Reviewed Aug 10, 2026- شراحة الشقة -الموقع منطقة تعتبر على ارتفاع عن باقي المناطق وهو وما يميزها بحيث لا تحتاج إلى تكييف في الليل اذ يكون الجو باردا وقد تصل الحرارة في شهر اغسطس ليلا 14 درجة -تصميم جميل وعصري - مواقف سيارات مظللة - مطبخ متكامل - تعامل جيد من العاملين التواصل عن طريق الواتساب
- لا يوجد خدمة تنظيف إلا بمقابل - عدم وجود خصوصية في الحمام - لا يوجد شطاف في الحمام - عدم وجود كاميرات في الممرات ويمكن لاي شخص دخول المبنى الباب الرئيسي دائما مفتوح - النظافة اقيمها 8 من 10 - عدم وجود طارد حشرات في الشقة - عدم وجود غسالة ملابس في نفس المبنى، إذا كانت ترغب بغسيل ملابسك تذهب لمبنى آخر في نفس المنطقة تابع لهم وتستخدم الغسالة هناك

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Чудове місце розташування! Неподалік Вайдаха є багато цікавих місць куди можна поїхати. Апартготель новий, з гарним сучасним ремонтом, все ціле і неушкоджене. Є парковка у затіненому місці, автомобіль не перегрівається. Є зарядка для електромобілів. Дуже гарний вигляд з вікон на Альпи. Неподалік є ставок у якому вирощують рибу з штучними невеличкими водоспадами - дуже приємно засипати ввечері з відкритим вікном під звуки води. У сусідньому ресторані через день був вечір живої музики, дуже вайбові вечори! Гарна тераса зі зручними стільчиками та столиком.
Нам не вистачало пральної машини - її не було в номері. Також душова кабіна повністю прозора і коли ти приймаєш душ тебе видно повністю з кухні і зали - це звичайно дуже весело, але все ж хотілося б приватності. Також потрібно було внести заставу у 100 євро як гарантію що нічого не пошкодиш у номері. Я повністю з розумінням ставлюсь до такого рішення власників, але про це варто було б попереджати завчасно, а не через кілька днів після бронювання. У нас, наприклад, було обмеження на банківській карті по витратам за кордоном, і сума на карті була реально обмежена. І звичайно ж хотілось би трохи демократичнішу ціну проживання. :) В цілому це дрібні побажання, а не критичні зауваження.

Die Anlage ist ziemlich hellhörig , man ist eher auf rücksichtsvolle Nachbarn angewiesen .

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Das Appartement ist vom feinsten ausgestattet und super sauber. Wir haben hier mit vier Personen übernachtet. Auf der Schlafcouch ist ausreichend Platz für zwei Personen und sie ist sehr bequem. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Die Küche war nicht so gut ausgestattet. Es hat an einigen Sachen gefehlt, vor allem wenn man selber täglich kochen muss aufgrund einer Unverträglichkeit. Nur mal als Beispiel Zitronenpresse, Knoblauchpresse, 2. kleine Pfanne - aber das ist auch meckern auf hohem Niveau. Draussen wäre ein großer Tisch auch nett gewesen, um dort zu essen- aber wie gesagt.. meckern auf hohem Niveau

Reviewed May 27, 2026Die Lage war Perfekt. Total zentral gelegen. Die Unterkunft war sehr hochwertig ausgestattet.
Gefallen hat mir die offene Dusche nicht so gut. Der Balkon mit den Glasfronten auch nicht gut. Man fühlte sich sehr beobachtet. Ein Sonnenschutz und Sitzkissen für den Balkon fehlten auch. Ohne Sitzkissen waren die modernen Stühle sehr unbequem.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Traumhaft schöne Unterkunft, sehr gute Kommunikation mit den Vermietern, super Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Die Liebe steckt im Detail! Alles ist extrem smart und pfiffig durchdacht, sodass der Platz bestmöglich genutzt wird. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Reviewed Jan 12, 2026Schönes, modernes Apartment mit guter Ausstattung. Der Service via App oder WhatsApp reagierte schnell, sodass der persönliche Service vor Ort nicht vermisst wurde.
Die Heizung war sehr warm eingestellt. Diese ließ sich nur zentral durch den Hotelservice regeln. Doch auch nach mehrmaliger Bitte, die Heizung runter zu drehen, wurde es nicht spürbar kühler.

Bissl komisch dass zwischen Duschkabine und Wohnzommer gibts keine normale Wand, oder verdunkelt Glas. In Saunabereich bissl mehr reinigen! Haare in Dusche, Spinnenetz, WC ist braun drinnen, sonst Sanua ist sehr super!

