!

Very neat and tidy living place amidst the beautiful alps. The amenities were very nice.. The owner - Garlinde was very cordial and helpful. She also took an extra step to drop us to the nearest bus stop on the day of check out.

Only one thing is if there would be some windows in the bed room that would be nice..

Het appartement is veel mooier dan de foto's doen lijken. Alles is heel schoon en het is ruimer dan verwacht. De eigenaresse is heel aardig en staat voor je klaar. Zo haalt ze gratis broodjes in de ochtend. De passen voor de gondels zitten bij de prijs. Dit was een aangename verassing voor ons. Locatie is tevens top.

The apartment was excellent value for money with a friendly host who was eager for us to make the most of our time n Alpbach and who provided us with many good tips and ideas. The host lives on site and was always very helpful without being intrusive. I cooked on a few nights during our stay and I was able to find any implement or utensil that I could have needed. Comfortable beds, warm water, high powered shower, cosy rooms and great views!

I don't think that there was anything that actively didn't like about the apartment. I think most people who would choose Alpbach as a holiday location would have a good level of fitness, but in case of mobility problems it would be useful to note that there are stairs up to the apartment (well-lit, not particularly steep) and that it is a 10 - 15 minute walk down to the village. The apartment is under the roof the building, so someone who was excessively tall might need to watch out for a beam or low ceiling here and there. I'm 5'9'' and didn't have any problems.

Beautiful stay in a quiet location, stunning view from the balcony. Walking distance to village with nice restaurants and supermarket. Lovely walks out from the property and close by to Rattenberg and Innsbruk both worth a visit

Cozy apartment in a great location with an excellent host. Nicely equipped kitchen, really comfortable beds and a nice view of the mountain as a bonus. If you are coming for skiing, the skibus stops just around the corner. Also the village with shops is in a walking distance.

Unbelievably good value for money. Cosy and very personal room, very close the Alpbach center. The host was incredibly kind and made the hole stay even more pleasant. Highly recommend 👍

The host was super helpful, guest friendly and kind. The property was clean and the ambiance was Austrian ‘gemütlich’ and pleasant. The kitchen was fully equipped with all kitchenware needed. The ski bus stops within 100 meters and it is only a 5 min drive to the slopes.

Wonderful little farm house with a great location! Couldn't ask for a warmer welcome. We will be coming back. Also, try the chocolate croissant for breakfast! They are a win. Also, make sure you bring your own toilet paper. It does say they don't provide it, but we forgot!

We stayed only a weekend during the end of summer for a short family visit. The host was very warm-hearted and welcomed us. She gave us detailed instructions about the property and the locations of interest in the region. Furthermore, I was not expecting it, but the Alpbach Card was a bonus to us during our stay, allowing us to use many nearby facilities free of charge. We visited the mountains in Lauserland in the two days and the kids really loved it. We are considering to re-visit the place during a winter ski season.
