La dame etait tres gentilleet accueuillante ,le probleme etait l'insonorite et l'absence de rideaux occultes le bruit la lumiere vous reveillent a tout moment vous avez l'impression de dormir dehors

The location is very good — it is in a quiet area, but still within easy reach of the city centre. The host was very kind, attentive and responsive, and communication via WhatsApp was easy and pleasant.

The staircase leading to the upper floor is extremely steep and feels quite unstable. It moves slightly when you use it, so going up and down was stressful every time. The layout of the room also makes the space feel less cosy than expected. There are four doors in the room — the entrance door, the bathroom door and two additional doors leading to other areas — as well as the staircase to the upper floor. Altogether, this makes the room feel more like a passage area than a comfortable living space. The sound insulation is also very poor. carpet looked as though it had not been properly cleaned for a long time and had several very noticeable stains. The duvet also had several noticeable stains, which made it feel unpleasant to use. The bathroom was generally usable, but there were quite a few dusty areas where it was obvious that a more thorough cleaning had not been done for some time. There is no stovetop or hotplate in the kitchen. There is a microwave, but there was no microwave cover provided, which made preparing food less convenient. Another unpleasant issue was the area under the kitchen sink. The rubbish bins themselves were empty and clean, but there was a persistent smell of rotten waste coming from that area.

Heel gezellige studio!

Apartment is pretty fine. Location is very nice, quite part of city and the same time close to city centre. Lardine is very kind host and give us all information we need. All at all all recommendation.

There is no stove, it is not big problem because there is microwave oven, but hotplate is missing to prepare something warm for breakfast.

Sehr gute und transparente Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber.

Die Treppe zum Dachgeschoss ist definitiv nichts für Menschen mit Höhenangst. Leider fehlt ein Kochfeld. Aber in der vorhandenen Mikrowelle mit Grillfunktion kann man auch ein Mittagessen improvisieren.

Zeer schone studio. Sfeervol ingericht. De studio ligt in een rustige omgeving, dicht bij een bushalte en supermarkt. Het was een prima uitvalbasis om te wandelen in de omgeving van Tilburg en bij slecht weer musea in de buurt te bezoeken.

Het bed was wat aan de harde kant. De badkamer heeft geen verwarming en dat is niet erg aangenaam bij koud weer. Verder ontbreekt er een kookplaat. Niet dat we die van plan waren om te gebruiken, maar het wordt op Booking niet expliciet vermeld. De host bood nog wel aan om een elektrische kookplaat te komen brengen. Blijkbaar is deze wel aanwezig in het appartement, wat naast de stuido zit. Dus als je van plan bent tegaan koken, zou ik even contact opnemen met de host.

Very spacious and clean apartment with a large shower. Quiet location. Good communication with host. Useful door lock video prior to arrival.

La posizione era ottima molto pulito e accogliente i prorpietari molto disponibili e gentili ci ritorneró sicuro magari in estate

Non mi è piaciuto solo il fatto che non ci sono caloriferi e c’era l’aria condizionata (la quale soffro tantissimo perché mi sono ammalata poi)che faceva da riscaldamento ma nell appartamento faceva comunque freddissimo al piano terra mentre al piano sopra dové c’era la stanza faceva caldo Il fornello per cucinare non c’è ma la proprietaria era stata subito disponibile a procurarmelo uno che è in condivisione con l appartamento accanto

Het contact met de eigenaars, dit liep zoals afgesproken en heel bereikbaar. Daarnaast was het appartement ook mooi en proper.

Very funcional appartment, everything what we needed.

A few times we had to drive around a little to get parking. But got it every time.

