Namgyal and Drolma are excellent hosts, very friendly and openly welcoming. The space is clean and light. And the food was delicious.

Nothing all good. Only thing was that it was quite far from the nearest cafe - a 15 minuite walk there and 20 mins back and further to main town though i think there is a short cut.

Excellent family atmosphere. Dolma's food was delicious and her husband Namgail always ready to help. Both very heartful. Perfect location if you looking for a peaceful place to stay

The host Uncle and Aunty were lovely. They tended to all our needs and additional requests were addressed with smile.

Outstanding warmth by the owners who would ensure you are well taken care off. Great home.cooked meals. Very spacious rooms with clean bathrooms. Fresh farm cooked food with freshly baked bread....won me thru and thru.

Good location: quiet and 20' walk from Leh center. Clean and comfortable room with nice views on the gardens and mountains. The hosts are exceptionally kind, serviceable. They feel like family !

We could t get the hot water to work but that might have been user error. Found the traffic noise from the bridge carried a little bit to to room with the garden view which we had. But in the whole not really too disturbing.

Très agréable homestay, nos hôtes ont été très prévenants, attentionnés et d'une incroyable gentillesse. Le logement est propre, confortable, bien situé et au calme. Je recommande à 200%.

Очень просторные, светлые и чистые комнаты. Окна во все стены и почти в пол. Наверное это самое важное - много солнца, много неба Вид на горы из всех комнат второго этажа С одной стороны на маленькие горы сразу за окном С другой стороны на горную снежную гряду вдалеке Но! ☺️ Летом весь этот вид перерывают огромные с десяток метров высотой тополя 😄 Тополиный пух, жара, июнь - это, как выяснилось, полностью про июнь в Лех, где тополя основное дерево Горячая вода от водонагревателя Уборка и смена белья по запросу Интернет хороший Кровати большие, но по индийских очень жесткие ☺️ Рядом в 2 и 5 минутах два магазина До ближайшего кафе минут 20 пешком До центра так же Двор большой, есть парковка для транспорта Хозяин молодой парень, все вопросы решает по ватсап В доме живут и занимаются гостями его родители Прожила более 10 дней в июне, все понравилось Спасибо! С удовольствием вернусь еще.

Мне не хватило чайника в номере. Такая вроде бы мелочь, но для удаленности от кафе и цивилизации - очень нужна в комнате

Set in a quiet part of town, away from the bustle of Changspa. The family is very nice, the food was arguably the best I had in Ladakh, and the rooms are big and comfortable.

It's a bit of a walk to the center, but you can't have it all.

メインマーケットから約20分かかります。しかしそれでもいいや、と思えるそれを上回る良さがあります。

Such a kind and welcoming family. It was a very quiet peaceful home - we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will be back.

We had a great stay with our family and we fully recommend when you are looking for a peaceful place in Leh. In walking distance (15-20 min) outside the busy streets. The owner and his family are wonderful people, welcoming and warm, they always made us feel very comfortable. The rooms are spacious and proper and the whole property is zen and beautyful. It was always great to come home after a trek or just a day in Leh.

Everyone seems happy here, there is a lovely friendly and homely atmosphere. The food is very good, fresh and tasty. We wish we could stay longer! And special thanks to owner of the homestay.

Absolutely lovely place. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the owners are very kind. You get nice tasty breakfast. It’s peaceful and quiet there. Close to beautiful Shanti Stupa and a wss as walking distance to the main bazar. I will be back for sure.

You feel like home, like part of the family. Very nice, food is awesome, the House is quiet, clean, great view and good wifi.

Beautiful property run by beautiful people. In the best spot away from the noise of the Main Bazaar area. Rooms were massive with beautiful views, very clean. Dinner handmade by the owners was delicious (had veg momos one nights and thali the next night, r.250 each night ). Breakfast is the traditional Ladakhi breakfast of Khambir with jam & butter, omelette and masala chai (r.200, bargain!). And the food keeps coming until you're full! Definitely try and do a homestay in Leh, it's so worth it.

Slightly remote but good location, with sightseeing close by, and a pleasant walk to reach main bazar area. Room was really great, large, neat, everything fully functional, and quiet. And the family was extremely welcoming, helpful, available and kind. Moreover, they grow organic crops in a field nearby, a part of it being used to prepare delicious breakfast and dinner. Overall excellent value for money, and a great experience. Needless to say I strongly recommend... and book ahead in peak season.

Beautiful big room, the hosts are very welcoming and it’s in walking distance from the centre. Good value for money and nice choice in general.

There was no heater or stove, or kettle to keep you warm, and it went below zero at night. Mattress was super hard.

Our stay at Streamlet Homestay was simply incredible. It felt like a home away from home, with its stunning location and meticulously maintained property. The warmth and hospitality of our hosts and their entire family made our experience all the more memorable. I can't wait to go back already!

It was my first time in leh and this property I found is one of the best in the city in terms of location, price and importantly the hospitality offered by the host. I would definitely recommend this place for your pleasant stay.

Its just a wonderful place with a wonderful surrounding and wonderful people who run the homestay. The rooms are great, the food is great and its just the best place I have ever been to. I can not recommend it enough.

Stayed here at this fantastic spot in a fabulous part of India, couldn't rate Ladakh itself highly enough either. the beautiful helpful family of Dolmus and Del etc are such a calming influence. You can order meals here that are homemade, they were some of the best food we found in Leh, ..amazing. The house is a 15 to 20 minute walk into town, Can take the shortcut and follow the stream down, we miss those walks.. Shanti Stupa is nearby and great for sunsets.. I really couldn't recommend Streamlet enough

Del and his family made us at home. We had a superb experience on our stay with them. The rooms were priced economically. The amenities (rooms, bathroom...) were excellent. The breakfast was exceptional. Whenever we were tired in the evenings and asked them to prepare food, they presented us with homecooked food which was tasty and the portions were huge. They went out of their way to make us comfortable Will definitely be staying here again when I revisit Leh

A rather grand homestay with comfortable rooms, lovely food at great value, and a lovely family. Couldn't recommend more, I will be back.

The location is a little out of the way, but the 20 minute stroll into Leh market is rather pleasant, and the view is all the better for it
