We stayed in this lovely little town for one night as a couple, and it was such a wonderful experience. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary, beautifully prepared breakfast. The room was spotless and very comfortable. We truly appreciated the attention to detail. The location itself is absolutely stunning — a real hidden gem with a beautiful beach nearby. One of the biggest highlights was the breathtaking night sky. Being able to see such a clear and star-filled sky was an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend this lovely place to anyone visiting the area.

A lovely location very close to a perfect peach. Breakfast was amazing and Brenda a great hostess who told us to make sure we took the Railway ride in Coromandel Town… which was great advice!

Very comfortable and well appointed home with a great deck. Short easy walk to a wonderful beach. Brenda loaned us her beach cabana so we were able to enjoy hours by the sea in the shade. Cooked breakfast was abundant.

Quiet location, close proximity to the beach. Excellent breakfast.

Sehr ruhig in einer Ferienhäuser Siedlung. Wochentags sind nur wenige Leute da. Der weitläufige Strand ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Inhaberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse war hervorragend. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit, dass sie ein Abendessen kochen. Im Ort gibt es nur ein Café, das auch Pizza, Burger etc. verkauft und schon um 20 Uhr schließt. Das nächste Restaurant (sehr gut) ist 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region.

Het was zoals je verwacht bij een B&B, gastvrij en alles goed verzorgd. Locatie is op loopafstand van het strand.

Houd er rekening mee dat als er ook andere gasten zijn je de badkamer moet delen. Op de kamer zelf zijn geen voorzieningen dus je moet altijd gebruik maken van de voorzieningen in het huis van Brenda. Dit was voor ons geen probleem maar goed om te weten.

Das Frühstück wurde nach eigenen Wünschen zubereitet und hat ausgezeichnet geschmeckt. Wenn es das Wetter zulässt, kann man draußen frühstücken. In nur wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß am kilometerlangen Matarangi Beach.

Kein gewachsener Ort mit einer Infrastruktur (Restaurants, Kneipen, Läden), aber das stört nicht wirklich.

It was a great location, very comfortable and staying with Brenda was like visiting family. She made us feel very welcome and the breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

What a fantastic location, minutes from our favourite beach in NZ! Brenda is such a lovely host and was friendly but also let us have space to just enjoy her place. The room was perfect and the bed really comfy. Great shower and everything was spotless. Breakfast was delicious too. Fabulous B&B and great value. Thanks Brenda - hope to visit again one day :))

Nothing to dislike - just a fantastic place to stay

We had a wonderful stay! Our host, Brenda, looked after us so well! Our room was really comfortable with plenty of storage space, and an excellent bathroom. She cooked a delicious breakfast to order each morning which was served under an awning outside !

The location of the property is perfect, just a 3 minute walk to the beach. The friendly hostess prepares a delicious breakfast and gives you good tips for things to do in the area.

From the lovely warm welcome to leaving, Brenda was the most wonderful host. Superb facilities, excellent breakfasts and evening meals (which are optional and cost on top but highly recommend) Really good beach only 3 minutes walk away and local shops close by if needed

Brenda was amazing made our stay fantastic. Pizzas were yummy as was our breakfast. Highly recommend. And so close to the beach.

Absolutely perfect stay! Brenda was a super host, making us feel extremely comfortable and welcome. She cooked us a delicious breakfast in the morning with a range of fruit with yogurt and granola, which we ate on her gorgeous terrace surrounded by garden flowers. Her place was very clean and had soft towels and linen! Brenda gave us great recommendations on places to eat, walks and beaches to visit, which didn’t disappoint. She even had bikes and tennis rackets free to use, with the tennis court being a short walk from her garden. Our best stay in our travels around NZ!

A home away from home. Brenda is an exceptional host and we were made to feel very welcome. The home had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable.

The best ever finishig of our holoiday in NZ. The super warm Brenda....we felt as if we known for years talking about skiing, cooking and rugby. It is one of the place you alwas want to come back! And you feel like at home.The best coffee in the beatiful place. And doesn't matter that it was raining....
