Belview Apartments

Location and friendliness

It was on a good location except for det road being right outside, and it was good for the money. Very nice staff.

It wasn’t that clean, had to ask fir knew sheets.

Communication with the host was great from start to finish. It was an easy and smooth process and the apartments have been maintained to a high standard. I had such a pleasant stay and I’d definitely stay again.

Location, nice hot shower and value for money

Stairs to room. Heavy bags and knee injury made it difficult.

Finding the property was easy since it was on the main road. It was also in close proximity to the beach, grocery store, and gas station. Although we were in the apartment facing the main road, once we closed the door to the bedroom (situated in the back of the apartment) we did not hear the traffic. There was a note posted in the apartment letting us know that road works were being done and may cause some noise, which didn't happen while we were there. The room was the perfect temperature. We felt safe whenever we left and arrived at the property. There is security on the property. Thsre is a balcony with chairs and a table if you want to relax and enjoy the view of the street and the locals (who were friendly) walking by. I had the option of communicating with the host via whatsapp who responded in a timely manner. My husband and I had a rental and was able to park directly infront of the property.

There wasn't enough parking for the number of apartments. I was wondering if all the occupants drove themselves then where would they park.

Very clean

Propiedad limpia. Cerca de medios de transporte y del acceso a la playa Grand Anse.

Las puertas tienen una separación bastante grande respecto del piso, lo que permite el ingreso de insectos a la propiedad.

There is.no breakfast availability

The room (No. 3) was well laid out and neat. There is a view of the sea which is narrow yet lovely. I’d say it’s best suited for one person as the bed is a small double. Security was adequate and location was easy to find, it being situated on the main road. Air conditioning, the shower, kitchen equipment and utensils were all worked well. Staff were welcoming and polite as they went about maintaining the property.

Generally the cleaning was good at eye level and below however, attention to detail at the high corners and the toilet basin could be far better. In fact the toilet seat ought to be replaced and fresh mastic applied in the bathroom to replace what is currently discoloured and unsightly. The shower has a tendency to leak also. The coloured spread on the bed did not smell fresh and I’m not convinced it was at all. Thankfully, it was not needed. I slept relatively well throughout my stay however, others may find the mattress a bit on the thin side. Enjoyment of the lovely small veranda was spoiled slightly by the dusty roadworks outside, something which is no fault of the property and something they did, to their credit, acknowledge upon my arrival. One night (yes night) roadworks were truly unbearable.

Property exceeded expectation.

Everything was great!

WiFi was weak and TV barely worked. The TV had parental controls on it.

it was well kept very clean on arrival. Location is good because it is on the main road and public transport is very easy to access.

There was no house cleaning during the four days that I stayed. I had to clean my room because there was a broom and a mop available, bedding was not changed in that four days.

Great Location and clean apartment

The staff was really friendly and helpful. I liked the furniture. Made us feel like we were at home. The view of the ocean was great.

It was a little noisy because it's on the main road. Especially in the morning.

Host and staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The apartment was modern, bright, very clean, and well-maintained. The bed and pillows were clean, fresh-smelling, and comfortable. The bathroom was modern, clean, and fresh-smelling. The kitchenette was adequately equipt. Bus, and taxi stop just outside the property. Great! Not far from shops, beaches, and good restaurants.

Double-glazing to keep the street traffic noise out in the mornings.

Fantastic studio suite. VERY clean and comfortable. Staff was amazing and they are super dog friendly. Beach is just a short walk away. Absolutely amazing stay.

The location was great close to everything

There’s no parking. The door couldn’t lock from the inside which wasn’t safe. The air condition wasn’t working properly

Nicely appointed remodelled apartment, pleasant welcome by young receptionist.

The location on the main road. Couldn’t sleep the night due to muffler less cars still going by at 3 am with loud speakers at full volume. Drivers seem to have found that particular corner as a midnight meeting place. Speaking to the owner the following day he told me he had expected to rent that apartment to a young guy who wouldn’t mind the noise…

It was a comfortable room and ideal location for moving around in the city.

There were multiple hair strands from prior guests on night stands and bed head. These places should be cleaned more often. Bed is small and more suitable for one guest.

Clean and friendly

Location was not central, but still ok

The TV up to date network .The view from the balcony. The facilities.

