Bopitiya Residence 20 Mins from Airport

We had a truly wonderful stay at Bopitiya Residence on the 4th and 5th of September 2026. We travelled all the way from the UK with our family, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and completely at home. The residence was clean, peaceful, comfortable, and spacious, making it especially suitable for a family stay. The hospitality was excellent, and the care and kindness we received made our visit even more special. The location is also a major advantage. Bopitiya Residence is conveniently located close to the airport and within easy reach of the main cities and many key attractions, which made travelling around very convenient for our family. We really enjoyed our two-day stay and made some wonderful memories together. After travelling all the way from the UK, it was lovely to find such a welcoming and comfortable place where the whole family could relax and enjoy our time. Highly recommended for families, especially those travelling from overseas. We would definitely choose Bopitiya Residence again on our next visit to Sri Lanka. ❤️🇱🇰🌴 Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality and for making our family stay so memorable!

Mosquitoes. But we avoided this with wepariser

"Bopitiya Residence is an excellent place to stay, especially for travelers looking for a peaceful and comfortable home near the airport. The house is well-maintained, clean, and fully equipped with all necessary amenities, including a well-stocked kitchen. The air-conditioned rooms are spacious and cozy, ensuring a relaxing stay. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location is perfect—just a short drive from the airport and close to beautiful beaches. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay!"

The location was very convenient place, because it was a short drive from the airport after long flight from Canada. So many places around for breakfast to experience Sri Lankan cuisine. This house is well equipped with all the necessary kitchen items such as rice cooker, air fryer, microwave oven, toaster and cooking utensils, if someone wants to make their own meals. The owner was friendly and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. Also, I was able to reach to the beach within 10 minutes. I would recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a short stay.

Overall it was a good convenient place for us. It is near the airport and a very quiet place with all necessities. The host is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would like to recommend the place for the people looking accommodation near the airport.
