Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Die Lage für die Trolltunga Wanderung ist gut, in Tyssedal allerdings gibt es nichts! Wir sind 2 Nächte geblieben und waren enttäuscht! Wir würden nächstes nicht mehr in Tyssedal wohnen sondern lieber schöner und außerhalb. Das Personal im Hotel war sehr nett und die Sauna ist auch sehr schön (allerdings blöd, dass man sich dort nicht umziehen kann) das Whirlpool hätten wir extra zahlen müssen- war aber sehr dreckig das Wasser (undurchsichtig)
Das Appartement Haus ist sehr lieblos - die Fotos sind alle offensichtlich mit KI bearbeitet! Es fehlt an Charme! Man fühlt sich wie in einer Jugendherberge! Im Badezimmer gibt es nichtmal ein Kästchen um etwas abzulegen! Wir würden es auf keinen Fall nochmal buchen!

Les appartements sont dans un bâtiment a proximité de l'hôtel principal où se trouve le sauna, le jacuzzi mais nous sommes obligés de nous y rendre en traversant des rues. Pas de parking attenant au bâtiment.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026The location is amazing for doing the Trolltunga hike, and also the surrounding area and fjord is beautiful. You can look out at the fjord, mountains, and waterfalls from the sauna and jacuzzi. The space is really spacious for 4 adults with 4 large suitcases and backpacks etc! Cooking facilities were good for making hot meals. EV charging available for a fee, and also the supermarket is seconds away!! Staff also really friendly and helpful!
Parking was a 2 minute walk away, but you can drive round to drop suitcases/ bags off at the door, before parking!

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Отличный вариант, на 2 ночи перед и после похода на Язык Тролля. Остановка шатл-бас не больше 50 метров от жилья. Все необходимое было в наличии : техника, посуда. Допольнительным бонусом была прекрасная сауна, которая включена в цену. Отопление, горячая вода, фен, кофеварка - полноценная квартира!

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026El piso muy limpio y la atención desde recepción de la profesional de origen polaco que sabía español. Tiene sauna y jacuzzi en el hotel, bajando 100m por la calle. Bien ubicado para ir a Odda (9min) y unas vistas sensacionales al fiordo y al glaciar que incluso en agosto algo se ve. WC y ducha en dos salas diferentes! Genial detalle.
Un espejo en el baño pequeño estaría muy bien.

Treppenhaus ist erschreckend und renovierungsbedürftig. Zu wenig Parkplatze.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026The location is along the way to our destination. The receptionist was friendly. The size of the apartment is big enough for four people. Good for one night. The view from the window is great! Amazing nature! The apartment looks tidy, but I'm not sure about the cleanliness. Toilet is of small size. Beds were comfortable, pillows are thin.
The apartment is average. Not homey. You can hear guests from neighboring apartment. No privacy through the kitchen window. There should be a curtain so guest walking by couldn't see from the outside. We've had other hotels that were cheaper, but looks better and cleaner.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Enkel overnatting for oss som skulle i bryllup denne helgen. Vi fikk en relativt grei leilighet med plass til 4. Enkle men greie rom. Vi fikk også bruke alle fasiliteter på Hotellet slik som restaurant, bar og utendørs boblebad og sauna. Helt supert.

Cuisine en mauvais état et très ancienne. Manque un grille pain et des plaques électriques encastrés avec hotte d’aspiration. Petite salle d’eau sans étagère pour poser les trousses de toilette.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Le logement est clairement très bien équipé, proche de la ville d'Odda, à deux pas de la randonnée de TROLLBUNGA et du glacier de BUAR BREEN. En plus nous avons accès au sauna et au jacuzzi de l'hotel plus bas qui gère ces appartements. C'est une adresse de charme car c'est dans une vielle bâtisse chargée d'histoires...
Le prix... Un peu cher pour la prestation même si elle est très bien.

Weinig charme. Zeer gehorig (mensen boven hoor je duidelijk rondwandelen). Zeker toe aan enige opfrissing. Ontbijt eerder beperkt; onhandig gepositioneerd; wachten aan de koffie-machine, koude eieren, koude worst.

It is not worth the price - we just didn't read the comments before we booked. Kitchen furniture is old and in bad shape, little dirty. No furniture in bathroom so no place you can put your toothbrush. 4 beds, but not possible to sit 4 in the kitchen - little table, someone needs to sit in bathroom door, other almost "on" the kitchen cabinets, rest tightly on the one side of the table. No sink in the toilet (toilet alone in separate room). All in all - I would not choose it for the second time.

Hotellet var fint, men der hvor vi skulle sove var der bestemt ikke fint. Værelset bliver på Booking.com solgt med billeder af hotellet og ikke af den gamle slidte betonbygning som lejligheden er i og det er bestemt ikke godt nok.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026아주 조용했고 부엌이 넓고 방이 두칸이라 우리 네명이 편안하게 잘 지냈어요. 시트도 깨끗하고 침대가 편안했습니다. 히터도 우리방은 잘 작동했는데 다른 방은 히터가 안되서 조금 추웠다고 해요
4층이라 캐리어를 들고 올라가는데 너무 힘들었어요. 그리고 이 아파트 앞에 주차를 하지 못하고 체크인하는 호텔앞이나 그 아래 도로가에 주차를 해야합니다.

L’entrée de slottet appartement est vraiment vieille et salle et à besoin d’être rénovée. La cuisine aussi est vieille et doit être rénovée. La salle de bain est vraiment basique, juste un lavabo et même pas un tapis de bain ni un meuble pour poser les serviettes et affaire de toilette. L’hôtel se trouve juste à côté d’une usine à gaz, selon l’emplacement de la chambre vous pouvez avoir la vue sur l’usine.

Но заметила , что везде где до этого останавливались в Норвегии , все санузлы какие то страшные . Наверное это особенность норвежцев не обращать внимание на санузлы , типа не живем же и не спим в туалетах .

Jedzenie fantastyczne, ryba najlepsza jaką jadłam w Norwegii. Same plusy! Jeśli rozważacie gdzie nocować przed wejściem na Trolltunge to zdecydowanie tu.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026We had 2 separate bedrooms and toilet was a separate room from the shower, which is a plus is you travel in group. Apartment itself was clean. Checking was smooth and receptionists were very helpful. Amazing bonus is sauna which was included into price of the booking. Nice view from the apartment. Bear in mind reception is in another building and it is a bit challenging situation with parking (you’ll need to park your car near the reception building, where only few spaces), BUT there is a big parking across the street near the church which was completely empty.
Hallway of the building was quite dirty, even though the apartment itself was quite clean. Shower has not powerful enough ventilation to be able to deal with humidity.

Stare spotrebice, omlacena kuchynska linka, orvane dlazdicky, draty vedene po stenach, plisen v koupelne, misto hacku na rucniky hmozdinka, koupelna uplne desiva, opravdu jsem nic horsiho nikdy neplatila. Psala jsem na ubytovani o moznou kompenzaci ve forme snidane, ktera se podava v prilehlem hotelu, nikdo neodpovedel. Jeste se nam porouchalo auto a nikdo nemel nejmensi ambice nam nejak pomoci. Late check out o hodinu, vic pry nejde. Jediny mily clovek byl pan Karol z recepce, ten se snazil..
