Sehr gut gelegenes,ruhiges, komfortables Hotel in der Kalsa. Wenige Gehminuten zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten und zum Abendbummel. Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Pool zum Entspannen, Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse befriedigt auch Extrawünsche. Das Bett groß und bequem. Rundum ein empfehlenswertes Haus!

This is a lovely place to stay in Palermo - great location in La Kalsa in a building with interesting past use as a tomato factory. Comfortable rooms and great breakfast. Staff were amazing - Maria, Salvo and Lucas went out of their way to make our stay special. The pool was great after warm days exploring Palermo. Late access to all the facilities on check out day was really appreciated! Would definitely recommend as a base in Palermo.

Ottima colazione, su ordinazione, ma veloce ! Location molto buona, vicino a molte attrazioni, abbastanza vicina al centro, e comunque molto tranquilla.

Las instalaciones modernas y bien equipadas. La piscina y el spa muy necesarios cuando en Palermo aprieta bien en calor. Equipo muy amable, sobretodo Silvia, Salvatore y Maria Elena, que nos sirvió unos desayunos estupendos. Repetiria sin duda!

The location is great. The beds are really comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic and really varied. Staff were all super friendly and accommodating. Decent size rooms.

The hot tub wasn’t working whist we were there which was a shame but we still enjoyed it anyway!

L’entrée trop cachée, la piscine un peu petite et la terrasse trop chaude pour le petit déjeuner.

Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et serviable. Seul hotel où il vous propose des bouteilles d’eau sans vous les faire payer. C’était le 3 eme hôtel 4 étoiles de mon séjour et c’était le seul qui proposait ce service. Piscine intérieur / extérieur ouverte 24h/24. Petit dej frais et très bon. Rien a dire merci

L'emplacement idéal, les piscines accessibles 24h sur 24, la terrasse du petit déjeuner, la chambre immense et très fonctionnelle avec accès direct au jardin et à la piscine, la gentillesse et la générosité du personnel

Le personnel est au petit soins. Les équipements sont qualitatifs et peu fréquenté. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux.

Lo staff è eccezionale, una nota di merito speciale per un’accoglienza di particolare attenzione, empatia, rispetto. Gran parte del voto pieno è per tutto il personale, prezioso. La location strategica: raggiungi il centro, il porto, la stazione ferroviaria in pochi minuti a piedi. La struttura di qualità e gusto. Le camere moderne, comode e funzionali. La piscina esterna un toccasana per la calura di questa estate e quella coperta un vezzo gradevole e gradito. La terrazza ben arredata è sicuramente interessante anche se il troppo caldo non ci ha permesso un effettivo godimento (ma il prosecco - offerto - sui divanetti con vista tetti sarebbe stato fantastico .. annotiamo per la prossima visita). Colazione molto curata: l’iris fritta un patrimonio dell’Unesco 😁 Siamo stati molto bene , grazie ragazzi , il merito è vostro ❤️ Ps adorabile la porta d’ingresso

Om vi kunde hett 20 av 10 möjliga hade vi gjort det! En juvel! På alla sätt. Personalen var magisk! Så oerhört vänliga, hjälpsamma, generösa. Rummet helt perfekt. Sov som små barn. Välstädat. Flip flops, badrockar, poolhanddukar, granité vid poolen, en flaska prosecco on the house. Fantastisk frukost. Ja allt var som ngt vi aldrig upplevt och då har vi rest väldigt mycket. Läget är perfekt. En oas mitt i Kalsa som har ett mkt coolt bar- och restaurangliv. Vi planerar redan nästa resa hit!

Absolut freundliches, zuvorkommendes, unkompliziertes und hilfsbereites Personal. Tolle Lage, schöne Anlage und Zimmer und Frühstück a la carte auf der Dachterrasse.

Leider gab es in der ersten Nacht im ganzen Quartier einen Stromausfall und die Klimaanlage ging darum erst am nächsten Tag wieder - es war also sehr heiss.😉

Great location, friendly staff and clean comfortable rooms. The loft room is fabulous with lots of space. A true gem in the middle of the city with a pool as a bonus ! Breakfast really good with lots of variety

L'accueil exceptionnel du personnel et leur gentillesse, le cadre, l'emplacement dans la ville, le confort du lit, la propreté, le calme dans l'hôtel, la piscine hyper agréable après une découverte de la ville, le spritz sur un transat, le petit déjeuner sur le roof top...un vrai petit bijou qui participe a rendre mémorable un week end découverte de Palerme.

Tout était juste parfait

This was one of the best BnB's that I have stayed in. The rating went from the amazing beds, to the food to the staff. I would highly recommend this as an amazing choice. I LOVED the quirky entrance from the street, it was the cherry on the top. The aircon in the BnB was a game changer in the heat wave.

