Eine sehr ruhige und schöne kleine Anlage. Die Zimmer sind mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet und verfügen auch über ein Moskitonetz. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich. Englisch zur Kommunikation funktioniert sehr gut.

Nous sommes arrivés à 19h00, sans la possibilité de dîner le soir car nous n'avions pas répondu au staff (qui ne nous avait jamais contacté). Les chambres n'étaient pas très très propres.

Magnifique endroit, on peut se baigner dans le lac entouré des montagnes, splendide vue, personnel très agréable et arrangeant, petit déjeuner et dîner délicieux, très facile d’accès avec le bus local, merci pour tout 😄

Guesthouse is settled on the river bank, surrounded by trees. You can here birds and feel nature. Room is very cute and comfy with perfect mechanism for mosquito net!! So easy to set it nicely! Staff is friendly and helpful, place is super clean! I had vegetarian dinner and it was delicious!

L’emplacement le long d’un cours d’eau est des plus agréable.

Attention, il ne s’agit pas de chambre individuelle, ce ne sont que des parois qui séparent les lits les uns des autres, comme un grand dorm sous les toits. Les sanitaires n’étaient pas très propres à notre arrivée et le bruit du chauffe eau jusqu’à 22h est très dérangeant, de même de bon matin… Les gens fumaient en bas dans le restaurant ce qui a enfumé toutes les chambres du haut.

J’ai choisi ce logement pour être à côté des chutes et me reposer dans un cadre naturel voici les points, je pense qu’ils pourraient être amélioré: proposer plus de service comme des menus pour le dîner petit déjeuner… , contact de taxi pour se déplacer car à part le bus si vous n’avez pas de moto ou de voiture c’est compliqué. La restauration sur place n’est pas exceptionnelle donc sans voiture c’est encore plus compliqué.

J’ai été déçu, car c’est très difficile de communiquer car les hôtes ne parlent pas l’anglais, les chambres ne sont pas propres, les rideaux je pense n’ont jamais été lavé ainsi que les moustiquaires . Il a plu pendant la nuit, j’avais des gouttes d’eau qui tombaient de la toiture sur mon lit.

Không gian thoải mái. Phòng gia đình thì k có điều hoà, nhưng buổi tối mở quạt nhưng vẫn phải đắp chăn bông nha. Mọi người đều nhiệt tình và thân thiện, từ anh lễ tân đến cô bếp. Đồ ăn siêu ngon, đi chơi về ăn ngay ở home quá tiện luôn. Không gian thoáng mát, có sông bên cạnh cũng đẹp nữa.

Vì nhiều cây cối nên nhiều muỗi và côn trùng. Mọi người nên chuẩn bị thêm xịt chống muỗi. Còn lại đều tuyệt.

Chỗ nghỉ siêu chill. Giá cả bình dân. Đồ ăn ok. Chỗ ăn uống cũng rất đa dạng từ ngoài trời cho tới trong nhà. Ban ngày ăn uống ngoài trời ngắm cảnh rất đẹp ạ. Vì xung quanh phong cảnh hữu tình

Hơi nhiều muỗi và côn trùng vì xung quanh là thiên nhiên nhưng cũng may home có trang bị màn ngủ cho khách. Mình nghĩ home nên trang bị thêm đèn bắt côn trùng thì sẽ thoải mái hơn. Nước hơi yếu ạ.

The homestay is absolutely gorgeous, a beautiful spot to watch the sunset. Ran by a lovely family. We only stayed one night but it was very tranquil and beautiful.

La ubicación y las vistas son increíbles!!!!! Un lugar en medio de la naturaleza donde relajarte. El chico de recepción fue súper amable y atento con nosotros, nos prepararon la comida incluso fuera de horario, gestionó todo para que tuviésemos una moto y nos ayudó con el bus de vuelta. La comida está muy buena!

Amazing homestay with an absolutely beautiful landscape. The rooms are great with AC and hot water. Beautiful balcony to enjoy a beer by the river. Food was pretty good and vegetarian option if needed. Staff was great. Super cheap beer (15K VND)

Some small notes, book the room that is 20 CAD not the 10 CAD because the cheaper one doesn't have AC. Also wifi is not so great in the separate bungalows, but manageable and if you need better wifi just walk 30 meters to the reception. Food is a bit expensive but since there is nothing in the area I guess that is fair. Only reason I rated a 9 instead of 10 is because there is not a lot of ambiance, but that is normal since this is a less touristy spot.