Great location.. the number 2 Goirle bus was only 3 stops into town. Jumbo supermarkets were a short walk away. The hosts were wonderful and very helpful, and the apartment had everything that I needed. The front door lock and their garage that had the rubbish bins were used via a LOQED smart lock that I used with my mobile phone. I was given clear instructions. Overall, I had a wonderful stay. I would come back again.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience before even arriving. After booking for two people, the host requested for my WhatsApp number saying she want to send me all the check in information then she sent me a message saying she ‘doesn’t allow prostitution in her apartment’ mind you this was BEFORE we arrive, we haven’t got to the apartment yet, I have never been spoken to in such an unprofessional and disrespectful way by a host. She made this accusation without knowing me, without meeting me, and without any reason. It was offensive, discriminatory, and left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected, because of this I wanted to cancel one night because we booked two nights but my travelling partner convinced me to stay I booked a place to stay, not to be stereotyped or judged. No guest deserves to be treated like this. I hope Booking.com takes this seriously, because behavior like this is completely unacceptable.

This host violated every standard of respect and professionalism. Immediately after booking for two people, the host requested for my number saying she want to send me check in information then I received a message saying that she doesn’t accept prostitution in her property, I have never encountered such discrimination in my life. The host made this offensive messages solely based on my booking details, without knowing anything about me. She didn’t even wait for us to check in before such humiliating messages she SENT the message HOURS before we arrive It is humiliating, racist, and discriminatory. This type of behavior goes against basic human decency. I no longer felt safe or welcome and I would never recommend this property to anyone.because no guest deserves to be stereotyped or insulted

A szállás okos zárral (Bold) van felszerelve, így teljesen az emberre van bízva mikor érkezik meg. Egyszerű volt a kialakítás a lakáson belül, és jó környéken található. A konyha fel van szerelve megfelelően. A tulajdonos kedves, és részletes leírást ad mindenről.

Minden a lehető legolcsóbb IKEA bútorokkal és kiegészítőkkel van tele. Ez alapvetően nem baj egyébként, viszont amennyibe a szállás kerül ez inkább csalódás volt. A fűtés problémás, állandóan hideg van a lakásban, hiába megy mind a két légkondi. Elég igénytelen a kivitelezés a fürdőszobában. A mosó és szárítógépet én nem használnám, vannak fura foltok rajtuk. Az ágy és kanapé a végtelenségig ki vannak feküdve, borzasztóan kényelmetlenek.

The accommodation was very clean and the facilities more than enough.

The hand towels (the green small ones) and just a suggestion. Place curtains in the front and back door to prevent the light from coming in in the morning.

Excellent shower and bathroom with washing machine & dryer. Comfortable open plan, efficient kitchen design everything one could wish for, Tv channel hopping was slightly confusing, possibly a guide might help. All other details were covered in the house guide book. Definitely enjoyable weekend the Tilburg Kermes was entertaining.

Remote control lighting system didn't function probably due to battery life. Quickly corrected by the owner.

Location, space & clean

A simple modern well equipped place to use as a base for exploring Tilburg.

Good location. Had everything we needed. Fantastic apartment to use as a base whilst visiting local areas

Bottom of shower door needs mildew removing. An oven rather than a microwave would have been better.

incredibly luxurious apartment, my girlfriend and I really liked everything. Cleanliness, comfort and all amenities. I enjoyed it. I don’t regret one bit that I chose these apartments. I hope to come back to these apartments in the summer!

This is probably one of the best places to stay in Tilburg. Except for a oven that would be very handy, it has everything you need to enjoy a good stay. Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, very comfortable beds and an amazing smart tv. While it is a bit far away from the centre it is an enjoyable 20 min walk to it. There are close bus stops that get you to the train station.

There is no desk if you need to work, only a small dining table and the power plug is not so close. I think the extruder in the bathroom was not working and the water was accumulating in the walls but no big deal for a short stay.

Friendly owners, we had everything we needed, good location

Good location. It is outside the city ring, so it's not close to the city center, but the neighborhood is good, there are shops in a walking distance. The rooms are not big, they seem to have a lot of volume on the photos but it's an illusion. However, they are not small at all.

The lights in the room downstairs were really dim. On the first day there was some kind of party next door but after my messages the host quickly solved the situation (the party ended, I guess). Absence of a stove to cook something was a little bit frustrating, but there were microwave, a thing to make sandwiches and that was kind of enough.