Only suggestion was having a second fan in the breakfast area.

This hotel is a hidden gem. It is down a quiet street in a regular neighborhood. You can’t see the hotel at all until you walk through the gate that requires a code. The staff were extremely friendly and warm and responsive. The rooms were simple and clean. The air conditioning worked well. The small pool in the central courtyard was very refreshing and was open anytime so we could even take a quick dip after dinner to cool off. The rooftop area was also beautiful and they serviced breakfast there.

Everyone was so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure that I felt welcomed and was confortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Palermo.

Location is very central, once you find the doorway which is slightly ‘different’ you enter an amazing area of calm and the friendliest group of staff ever. Our cases were out of the car and in our room within minutes by an amazing gentleman and importantly we were able to check in early that was a great surprise. The two ladies looking after reception were very friendly and knowledgeable especially with the history of the property. Our room was stunning with extra towels and flip flops to use the outdoor and indoor pools. This hotel is like a small intimate spa hotel and just a tropical oasis of calm within a city. The breakfast was exceptional with so much attention to detail with a standard selection and then a pick your own additional selection of the most delicious pastries and cakes. We absolutely loved our one night stay and for sure we will be back.

Behind the original old doors is a beautiful oasis. It was clean, comfortable and the service is unmatched. It’s central, but quiet location was ideal for exploring and pool to relax after was fantastic.

Staff were absolutely delightful. Location is good (near marina, restaurants, shops). Surprisingly quiet with clean rooms and comfortable beds. Excellent WI-FI. Very pleasant breakfast on roof terrace with great views. Grass area with sun beds for relaxing, in addition to recliners & seating on roof terrace. A free bottle of "fizz" and staff bringing round complimentary lemon granita. A small but usable pool that was seldom crowded. Overall the hotel is an unusual design, which many will find "quirky" and/or charming.

Had to climb up 6 metres to reach the roof terrace (40 steps) for breakfast each morning, so not suitable for the physically challenged. Our "Loft" room also had a 3 metre climb to the bed on a cramped mezzanine floor, where the stair bannister was made of string. No rubbish bin. Huge 2 metre tall curtains that couldn't be fully closed. Taps too high above basins so you wet your feet. All this is the down-side of "quirky", but in retrospect we found it to be charming, and have very fond memories.

Very nice hotel in an alternative and lively area with lots of restaurants and bars around. Worth mentioning is the great breakfast on the terrace. All sights in walking distance.

beautiful hotel with history and the most amazingly staff - everyone who works there is SO friendly and welcoming. They make you feel like an invited guest in their home - always doing little extra things to make you feel as comfortable as possible e.g. on a very hot day bringing lemon granita ices to everyone around and in the pool. We will definitely stay here again - we cannot wait to come back as we feel we have made friends with many of the staff

Stepping through the door from the rather grungy street is like going through the wardrobe into Narnia. This is a charming oasis in a renovated tomato processing factory. The staff stand out - helpful, friendly, well trained and thoughtful. The rooms are well finished, carefully designed and well air-conditioned. The gym, pool, hot spa and roof terrace make for the perfect place to unwind and chill after exploring Palermo. In less than half a block you are in the old town and finding cafés and bars.

Nothing that the hotel can fix. Some drivers had difficulty finding the hotel (apparently some map app issue) but the staff were able to help them out - just something to be mindful of.

Beautiful hidden gem! Well done! The pools were immaculately kept, the grounds were gorgeous, and the rooms were clean, modern, and comfy. Great beds! Breakfast was wonderful. We stayed with our two children (7 & 10) and they were welcome and at home there. The staff is absolutely the best! Best service I’ve had on a vacation. Salvo was always there to offer a granita in the heat of the day or glass of wine at night and always happy to have a friendly conversation. Our boys loved him and he was so kind. Sylvia and Lucas were incredible at the desk. Chiara always made us feel welcome and taken care of at breakfast. There is truly no place in Palermo that can beat this well kept secret. We can’t wait to come back.

Our room was awkward- had obviously been remodeled quickly without attention to detail. For the amount we paid it wasn’t super comfortable.

This was such an amazing hotel that I will be coming back anytime when I’m in Palermo. The staff was so attentive and kind it really made the visit lovely. Our room was huge, the pool was nice even if a bit chilly. Location is great for walking everywhere

Un hotel muy especial, ubicado en una antigua fábrica de tomates. Las habitaciones son sencillas pero muy cómodas. El desayuno es excelente: el día anterior puedes elegir de una lista lo que prefieras y te lo traen directamente de la panadería, un detalle delicioso e inolvidable. Además, está en pleno centro de Palermo pero, al mismo tiempo, en una zona muy tranquila. La atención de todo el personal fue excelente.