Like everything.

The location was quite good because the apartments are located just off the main road. I received the code for the apartment and instructions prior to travel, so I was able to save it. So if you do not care to meet anyone, I guess you don't have to. Nonetheless, there was someone there to show me around the apartment, which actually looks like the photos online. It came with pots, pans, dishes, utensils. The stove does not need matches. You need to buy food, but there is a supermarket down the street (which has a shuttle that would bring you back). You can also purchase water and sodas at the front desk area. There were a few restaurants down the street as well, but I mostly cooked, so I cannot advise on any. The ceiling fans did not work, so the owner put standing fans in each room. The bedroom had AC though. Everyone i met who works there is super lovely.

The WiFi was not working when I arrive, which meant that the TV also was not working. I do not think this was an issue with the establishment but an issue with the service provider on that day. I arrived in the evening, and the WiFi and TV situation was fine by the next day. The apartment was generally clean. But there were a few things that could have gotten some attention, like the standing fan could have used a wipe down.

Easy checking in and out process. Room was comfortable, showers was nice too. The staff was lovely very friendly and helpful. Close to the beach didn't have to walk far from apartment. Overall happy with stay would definetly stay here again already told family and friends about them.

I really liked this Apt, it's clean, and they took good care of it, it's complete, the owner is so king person, it's appearing that he take care of small details in it, location is perfect, balcony is amazing view also.

The only thing is that the mattress is not that much comfortable. Also the street is a little noisy during the day but during night it is calm.

Easy walk to beach and restaurants.

Limited parking.

Location great, staff fabulous, nice view, bus stop being right out front great, and kitchen perfect for small meals and reheating leftovers. Pots, pans, utensils, toaster, kettle, and starter tea/coffee packets, information booklet, and bottle of cold water in frig waiting for you. Office has water, sodas, and juice for quick purchase (perfect for morning excursion).

Dust ceiling fan and hose off patio chairs.

It was an absolute pleasure staying at Belview Apartments. The check-in and access was seamless with no waiting around for keys, etc. which was a relief having travelled for 36 hours with numerous delays. I had a really late check-in and was beyond exhausted and asked the host if it would be possible to pay for a later check-out, but he was so understanding and allowed for this with grace and no extra payment. Thank-you! One can see that the apartment is newly renovated and it’s extremely clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this stay and certainly be returning.

Excellent host, good AC

The convenient location and the staff.

The murphy beds. The towels needed to be bleached/ better.

Really convenient location , 5 minute walk from grand Anse beach and a couple of bars and resturanrs for in the evening. A supermarket is about a 15-20 minute walk away with everything you need. Room is well finished, with everything you need, all very comfortable. Met the owner Osbert, a really nice chap with time to talk to you about the island. Will use Bellevue’s again if (when) I return!

Only overnight

Lovely modern apartment in pretty good location All staff were very helpful and friendly and went above and beyond. Loved sitting on the balcony and watching the world go by

Nothing Travelling around islands so chose this place as it was advertised as having a washing machine. Our particular room didn’t however there was a good laundry service for a small fee

The location to Grande anse beach is in short walking distance ..the staff especially Eathan on reception were second to none .. he even found me an umbrella 🌂 so I could still walk in the rain to the shops ... he is onhand in person or contact on wattsapp to answer any queries.

Nothing to dislike

Love the room’s orientation and how clean it was

The bed was a bit uncomfortable as it was thin and I was able to feel the wood work

Friendly staff It was comfortable

Warmth and Helpfulness of the owner and the staff.

That the living room was not air conditioned

The property was located on the main road, so the location was perfect for local buses, taxi pickup/drop off, the beach, nearby shops/amenities, restaurants and the carnival route. You could also see the sea from the windows/balcony! The room was modern and had everything I needed, including a TV (with international channels), kettle, microwave, stove, fridge, table, iron, wardrobe, cups/plates/cutlery, a sofa and good AC (which had a bonus of being operated by a remote control) plus UK plug sockets. The only thing missing was a safety deposit box. I was able to request additional towels and toilet rolls as and when needed. Plus reception helped me arrange local taxis.

