There was not much choice for breakfast but still good value.

The property photos are misleading , the hotel it self is in the middle of a shopping complex no local little shops nearby you have to walk for half hour or drive for 10 mins to get to the market square. The rooms weren’t the nicest either bit tired. The double is 2 twins with 2 separate tiny duvets.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Ottima struttura, camere pulite, silenziose, climatizzate, dotate del necessario. Colazione sia dolce che salta, non molto varia ma buona. Anche il ristorante interno buono. La posizione è periferica, ma la struttura è collegata molto bene, proprio di fronte l' ingresso la fermata del pullman che porta anche in centro. Personale cordiale e anche se non tutti parlano l' inglese ci si capisce comunque!

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Ein gutes Hotel mit allen Annehmlichkeiten und einigen Parkplätzen was wir zu schätzen wußten. Zum Abend hin wurden diese allerdings knapp und in der Umgebung kann man nicht kostenlos parken. Die Zimmer schienen neu renoviert zu sein, warum man dann aber immer noch Teppich verlegt hat, ist uns schleierhaft. Der Balkon am Zimmer war ein Bonus, besonders bei dem für Innsbruck berühmten Panorama.
Manko beim Buchen: Wir waren davon ausgegangen, dass wir mit Frühstück gebucht hatten. Das war dann aber wohl ein Fehler von Booking oder uns.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026The hotel recently got an upgrade and it shows. We were here two years ago and it definitely feels more modern. The beds were comfortable and the airconditioning worked perfectly, which was great given the record breaking heat in Innsbruck while we were there. Free parking on the hotel premises, with Tesla Superchargers which was very convenient for us as EV drivers.

Trotz Lage im Gewerbegebiet und am Wochenende geschlossener Geschäfte Abends und Nachts recht laut.

Das Abendessen (wir hatten Halbpension) war sensationell, das Service wirklich ausgesprochen gut. Das Zimmer war etwas klein, aber sauber und nett eingerichtet. Ich hätte gerne gleich wieder gebucht, zu unserem Wunschtermin im September ist es aber leider schon voll ausgebucht. Gerne wieder, schon alleine wegen dem Essen. 😊

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026The wellness area with saunas are nice, good view of the mountains. And there is Tesla supercharger just behind the hotel, super convenient. I wish I had known before coming, so we didn’t need to spend time charging on our way. We bought half board also, very good value.
As soon as breakfast time is over, they want you to leave the restaurant, so they can clean up. I found that a bit rude. In a nice hotel, guests would be left alone to finish their breakfast, and not be reminded several times that they are closing the restaurant areas.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026I loved every second of the stay. Beds are comfy, bath tab is good size. The design is cute. The room even had a balcony which was additional plus. On top of the building is sauna with an amazing view. May different sauna options as well as a rest space. The Breakfast was decent. I liked it all.
The cleaning lady's are talking in the hall super loud in the morning. When you want to rest longer, it's not the best waking up, since you can hear everything very clear in the hall. But otherwise, no complaints. Very good hotel.

Unweit der Autobahn-Abfahrt hat das Hotel alles, was man für eine Zwischenübernachtung benötigt, einen kostenlosen Parkplatz beim Hotel und bequeme Betten, sowie ein sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffett. Abendessen war auch im Hotelrestaurant möglich und in Ordnung.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Cozy, well equipped, clean room, spacious enough for two - and their four legged friend, ours even had a balcony, which is always nice. Wellness and fitness rooms with breath taking views (in all fairness, though, where in Innsbruck you find views that aren't breath taking?), yummy buffet breakfast and great, helpful and polite staff all over the place.
Our only complain has nothing to do with the hotel itself or its staff. After some resarch I found that this is a problem in this neighborhood of Innsbruck, one that even the Innsbruck residents complain about a lot. Namely, some local tough guys flexing with their tuned up muscle cars in the hotels close proximity, producing sometimes unbearable noise pollution. I hope - and in fact would like to ask - IHG corporate management to use its significant weight in the local Innsbruck tourism board to pressure the municipality for stricter traffic calming and police presence in the Amras district at night, for the benefit and relief of visiting guests as well as of those who live in the area.

