Die Bezeichnung "mit Küche" ist absolut irreführend. Es gab eine Kaffeemaschine, mit der wir auch unser TeeWasser erhitzt haben. Nichts sonst, um etwas warm zu machen. Kein Schneidebrett für kalte Küche... Auf Nachfrage hieß es, das Wasser käme doch sehr heiß aus der Leitung, falls das nicht ausreichend sei, bekämen wir einen Wasserkocher. Die Terrassen im eg haben 2 Stühle aber keinen Tisch. Ohne Auto ist die Unterkunft sehr abgelegen. Rundum gibt es absolut nichts, nächster supermarkt 15 Minuten sehr öder Fußweg, bei der Bushaltestelle Je nach Witterung ist man aber fast direkt in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens. In unserer Unterkunft war in einer Nacht zudem die Lüftung die ganze Nacht an und ließ sich nicht abstellen. Der Bus in die Stadt fährt Recht häufig, bis zum Bahnhof ist man mit Fußweg aber ca 1h unterwegs.

Lovely area in nature. Room is newly decorated, has privacy, big windows looking at a nice view. Breakfast was rich.

Bathroom: The shower had a wrong slope, drain is not at the lowest point, so your feet is always in a puddle during shower. Shampoo bottle pump was broken. Staff: In general not welcoming. During dinner the service was very poor. Slow, careless staff, missing orders…

Really nice interior design that gives a feeling of homey coziness and connection with nature at the same time. New appliances and nothing’s broken or in bad condition.

Without knowing we booked 1 house in the “Village” and 1 house at the BASECAMP location. Turns out they’re pretty far from each other. As we were not driving this created a major discomfort. Administration did not have any solution for this issue except for renting bikes for the full price of 15€ pp. which is insane price in my opinion. The other thing was a barbecue. Unfortunately, the cottage we rented did not have a barbecue, even though the photos on Booking.com clearly show one standing directly in front of the cottage. We also noticed that many other cottages at the campsite have barbecues, but for some reason ours did not. When we asked at reception if we could have a barbecue, we were told that barbecues and open fires are prohibited on the campsite. We then asked why there is a barbecue shown in the Booking.com photos and why other cottages have them. We were told that guests bring their own barbecues. This was a clear lie because the barbecues we saw were identical, large, heavy, and clearly not portable ones that guests would normally bring with them. I completely understand and respect the rule prohibiting open fires, especially since the staff explained that it was introduced recently due to fire incidents last year. The rule itself is not the problem. However, if barbecues are no longer allowed, the property should update its Booking.com photos and clearly mention this restriction in the description. Showing a barbecue in front of the cottage creates a reasonable expectation that barbecue facilities are available. In our case, this caused a real inconvenience because we had specifically prepared and brought food for a barbecue based on the information and photos provided in the listing.

Frühstück sehr überschaubar für einen stolzen Preis. Sauna nicht inklusiv im Preis.

Very quiet, clean and functional. 15 minute walk to a bus stop that took 30mins into the centre of Amsterdam. Easy, free parking for our car.

Die Nähe zum Flughafen hat Mensch zeitweise stark mitbekommen.

לקחנו ביקתה עם 2 קומות עם האט טאב. הביקתה מקסימה ונעימה. האט טאב מצויין. השתמשנו גם בסאונה, צריך לשריין אותה לשעה מסוימת. כל המתחם שקט ופסטורלי. חצי שעה מהעיר. חלופה מצויינת לשינה בתוך אמסטרדם. אפילו נשבר לנו המפתח והצוות החליף לנו את כל המנעול באותו היום. מומלץ בחום!

חבל שאי אפשר לשחות באגם. ארוחת בוקר בסיסית, לא לקחנו.