The cleanliness inside the property could have been better. I mainly did the cleaning of my apartment myself by buying cleaning products from a local supermarket. Large gaps between the doors and floors allowed bugs and lizards to get inside. I asked reception for extra towels so I could squash them in between the gap which helped to keep the creepy crawlies out of the apartment. It’s expected, given the climate, but it would be good if the cleaners cleaned the property on a daily basis. The AC unit worked well but would randomly make weird sounds that wouldn’t stop even when I turned it off and on again. The water in the shower tray wouldn’t drain properly all the time, which would sometimes flood the bathroom. I had to use towels to mop the additional water. One night, the WiFi stopped working and I was panicking as I needed to contact people but reception was unable to help. However, there was a time that I did need the host/reception’s help in an emergency and they went over and above to help me - which I can’t thank them enough for. I genuinely enjoyed my time here and will definitely be back!

The accommodation was amazing, clean and comfortable. The staff were so lovely and helpful!! The view of the sea from the room was beautiful! The location was great right next to the beach and buses into town or to the shops in Grand Anse. The shops are also within walking distance too. To The Staff Thank You So Much For Making My Family And I Feel Welcome. We Throughly ENJOYED Our Stay!!!

This was a self catering apartment. They had all the mod cons. I couldn’t fault it. We didn’t manage to use the washing machine. But I know my daughter did. She was in the apartment above us.

We had a small problem with one of the two overhead fans not working in the living space, that a portable fan was used in its place. But we had no complaints.

Smart televisions in every room with air play feature, great location, good size rooms. All round good value for money.

Ants in kitchen. Reported stained bed sheets, still wasn’t changed.

The location.the apartment was very nice and the view from the balcony. The cooking area was equipped with you needed to a great standard.Good T.V.channels.

All was well.

The reception was very helpful. The apartment is cozy, well-equipped, and with modern minimalist furniture.

The kitchenette in the studio apartment was very good and equipped with complete cooking utensils. The only thing that needs improvement is to add exhaust in the kitchen so the smell can get out from the kitchenette.

Location! Location! Near the bus stops. Great furniture. Provided all the amenities needed to enjoy your stay.

Small crazy ants in the kitchen area.

Everything ie, everything in the apartment that you need, felt like I was at home.

The gap under the front door, kept thinking something was going to crawl in to say hello

The fact that there was no restrictions of coming and going into the apartment.

That the rooms and bedding wasn’t done regularly. I had to mention it.

I met the host in reception who then proceeded to take my luggage to my room. I was given a code for my room

In general, it surpasses my expectations. The rooms are immaculate and equipped with state-of-the-art air conditioning and all the necessary amenities to ensure an exceptional stay. The housekeeping lady is among the staff members who are exceedingly courteous and amicable. Enhances the quality of your day. It is a positive experience when a staff member makes you feel valued and welcomed in a location. I had an exceptional experience; the receptionist or manager at the desk was always available to address any inquiries or requirements. It is a magnificent and distinctive location; the beach is approximately 800 feet distant. To reduce expenses, you may take a bus from the airport to the hotel or from the hotel to the airport. It is a cost-effective solution, ensuring that your stay is not only enjoyable but also financially comfortable. The bus stop is 1-2 minutes away. In general, I enjoyed my time as a guest, and I am eager to return.

My expectations and requirements were successfully satisfied. In general, I had an excellent experience, and I did not encounter any issues.

The location and the apartment

There was no AC in the living room

The owner, reception and cleaning lady was exceptionally welcoming and provided for all our needs which were minimal.

There's no A.C in the living room, they provided a fan. But, no worries at all! If you leave the bedroom doors ajar, the cool air will cool the livingroom. We would definitely rent this space again.

The property was so comfortable and just like seen on booking. Wonderful stay.

There was nothing no to like

we only stayed one night, got there late, so I cannot really rate

It was hard to get in, our plane was late and the host had mailed a code but we are from Europe so we dont have wifi ..so we could not pick up the code...we rang the bell so many times and said we needed help, but it took a long time to come, we had a really nice taxi driver who was going to take our weary souls to another place but in the end a guy gave us a code over the phone..I would ask next time to get mailed a code a few days in advance so we can pick it up... not eveybody is from the states....

