Senandika Homestay

The apartment is very nice, spacious, and clean. The pool overlooking the river is stunning (it's just a shame it closes at 5 PM). The host sent us very clear check-in instructions, so we were able to access the apartment easily, even though we arrived late in the evening.

A bit tucked away from the sights to see in Kuching, but fortunately Grab is always available and inexpensive.

Host responds quickly. The water dispenser is wonderful. Washer is available. Coffee, teas and snacks were provided. Big, beautiful unit. Host allowed early check in and late check out.

The unit is big but only has 1 waste basket. Location is just okay since grab is cheap and easy to use. It's still walking distance to Padungan street that has several great choices for restaurants.

The noisy lift🥴

The apartment is cozy and tidy, it has everything we need, cooking utensils, basic seasoning, even a water filter. The owner was very responsive, accommodating and looked after us very well. The location is excellent, close to the city centre and many entries, shopping is very convenient. The swimming pool is an infinity pool looking over the river which is very nice 👍

A bit noisy in the early morning, cars revving and chanting starts every morning around 5:30am

Everything is just so perfect, with surroundings, people and the place.. def gonna come back soon ❤️

The stay was very clean, comfortable and all in working order. We loved the card games prepared, the 3 in 1 drinks, mineral water, biscuits, WIFI, Smart TV, the complete kitchen items and all amenities were well thought out. The sofa bed was comfortable that my children had a good night's rest. The fan was excellent and the air cond cool. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again next time. Hosts are super accommodating, simple and friendly. Instructions were easy to follow, and they have no fuss over little things. Easy, chill, and convenient. Thank you.

Overall, I had a great experience with Senandika Homestay; the host was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, superclean, and perfect for a small family with small kids. The flat screen TV comes with android box. The homestay provides Wifi too. They also provide kitchen utensils, some basic cooking needs, electric stove, a rice cooker, electric kettle and a microwave. Since this is a muslim homestay, I feel more confident. They provide sejadah(prayer mat) and extra towel as requested earlier. The refrigirator functions in exceptional ways. The ac , the ceiling auto fan are also in excellent condition. We love the cozy studio room type of homestay. I will definitely recommend this homestay to my Geng Bilik Guru.Thank you Mr Fahmy for the great hospitality. Wish u all the best.