התאכזבנו מאוד מהשהות שלנו ב־Alphotel Innsbruck. הבעיה הגדולה ביותר הייתה המזגן. אין לאורחים שום שליטה עליו – אין שלט, אין תרמוסטט ואין אפשרות לכוון את הטמפרטורה מהחדר. בכל בוקר בשעה 09:00 המלון פשוט מכבה את המזגן. כשפנינו לקבלה, נאמר לנו ש"רוב האורחים אמורים לצאת מהמלון בשעה הזו". זו הייתה תשובה לא מקובלת. מי מחליט בשבילי מתי לצאת מהחדר? הגעתי לחופשה כדי לנוח, לא כדי שיכריחו אותי לקום ולצאת כאילו אני בדרך לעבודה. כאילו שזה לא מספיק, במשך יומיים ברציפות התעוררנו כבר בסביבות 08:00 בבוקר מרעשי טריקות, דפיקות וקדיחות שנשמעו כמו עבודות שיפוץ. בנוסף, גם צוות הניקיון היה מרעיש מאוד במסדרונות ודופק על דלתות בשעות מוקדמות. התחושה הייתה שלא באמת נותנים לאורחים לנוח, אלא מעירים אותם בכוונה כדי שיפנו את החדרים. בנוסף, היה לכלוך ליד המעלית שלא נוקה במשך כל שלושת הימים שבהם שהינו במלון, וגם הוונטה בשירותים לא עבדה כלל. לצערנו, הדברים השליליים עלו בהרבה על החיוביים. במיוחד לאור המחיר הגבוה מאוד ששילמנו, ציפינו לרמת שירות, ניקיון ונוחות הרבה יותר גבוהה. מלון אמור להיות מקום שמאפשר לנוח ולהירגע, ולא מקום שגורם לאורחים להרגיש שמנסים להעיר אותם ולזרז אותם לצאת מהחדר. לצערנו, לא נחזור להתארח כאן.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Freundlicher Empfang, komfortables Zimmer mit Badewanne und Balkon, angenehme Betten, alles sehr sauber, Blick auf die Berge, feines Frühstück vom Buffet mit allerlei Köstlichkeiten. Das Restaurant hat eine runde Seite mit Außenbereich und so konnten wir draußen frühstücken. Es hat auch einen Sauna- und Fitnessbereich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Fußnähe. Mitarbeiter sind sehr bemüht und wertschätzend. Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt!

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026Schöner großer Parkplatz und sogar mit Fahrradstellplatz im Hotel. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit Süßem und Herzhaftem.
Die Klimaanlage war bei über 30 Grad nicht aktiviviert und die Fenster konnten nachts nicht geöffnet werden (Verkehrslärm). Dadurch wurde es sehr warm und stickig. Die Abtrennung an der Badewanne ist etwas kurz. Wenn man nicht aufpasst, landet das Wasser überall.

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026Staff are amazing and very helpful. We had to leave a day earlier due to personal reasons and they easily accepted our request to refund the additional night. It was so simple and hassle free. Hotel has free parking and located in a quite neighbouring. We had booked for three nights and we were provided by welcome plus card for free local public transport and other benefits. This offer may or not be available later so please check with the Hotel in advance. If you have a car, in 10 minutes you can arrive at the centre or old town area. If I have to come back to Innsbruck, I'd consider staying here.
Can't complain about anything, we enjoyed our stay alot!

Unser Zimmer lag leider auf der Seite zur Hauptstraße, mussten deswegen in der Nacht die Balkontür geschlossen lassen.

Tapijt. Er rijdt wel continue een stofzuigerrobot rond maar tapijt op de kamer blijft issue voor wie gevoelig is voor allergieën.