How clean the apartment was and quality of the furniture. Especially the bed, very comfortable

The ac gd have been colder

A newly renovated property in a location within walking distance to Grand Anse beach. #8 is a spacious 2 bedroom apartment, clean, accommodating staff and an overall pleasant environment for a reasonable price. Be aware that it’s a busy area with traffic and noise.

No intercom to contact property management. My overall experience was great and thee was accommodating

Staff were friendly had a great chat at reception Very helpful Would stay here again definitely

Traffic - lots of beeping in the morning

Water pressure in shower was at time very low while taking a shower.

The electrical is not compatible with U.S devices. You will need a power adapter.

The location is very accessible and convenient to everything. The bus stop is close, and you can take a bus from the airport to the hotel or take a bus from the hotel and pay less than a taxi. There are no keys; you are given a code to open your door. I like everything; even the Manager or the receptionist on site is very helpful and accommodating to all your needs. I like this place because of the proximity to everything. The Apt has everything for your use, and I slept very well; the bed was comfy, and the room temperature can be adjusted to your preference. Overall, this place is beautiful and has snacks or beverages for purchase, such as water.

I have no disagreements. Everything was awesome.

Friendly host onsite, although works in progress, nice airy reception area. Kitchenette, room clean, love it with AirCon!

The property has perfect location, near Grand Anse beach. You can just walk and reach the beach in 5 minutes. Bus stop to downtown Grenada 50m from the property. New and beautiful apto with all the facilities i needed. The owner Osber was helpful, and he is very polite too. I just loved the apto and the location. The apto has a beatiful decoration.

I loved the apto, the property and the great service provided by the owner. Nothing to complain or criticize.

Location, layout and environment

Could be a little more tidy.

Excellent apartment, had everything I needed. All very clean and in good condition. Friendly and helpful manager and staff. Plenty of electric plugs for charging your gadgets. Location slightly away from Grande Anse, but I could easily walk to the beach in 5 minutes. Plenty of buses stopping just outside the apartment.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Hosts were excellent, the apartment was within walking distance to Grand Anse beach, but if you are a light sleeper, it is on a busy road.

Would have liked air conditioning in the living room, it was very warm.

It was such a nice place. We dis not miss a thing. The owner was one of the nicest person we ever met.

It‘s close to the main road and can sometimes be a little noisy. But we had no problems with sleeping.

I liked the fact that we had everything we needed for our two night stay and would stay again.

We could have done with a bigger bed but we had not requested one.

Fabulous modern apartment im a great location. Walking distance to all you need for an enjoyable vacation. Staff were lovely, helpful and accomadating. Couldnt have asked for more.

The bed was comfortable but a little smaller than im used to.

Delightful owner who welcomed us upon arrival. The apartment was modern and very clean. The door had a secure, code entry lock. It's just a very short walk across the street to the beach. We stayed for just one night, but it would be a great location for a longer stay, too.

It was very clean

Didn't book for any breakfast.

Nothing much to complain about, but I wish it had a vending machine around.

Friendly helpful staff. Clean and modern with everything you need.

The bed and room was very small. Fine for 1 person though.

Location was great. Great view. Staff were welcoming & polite. Kitchen utensils The room was very compact & every space was used effectively.

My room was quite compact. The rooms on the lower floor are much bigger. The keyless entry can be somewhat annoying if your memory isn't good and you have to keep looking through the phone for the door code. I visit Grenada at least 3 times a year and tend to stay in various apartments. This was definitely a different experience that I have never had to go through in any other accommodations. In our rooms 1 towel was provided unless you request more which they didn't make knowledgeable. I asked for another towel and to be fair, I received it immediately with no hassle. We used a towel whilst out and my mother was reprimanded for dirtying towels to which we were charged 120USD which is close to £100. This was an absolute joke as the towels are not of such a high quality and they are not big enough to justify the cost. I received this invoice via email without any explanation or a breakdown. I only found out what this extra cost was when I arrived back and was informed by my mother. This was a big let down because until this point, everything was good. We were planning to return. But with this towel fiasco, we have booked to stay somewhere else. That's not to say that others shouldn't stay here. This is just our experience. Word of advice if you do decide to stay here. Bring your own towels and book the lower floor if you want a bigger sized room. Although the higher floors have a great view.
