We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Kingfisher Treetop Cabin. The interior is outstanding - I specifically enjoyed the stunning bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and the bed is absolutely comfortable. We liked the fact that there was Netflix available :)

What a little slice of heaven!! The tranquility and peace that you feel staying here is just magical!! I loved staying here so much that I kept extending my stay and even came back again for another stay! Ryan is a very attentive and professional host! One can really sense and feel the love he pours into his lovely cabins and can see that he prides himself in delivery 5 star service for each and every client he hosts! My favourite thing to do was to sit on the deck and enjoy my morning coffee and losing time by just watching the beautiful distant sea views!! The cabin is fully equipped with everything you may need for a short or longer stay! Ryan attention to detail shines through with all the well-thought touches he has in the cabin. The location is not too far from town but far enough to be more in touch with nature and its beauty, It is super close to sardinha bay and the lovely Grassroof cafe!

Ryan was a great host. He corresponded information regarding check in very well. The weather meant that all my meatings were cancelled and I was accomodated to check in early

Shops around close early and nothing is a walking distance but it’s valid since it’s outside the city.

Our stay at Tree Top was amazing. We loved the comfortable bed and the elegant bedding. The bathroom had a beautiful cinematic feel, especially with the lights off. The view from the balcony was stunning, and the fire pit experience was unforgettable. Ryan organized a lovely braai for my partner and me, and we were fortunate to share the evening with another couple, exchanging cultures and great conversations.

This was one of out favorite Accomodation during our stay in SA. The owner is super friendly, the house is build with very good taste, view is awesome. We loved it!!

The view from the treehouse to the sea was incredible, Ryan is a super host, he ensured I can check in with no issues. The tree house itself is well maintained with everything you can ever need. i.e. iron, microwave, fridge...you name it

Great interior style and furnishings, very thoughtfully and well equipped, comfortable bed and helpful owner. We thought it might have been a bit remote but it turned out to have some great local amenities and was actually a short distance to large shops for everything we needed.

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abgelegen an einem ruhigen Ort. Man hat es dennoch nicht allzuweit zu den bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Unser Gastgeber war sehr nett und hat uns höflich willkommen geheißen und Tipps gegeben. Es war sehr sauber. Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt.

The lounge furniture (couch and chair) were not comfortable. This is highly subjective, but upgrading these with comfort in mind would have made excellent perfect.

Exceptional host, unforgettable stay! Tyan was an incredible host—he truly treated us like family. What a man! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The property itself exceeded all expectations: peaceful, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located. It’s just 5–10 minutes from one of the most breathtaking beaches we’ve ever seen. The surrounding area is quiet and immersed in nature, with a lovely braai spot that made evenings extra special. Although it’s tucked away from the city noise, it’s still only a few minutes from the shops—such a bonus. The entire experience was nothing short of magical. Honestly, the 12-hour drive from KZN to PE was absolutely worth it. We’ll definitely be back!

Ryan was an amazing host and so welcoming. I recently travelled to PE for a friend's wedding so the travel time was quite intense for me and my partner. This place was amazing. So peaceful and relaxing. The facilities are top level and are something you would find in the UK. Ryan will help with things to do. If you're heading to PE, make sure you book here. It's only ten minutes from Walmer and all the local amenities. It's also five minutes from Seaview and Sardinia Bay.

Ryan and Maria were absolutely incredible hosts! Friendly and so helpful! The accommodation was comfortable and absolutely spotless, linen clean and fresh. It really is a home away from home. Location was a few minutes drive from Grass roof and Sardinia bay beach which suited us perfectly. HIGHLY recommended!

What a Stunningly Beautiful location and accommodation. Quiet and peaceful with the sound of chirping birds and surrounded by green forest and Seaview in the distance. Such a beautiful modern and well thought out cottage with absolutely everything you need. The decor was absolutely beautiful with such attention to detail. The host was so lovely, friendly and very accommodating. It was an absolutely Wonderful stay and we will definitely go there again ❤️

Everything, from the coffee machine and pods provided to even the smallest gestures such as the butter, milk, water and even jams left in the fridge for each guest. It was clean, neat and very comfortable. The host is very friendly and made us feel welcome. We enjoyed it a lot and will definitely recommend staying here.

There’s nothing we didn’t like.

A wonderful experience, indeed! The hosts are great and went out of their way to accommodate our every need and request. Treetops is aptly named. Situated in a very quiet area, about ten minutes drive from Walmer, completely surrounded by dense vegetation with a view of the ocean in the distance over the treetops. Interior finishes in the large room are top-notch and there are special touches like the homemade jam, an abundance of little extras provided such as tea, coffee, milk, butter, Nespresso with pods, shower gel and other bathroom amenities, etc. etc. The bed is excellent, and there is a selection of pillows and blankets and throws to make sure you are really comfortable as well as an oil heater if the night is too chilly. The room is also quite spacious with a lounge and fully equipped kitchen. All in all, a truly special place with extraordinary hosts that I would love to return to!

Nice quiet location in nature with distant view on the ocean and nice sunset beach at Sardinia Bay within 1km drive and close proximity to the CBD and Airport. And a kind host. The accommodation is very comfortable, spacious and equipped.

5/5 stars! We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect for us - far enough from the city buzz to feel peaceful and serene, but still accessible when we wanted to explore. The host thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable. We especially appreciated the extra blankets provided, which made the chilly evenings cozy and snug. But what really impressed us was the host's kindness in providing milk, butter, and an amazing homemade jam! It was such a lovely touch and made our stay feel truly special. We had an amazing time relaxing and unwinding in this beautiful space. We can't wait to come back and experience it all again. Thank you to our wonderful host for creating such a haven!