Schon beim Betreten spürt man, mit wie viel Liebe zum Detail alles gestaltet wurde – stylisch, gemütlich und wunderschön im alpenländischen Chaletstil eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wie in einem luxuriösen Rückzugsort in den Bergen. Die Kommunikation war absolut unkompliziert und perfekt organisiert – über App und WhatsApp lief alles reibungslos und schnell. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die hochwertige Ausstattung: In der Küche findet man fast alles, was das Herz begehrt, inklusive edler Spiegelau-Gläser – ein Detail, das man sonst selten findet. Die Aussicht ist einfach traumhaft und lädt zum Träumen ein. Nach einem Tag in der Natur ist der liebevoll gestaltete Saunabereich der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen – ruhig, stilvoll und herrlich wohltuend. Ein weiteres Highlight: Überall im Apartment findet man hochwertige Pflegeprodukte von Rituals – ein kleiner Luxus, der das Gesamterlebnis perfekt abrundet. Fazit: Dieses Apartment ist ein absoluter Geheimtipp für alle, die Stil, Komfort und alpine Gemütlichkeit auf höchstem Niveau suchen. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!
Auf sehr hohem Niveau gibt es nur eine Kleinigkeit die ich persönlich noch schön fände: Es wären ein paar Basis-Gewürze wie z.B. Salz und Pfeffer in größerer Menge sowie ein kleines Fläschchen Öl in der Küche wünschenswert.

Lo spazio è limitato se si é in più di 2. Manca la cassaforte. A piano terra la privacy è molto limitata

Appartamento un piccolo, soprattutto se si é in più di 2: utilizzando il divano letto, la zona giorno scompare. Manca la cassaforte e sarebbe stato utile trovare del materiale informativo sulla zona: mappa, attività sportive, luoghi da visitare, convenzioni con ristoranti o bar della zona. Non c'è un giardino comune dove potersi rilassare.

عدم وجود اصنصير مما سبب لنا جهد في نقل الشناط إلى اعلى فالافضل السكن بالدور الارضي او الاول على الاقل لا يوجد تكييف او حتى مروحه لتلطيف الجو مع العلم انني تواجدت في احر وقت من السنه ما جعلني اطلب المروحه ولم يتم توفيرها وجود عناكب داخل الغرفه، كان من الاوجب حرص الفندق على تنظيف المكان من الحشرات سعره مرتفع جداً

Philip went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed- plus he was just so kind and friendly:)

Reviewed Aug 28, 2024Very well designed apartment. Although not large, due to excellent design with sliding doors, multiple hooks, rails, shelving etc it felt spacious. Beautiful bathroom, everything very new and modern. Communication with Philipp was very good, quick responses and very helpful. Reliable WiFi.

There should be at least one cleaning services when you spend a whole week in the appartment. This is usally what makes the difference between an appart-hotel and an appartment.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2023The apartment was very modern and new, all the electronic equipment was very new and worked great. The kitchen was big enough to make a simple dinner/lunch/brunch, and there was more than enough room to store all your clothes. If you needed something, you could just send a message to the host (Philip) and he would sort it all out for you. The host also gave great advice for cool places to visit nearby, but also good recommendations for restaurants, swimming etc. The beds were big enough for me (1.85m) and very comfy. The bathroom was also well equipped, with a 10/10 shower. It really felt like home for the 10 days I spent here, and the host really makes you feel comfortable and is always available for help. I might have to come back here at some point since I enjoyed it so much. If you are wondering about the Spa, I did not make use of it, but it looked very modern and exceptionally clean. And the apartment also has a pleasant view over the mountains, and at night it is incredibly quiet in the area, so you can really get to relax during your holiday and not be interrupted by noises from the area.
What might improve the stay more is to have basic cooking equipment ready (olive oil, salt, pepper).

Reviewed May 21, 2023My dad and I had a fishing course booked at Lake Weidach and after some research I was pleasantly surprised to find a modern apartment just a few meters away from it. The booking as well as follow up conversation with the staff was extremely fast, friendly and easy. The best part was when we arrived and saw this beautiful building with high end furniture and utilities being the place where we will spend our father-daughter weekend! The style, cleanliness and peace of Chalina made us fall in love with it and we will definitely visit again! Thank you so much Philipp for arranging also a late check out for us!

Just missing an ice bath :) -Friendly staff. -Convenient location: 10 min to the Leutasch piste, 10 min to great supermarket, 1 min to bus stop
