Apartament GANDALF

Mooi appartement, handig gelegen.

Het appartement ziet er mooi uit, maar is helaas niet overal degelijk afgewerkt. Waardoor ik mijn vriendin uit de badkamer moest bevrijden omdat de deurklink loszat.

location was fine. no problem getting at the property. looked nice, very comfy couch. possible to sit outside. there was fruit and juice prepared for us which was a nice. the bathroom and kitchen were very well equipped.

when we entered the property there was no problem at first. the bedroom had broken handle, it stayed in my hand. the same problem but with broken door in the bathroom. the bed was very uncomfortable. one side was making sound, it was a bit lower than the other side. therefore i think the bed was broken too. you could only sleep on one side. there was a spider webs above the shower which is ok if you’re not scared of spiders but that is just a detail. very uncomfortable to go to toilet because of so little space. if you have an electric vehicle you cannot charge it at the property which is in my opinion a big negative if you’re travelling for a long time as we were. the charging station is close with a car but definitely not if you have to charge the car and walk back to property. overall not worth for the price. maybe if they were taking better care of the place. but that is just my opinion.

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war sehr angenehm. Das Appartment hatte eine Terrasse mit Sitzgarnitur und eine hübsche Küche -sicherlich Eigenbau. Insgesammt eine sehr nette Einrichtung des Appartments. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht und ein paar Kekse zur Begrüßung. Sogar ein Carport vorhanden !

Das Appartment liegt an einer Hauptstrasse, ist daher etwas laut.

Staying at this property was truly a pleasure. First and foremost, I would like to highlight the wonderful and incredibly helpful service – the owner takes care of every detail, which is evident from the very first moments upon arrival. To our pleasant surprise, we were welcomed with small gifts such as fresh fruits, chocolates, and more, which was a very thoughtful gesture. The owner places great emphasis on cleanliness – the apartment was impeccably clean and fresh, which further enhanced our comfort. The interior design is stunning – modern, stylish, yet cozy at the same time. The space is designed with guests’ comfort in mind – a comfortable lounge area with a TV, a dedicated workspace, and a fully equipped kitchen (including a washing machine!) make both short and long stays exceptionally convenient. The bedroom is also beautifully designed, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere, with a comfortable bed and a spacious wardrobe for storing belongings. Another great advantage is the on-site parking, which ensures easy and hassle-free parking. Additionally, the large terrace at the back of the house provides a perfect spot to admire the beautiful nature and breathtaking sunsets. The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet, ideal for relaxation, yet with quick and convenient access to shops and the city center. This place truly deserves the highest rating – we will definitely be back!

It is very rare, but this time there was truly not a single thing we didn’t like. Everything was top-notch and met – or even exceeded – our expectations.

Vert good and clean apartment, not so far from the location of my job. I’m looking forward to rent it next time I am in Fredrikstad. Best regards!
