Reviewed Sep 19, 2026It was a mixed experience. I cannot complain about the comfort of the room, everything was fit it within the space as well as it can be. We didn't use the kitchen almost at all, but it was well stocked. The bathroom has what it is needed. There's a lot of floors with a couple of rooms, and despite the fact we didn't use the rooftop, we've seen it is nice to have a drink or just sit for while.
At whatever price, water is good hospitality to provide in the summer. The staff was either absent (even within the set and said working hours) or meh in responding. There's no iron, even for a request, just the steamer, but it worked. Also, the proximity of the rooms may make them a bit noisy, although it didn't bother us as we spent little time in the flat in general. Finally, it is a couple of minutes, max 10, from metro, but if you are a walking tourist, it takes about half an hour to get to the core city centre.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026The room was a great size, the staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was superb. A short walk to Avenida de Liberdade where we could see so many tourist hotspots. The hotel has a small supermarket next door as well as a bakery across the road.
The room could get cleaned daily, not every 3 days. I think I missed that when booking

It had great pricing, a fantastic location with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and pharmacies nearby, and was within walking distance of public transportation. The room was well equipped, even featuring a nice speaker so you could play music to create a pleasant ambiance—perfect for my morning worship devotional. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and there were two A/C units—one for the living room/kitchen and another for the bedroom—so my kids could set their own temperature while my wife and I had ours. I also loved the upper terrace with its lovely views, and it even offered beer for a small fee, which was a nice touch.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026J’ai rarement vu un hôtel avec des chambres aussi propres et fonctionnelles. Nous nous y sommes très vite sentis comme à la maison, ce qui est rare pour moi. Nous n’entendions aucun bruit provenant des autres chambres, porte blindée, climatisation, cuisine équipée, literie de qualité, super décoration. Bref je recommande !
Seul bémol: les voyants lumineux sont nombreux et les rideaux occultants ne suffisent pas à occulter le jour qui perce, difficile de faire une grasse matinée mais c’est un petit détail!

The space itself was very clean, but there was a sewage-like odor coming from the bathroom that was off-putting.

חשבנו שיש אופציה של ארוחת בוקר במלון עצמה עם בופה. אבל בפועל צריך להזמין מראש את הארוחת בוקר שמגיעה ארוזה, ,אז בחרנו שלא להזמין אותה. אבל מצאנו בתי קפה נחמדים קרוב למלון.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026Chose this option for more space for my family than a traditional hotel room. The apartment felt like a hotel apartment. Very comfortable was perfect for a small family. Nice modern design with well appointed bathrooms, blackout curtains in all rooms, nice hotel style accent lighting throughout.
The location was a bit far to walk to the subway especially with the hills, but that's just a feature of Lisbon. So I wouldn't say it's a con persay. We did find a taxi stand nearby at one of the hotels so that was convenient for getting somewhere quickly.

We needed to stay near Locke hotel for a wedding event but otherwise wouldn’t have necessarily stayed in this neighborhood. It was still within walking distance to all the central Lisbon sights and far away enough that it felt cozy and quiet. Helpful that it’s next to freeways to getting to Belem, Sintra, etc

There was a funky drain smell disguised by cleaning products on arrival, both in the room and corridor. It dissipated after opening the windows and didn't affect the rest of our stay
