Reviewed Aug 22, 2024Nice big bed, lots of space in the room, nice shower. The staff is friendly. The location is great. Iniko, who rented us the room was very friendly, polite and considerate.
I had to wait 20-30 mins to check out, because the cleaning lady had to check the room first. They offered us a complementary breakfast, but in the end it was just a strategy to sell us something else. We also found many bugs in the room.

Poor customer service. Check in was until 6pm. I arrive 520pm and was told I don't have reservation and the guy I spoke to on booking said reservations close at 5 and wanted to charge extra fees. Fees that are not posted on bookings. On booking it is advertised til 6pm check in.