Das besondere Konzept und die entspannte Atmosphäre haben uns richtig gut gefallen. Unsere Wohnung war gemütlich und sogar besser ausgestattet als angegeben – wir hatten überraschenderweise ein Kochfeld. Absolutes Highlight war unsere wunderschöne Terrasse. Auch die Lage und Umgebung sind toll. Wir haben unsere vier Tage sehr genossen! 😊

Der Aufstieg zu unserer Terrasse über die recht steile „Hühnertreppe“ war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig und ist sicherlich nicht für jeden geeignet. Außerdem fanden wir den Preis für vier Nächte ohne Frühstück schon recht hoch.

Tutto, l’appartamento è spazioso, ben curato. Non manca nulla! Il contesto è davvero molto rilassante! Si possono fare molte passeggiate immersi nel verde. Amsterdam è a circa 20 minuti di auto ma facilmente raggiungibile.

Mould in the shower. Broken chair (badly fixed). Loose skirting (my 1 year old baby almost got pricked by a nail). Deking badly fixed with 4 screws sticking out of the boards by more than 1cm. I could understand the rough building theme because of you are in nature but I thought that we would get a more premium experience with the price tag. I had to pay 15€ extra for a cod bed, it’s the first place I’ve been that asked for that. I didn’t know in advance our cabin was 950m away of the main compound in a different location, far from amenities I thought they would be at walk-in distance.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable.

I think they advertise that each room had some sort of outdoor space. But my boardwalk suite, which located on the top floor didn’t have access to a proper balcony nor the terrace. It was a real pity because I was very much looking forward to have a glass of wine on the balcony on the sunny days we had.

Gute Lage. Sehr hübsche Anlage. Fahrradverleih.

Unterkunft schon recht abgewohnt. Schade, dass das Baden im See nicht mehr möglich ist.

Mega tolle idyllisch Lage. Super Ausstattung. Toller Bio Hofladen in der Nähe.

The location was perfect for us as it was quiet and outside of Amsterdam but close enough to the train or via Uber/Bolt. The area also has a cafe down the road with a self picking farm. The property has several paths, a garden, yoga area and meditation area. I requested a bottle of wine for the first night and they were very kind to add it to the room while we were out exploring the town.

The coffee was not great in the rooms and the door baked in the sunshine required us to slam our shoulders into the door each day or night. We did have an issue with our toilet, the water ran and ran so it would take 3 hours to flush again, but the staff was quick in response and repaired it within the day we requested. The soap dispensers in the shower kept falling off the wall as well.

Es ist ein ruhiger ganz natürlicher Ort und dennoch quasi mitten in der Stadt. Man kann gut mit den Rädern in die Innenstadt fahren. Für einen Städtetrip für uns optimal weil wir es dann abends gern wieder ruhig haben.

Das ein oder andere könnte wieder bisschen hergerichtet werden.

Gute Lage, gute Anbindung mit der Bus Linie 21 in die Stadt (35min). Basecamp ist eine grüne Erholungsoase. Einfach zum abschalten und Akku aufladen.

Petit Déjeuné impeccable ; on a vu l'effort sur des produits frais et fait maison. les personnes qui nous ont accueillis étaient discrètes et serviables, gentilles... l'emplacement est formidable. C'est un lieu et une entreprise bien tenue, continuez comme cela, on a déjà fait de la publicité pour vous à des amis.

Didn't get to eat breakfast.

We were told that the restaurant closed at 8:00 and the bar closed at 9:00. But we returned and found out that on a Saturday they closed everything at 7:00. We then had to use Uber Eats to get something to eat. Not a happy result. Door was not able to lock, we did feel safe leaving it unlocked but was not ideal.

Mooi gelegen op de rand van Amsterdam in het groen. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en mooie appartementen met airco!

Très belle situation en pleine nature ! Accès facile à la ville par les transports en commun ! Logement confortable !

Equipement de la cuisine très insuffisant ! Manque de vaisselle et d'ustensiles pour préparer les repas ! Par exemple, un four neuf n'ayant jamais servi car il n'y a pas un seul récipient pour mettre au four !