Great place! They helped me with motorbike rental and the food was great. Beautiful views in a great location very close to the waterfall.

uncomfortable bed, we were very unlucky cause there was a vietnamese teambuilding with karaoke during our stay and it was very loud after 10 PM

Lovely place overlooking a river, very quiet. Room was perfect with a great view of crop fields. Very clean and comfortable. Access very simple by bus from Cao Bang.

Location is great, overall great Be careful though if you book rooms, the upstairs room are not the most comfy for western people but it’s still a room (can be a bit noisy)

Toilets and showers could be cleaned more often

It was easy to find and in a good location. The receptionist was friendly. Food was ok

The difference between the full set and the vegetarian set was one plate of beef but the price was almost double. There was a list of rules in reception including don't make noise after 10pm. There was a very noisy family with kids staying on our floor - nobody told them to be quiet - neither parents no hotel staff. The rooms on the second floor were also very hot!. Food was ok

The location is great, very quiet and beautiful surroundings. The room is very cheap.

For that price you should not expect much. The bed is very hard, the common bathrooms were very dirty but we only stayed one night so we just did not shower.

The location on the river compensates for the dirty bathrooms. All the rest is great value for money. Staff is amazing!!!!!

The rooms are not fully close in the ceiling so you can hear everything, also doesnt have any furniture to put your things, the bathrooms didnt have any soap or paper all the time, also a bit dirty.

Stunning location, great for sunrise photography over the river. Loved the outdoor shelters for eating or relaxing. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Our friend stayed in the main building which looked like it was work in progress but it was very clean and quiet too.The accommodation is set in a very peaceful area and wasn’t at all busy in early March. We swam in the river just along the path and rode the back roads to the waterfall which is only a short distance away. Hosts are very welcoming and looked after us well. Can’t imagine anyone being disappointed with this one!

The staff was so nice and helpful. The location is quite amazing and sooo peaceful.

Due to how the rooms are made you hear everything from the other rooms as if they were in the same room as you. You get all the light from their room too. Two nights in a raw I had to undergo two groups who were so disrespectful and acted like they were the only one and didn’t care and respect other guests. I recommend that you book the individual rooms in the cottages if you want a decent night.

We stayed spontaneously after arriving for a visit of the Ban Gioc waterfalls. The hotel is embedded in the rice fields and next to the river. The views are great. They have enough parking space and staff was very kind to allow us to park our motor bikes right infront our little bungalow. Since the hotel is not directly next to the main road, it was very quiet at night.

The bathroom offers room for improvement. It smelled a bit and we had a cockroach in our room which must have entered through the shower drain. The water takes ages to heat up as it does not have a flow type boiler.

Beautiful quiet location, super sweet family working. I arrived after dark but the sunset would have been amazing from the garden. They offered to cook food but I decided to scooter into the village for dinner so I didn’t try any of the cooking.

Room has the potential to get chilly in the colder Months as it isn’t completely closed to the outside I was cold before bed but they gave me a nice thick blanket.

The riverside homestay is located in such a stunning location. Rooms are sparkling clean and the family running the place is so lovely. They also cook very delicious dinners and breakfasts. I highly recommend this wonderful place.

Peace and serenity of the place. Sitting area in front of the river is fantastic. The lady staff Ms. Lily is very helpful.

Need maintenance in bathroom. Breakfast should be complementary. Same breakfast menu should not be repeated. Bike rental price is much higher than other places in Vietnam.

There was a toad in the room, which scared me so much that the owner had to change the room for me.

More information on arrival about eating times, reservations, prices and options would be nice. We kinda figured out meal by meal. Anyway, the food was great and price too! Reaching by public bus is a bit of an adventure but manageable :)

The staff are really amazingly friendly, the place is so near the beautiful river with mountain and farm view. It's a great place to stop by before coming to Ban Gioc Waterfalls! The food menu is Vietnamese food and not much choices but okay for a short stay. Great value of money and beautiful and peaceful place!

The location was nice, the staff was very friendly and the price was very good!

Since the walls didn’t go all the way up to the ceiling it was quite noisy, bugs came inside and when someone turned in the lights in the hallway it was bright in our room as well. Because of that we woke up a couple of times. On the other hand it was very cheap and okay for the price.

The room was lovely with the view on the mountains & river. The beds were very comfy and the stuff was nice. Also the seating area in the garden is very beautiful :)

Beautiful location + views. We just stopped for one night on a motorbike loop. The room was very comfortable and clean. Host doesn't speak much English but is very nice.
