What an amazing cottage. We had the most idyllic weekend stay. The hosts were wonderful and introduced themselves to us. Every detail was thought of inside the little cottage. The weather outside over the weekend was winter cold but we were snug and warm inside with the heatpump & fire. We will definately be booking to stay again. Can recommend the local pub too which is a 2 minute walk to get to, lovely staff/family friendly and great food.

We loved it all. Absolutely no complaints at all

Very convenient for breaking our journey home and especially as we had our dog with us. Easy for our evening meal and again the hotel allowed dogs in the bar. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom very spacious.

The only things to mention was the bathroom sink had no plug and no milk in the fridge upon arrival. But Toby the owner supplied some when we contacted him so very good service. We were hoping for an open fire as the day we arrived the weather was awful, but realised the fireplace had an electric fire (should have noted that from the photos) even though the listing stated it was the main feature.

The cottage is in a beautiful setting and close to several vineyards and restaurants. It was so quiet and the night sky was amazing! Great photography!

Exactly what we needed. Stayed whilst on a bikepackjng trip. Location was relaxing with easy access to the Hotel for diner

We have stayed here previously in ‘fantail cottage’. It’s in a beautiful location, quiet and peaceful .

The situation of the cottage was lovely. The cottage was very well equipped and very comfortable. The dogs loved it too!

Fantastic Location. Absolutely stunning wee cabin. Has a coffee pod machine and plunger, plenty of rugs to snuggle in and the fire is electric.

I found the mattress hard but have spoken to the owner who will put the topper back on! It took a while to warm up as can be expected in winter.

Toby was very accommodating and really quick to respond when we had to shift dates due to illness - thank you! Great location, easy access, and very charming. Took a while to warm up in midwinter cold, but cosy when warm.

Very cute stone cottage, spacious for a one bedroom. Great cooking facilities and heating for winter.

The host was very welcoming, and the property very cosy. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in for a while, and the freestanding bath was a treat. Nice little touches throughout.

It was nice and warm with the electric fire and the bed was really comfortable. The bath was exceptional and considering the small nozzle on the shower, it did not disappoint with superb water pressure. Great variety of coffees and teas for all. The stars on the clear night were absolutely breath taking from our cottage.

It advertised board games and puzzles, so we didn't take any. Alas these were some broken pick up sticks and some pieces for chess, checkers and Chinese checkers and many packs of cards. And we knew with only 2 gas hobs to cook with, we might use the BBQ, unfortunately it was filthy & we didn't have time to clean it while the veges were cooking, so we never used it. The microwave said it grilled, but had no idea how exactly that would work, maybe instructions by it would be helpful in the future for other guests

We enjoyed the comfortable furnishings and the quiet. Bathroom luxurious. Neat little dishwasher for two. Very clean. Thank you for the basic kitchen supplies, tea, coffee, etc. Thank you for guide to nearby towns

Please edit for owner only, this is not criticism, as we were very comfortable The barbecue was almost ideal, but really needs cleaning. ( Lower tray full of grease). Nails are working their way out of kitchen floor, painful when shoes not worn in the house.

Everything. It is a beautiful new cottage that has the most attention to detail to replicate original styles. It is fabulous

The only thing it didn't have that would have been helpful (and I expected) was milk. Otherwise it was superb

Beautifully presented & spacious with gorgeous peaceful views. Huge bathroom with excellent disabled shower access & wonderful free standing bath that did fit two people! Everything was comfortable and worked together seamlessly, with great communication from the hosts to back it up. Thank you.
