Nice and quiet spot. Had everything needed. Plenty of space inside. Comfortable, cosy. Parked my vehicle at the door. Hosts arrival instructions were great, thank you

I felt uncomfortable that there was not a single closet or place to hang things in the apartment. I stayed for a week and my things were in a suitcase the whole time...

Walkable to shops for our needs.

Cleanliness, ants and unclean around the skirting boards. Double bed and uncomfortable pillows. Hard towels.

Just what I needed for my short stay. Bed was comfy and it was overall a very modern tidy apartment

The apartment itself was great. All that you could want or need in relation to amenities.

No outdoor space though or natural light bar through shop front windows. Also not much within walking distance for eating out, but great kitchen if planning to cook.

Good location for our needs. Easy parking, very comfortable bed, good shower and pleasant and thoughtful extras included. Kitchen generally well fitted and everything worked. Generous sized fridge/freezer.

Dirty floors turning new white slippers grey after first entry. Extension lead and sockets lying in a pool of water at front of washer/dryer - health & safety weakness. Pulling out the machine revealled an incorrectly fitted inlet pipe allowing water to run down the machine onto the floor. There was mold on the floor at the back of the machine. A vertical side unit to the kitchen cabinets had gone black & soft due to water ingress. I fixed the pipe connection, washed the floor and draped the extension lead over the top of the machine rather than on the floor. Layers of dust on the TV and fridge/freezer and thick dust and other debris under the bed was not nice to see. The flooring under the furniture was much cleaner looking than the rest of the flooring. Floor tiles in the bathroom need a good steam cleaning. A standard lamp by the window was in 2 pieces with wiring exposed. I fixed that too. There were no instructions for the washer/dryer or the very noisy air conditioning unit. There is a lack of drawers and nowhere to hang clothes, so we lived out of our suitcases for 14 nights. This 'apartment' is a converted shop unit with full height windows at the front and no windows anywhere else. The huge blinds and curtains covered the windows, but it felt strange. Communications via booking.com seemed to be rejected. No idea if that was due to booking.com systems or the hosts. Everything seemed to be plugged into extension leads rather than sockets on the wall.

TV didn't work, no sky and screen mirroring didn't work, wifi very poor, slow and cuts out...not satisfactory for more than 2hundy a night

Apartment was very noisy. We could hear people above, even when they gone to the bathroom/toilet.

Location was excellent and place is very clean and tidy Host was very responsive

The light was annoying And heater was hard to use

Key locker was challenging to open and when I managed to open the box wifi kept going off and at the end I had to connect reception which she was helpful No window and no heat pump and when I turned on the fan in the room was extremely loud and noisy I couldn’t stand it and couldn’t leave the door open for safety and yeah it was very difficult

The apartment is in a great location for Albany and North Shore, and just a quick trip down the motorway to Auckland Central. It is very spacious, beautifully furnished and very well-appointed. Beautiful kitchen with a full-sized fridge-freezer and a proper espresso machine. Easy check-in with free parking directly in front of the apartment.

The air-con is an industrial-style unit, which is noisier than a domestic air-con unit. It was a little too loud for my liking to leave on overnight so the room became a bit hot and stuffy. The room quickly cooled once the unit was switched on, so definitely preferable to no A/C at all.

The apartment is well decorated inside, the bed was comfortable, pillows okay(maybe a bit flat). All the TV channels you could wish for. It is set up like a nice 4 star hotel inside. Great location to Albany. We appreciated the little toiletries and tea/coffee. Really like the floor lighting in the kitchen.

We had to follow up with the host to get the key code, and didn't get immediate response. The "apartment" is a converted floor level shop with no windows for fresh air. First impression was seeing the mould on the roll down blind through the glass. The apartment was like an oven when we arrived. There was a portable aircon, but we had to run it full time to have some kind of airflow which was noisy when we tried to sleep. It took a long time to cool off the apartment since the front shop window gets full afternoon sun and the roll down blind doesn't really keep the heat out. The shower had a long black hair infront and in the shower. Shower trap was dirty. The bed linen had a small tear, and the bedspread had a few stains, but was clean.

Very nice layout and stylish. Handy to Albany and motorway to go places.

Wasn’t given instructions on where to get in. Pillowcases smelt funny and dirty. Under the bed it was very dirty. Otherwise did enjoy stay just needed these sorted.

It was a home away from home and 'designer' is so apt to describe the accommodation. Our host was terrific at telling us everything we would need to know to make our stay even more comfortable. I would use this place again.

Actually everything was great so we did not like having to end our stay.

Location was perfect a 10 minute drive to our venue

great location 2 mins from the motorway. Very quiet area. Restaurants within walking distance and mall 2 minutes drive away. Room spotlessly clean with chocolates on the pillow. What more could you ask for.👌 I would definitely stay here again as a first choice accommodation

gorgeous modern and quirky large studio room with kitchen with full facilities. Great bed and fabulous shower. Very lovely host who addressed a couple of minor issues immediately and went out of her way to ensure I was happy in the room. level of cleanliness was exceptional. Very quiet area so great sleep. Parking right outside the front door. Easy code access to get in