Das Haus und der Mini Pool war schön . Klimaanlage super.

Das Haus war zu nah am Flughafen . Extremer Fluglärm ab 7 Uhr bis 22:30 Uhr Maximal 1,5 h war zwischendurch mal Ruhe . Der Weg zur Bushaltestelle zu weit .30 min zu Fuß . Mit dem Rad waren wir auch sehr lange unterwegs bis in die Stadt ca. 45 min . Dies sollte in der Beschreibung auf jeden Fall erwähnt werden . Bei der Ankunft mussten wir den Tisch draußen erstmal putzen , er war so verkrustet das war sehr viel Arbeit .

The air conditioning was a godsend for a very hot week.

One of the lodges my group stayed in had bed bugs - a number of the group came home with little bites (not mosquito bites) that resembled bed bugs, and only the group that stayed in one of the two lodges we stayed in. The air conditioning in the main living room was great but wasn't effective at reaching the bedrooms which made the nights very warm.

I really liked that even though you were so close to Amsterdam centre and Haarlem it felt like you was in the countryside and close to nature, I liked listening to the frogs in the evening. The accommodation we stayed in was well set out and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the common areas were good. The staff were very helpful with anything you needed. I would stop here again if or when I visited Amsterdam in the future.

The only complaint I have is the door to our room wouldn’t lock properly so was a bit of messing to make it shut. Everything else was good.

Beautiful cabin with a spacious living area, a small kitchen, a fireplace, and air conditioning- Quiet location, conveniently close to Amsterdam, Haarlem, and the outlet shopping area.-Free parking.- Easy online check-in with no need to visit the reception.- Nice walking area nearby, perfect for relaxing and spending time with family.

No EV charging stations.- The furniture is very basic and not very comfortable, and there is no TV.- Many insects, especially outside the cabins.- The bedrooms and bathroom are quite small, with no wardrobe, clothes washing machine, or iron.- Kitchen utensils are limited, and the views are not particularly attractive.

You really have to search to find that you have to pay to use the barrel sauna and if you don’t book the right room; you have no access to a hot tub. They made everything right but were quite defensive when we were confused.

La situation et l'environnement de l'établissement est très agréable, Une belle vue sur un parc et pas trop de vis à vis.

La surprise d'être sur un couloir aérien avec le passage très bas de gros avirons toutes les 10 minutes.

Stunning cabins with comfy beds, great shower, excellent facilities. The grounds were so stunning and peaceful with so much for our children to do and explore. There was even a padel court across the road. We’ll definitely be back. We had such a memorable, peaceful stay and we didn’t want to leave!

It would’ve been nice to have a tv in the cabin but I guess not having ones meant our children had more outside time.

Peaceful setting, although lots of very loud, late and drunk groups there when we were.

Incredibly dangerous wooden spiral staircase with no handrails or rope. All sleeping quarters upstairs and no stair gates available to rent meant a somewhat scary few days keeping 2 year old twins and a 5 year old away from the stairs at all time. Play area overgrown. Trampoline dangerous.

clean rooms, very friendly staff, great bedding (comfortable mattresses, various pillows, nice blankets), and free parking on the premises. They were very accommodating to my 1 year old baby and lent us a baby chair for the whole duration of our stay to use in our little house. That was really nice of them!

It is located near the airport, and in the evening we could hear the planes sometimes. But around the time we went to bed (~10 pm) it stopped and it wasn't an issue at all. But keep it in mind in case you go to bed earlier. Otherwise it is very quite there

Ganz tolles, enspanntes Ambiente, Sauna, Größe der Zimmer ausreichen und alles vorhanden. Leckeres Frühstück, tolle Party nach dem Festival!

Scheinbar in der Einflugschneise, hat uns aber nicht so stark gestört. Wer allerdings völlige Ruhe wünscht, kommt hier vermutlich zu kurz.
