Krásné prostředí, i když je v celém areálu hodně apartmánu s nikým se skoro nepotkáte, soukromé. Bazén s výhledem. Ideální výchozí bod pro výlety.

Veliká škoda, že se o objekt nikdo moc nestará, potřeboval by údržbu. Pod bazénem je krásná stezka s topily a výhledem na hrad, ale je to zarostlé. Vybavenost apartmánu taky mizerná, žádný nůž, prkénko. Počet talířů a příboru přesný počet na osobu.

Spokój i położenie

Un tres beau complexe assez ancien de gites en Toscane, avec une grande piscine, une très belle vue, et de très bons restaurants aux alentours Facilité de la buanderie gratuite avec possibilité de repassage. Nettotage du gite après 1 semaine de séjour oar une équipe tres efficace. Climatisation dans les chambres.

Le gite était assez sombre, et nous aurions apprécié un peu plus de couverts et de vaisselle. Nous n' avons jamais rencontré les propriétaires et donc c" est avec un hotel à quelques kilomètres de là que nous avons eu contact, par ex pour la remise des clés. Ou pour la reparation de la lampe extérieure sur la terrasse, reparation qui n' a finalement pas pu se faire, à cause de raisons techniques. Le wifi annoncé à Haut débit, n' est pas aussi performant qu' attendu, mais finalement, nous avons trouvé des arrangements. Le domaine est très grand, et nous nous sommes sentis très vite à l' aise, mais il donne à différents endroits l' impression d' être un peu negligé( eau de la piscine. chemins et jardins dans la propriété, état des parasols, lampe de terrasse défectueuse alors que la saison nécessite un.eclairage extérieur pour le repas du soir,.dépotoir à déchets ,y compris des meubles, près de la piscine,.....) Mais finalement, nous avons passé un tres bon séjour dans cet endroit.

Nu mi a plăcut ca nu ne au schimbat niciodată așternuturile, ca am fost noi sa cerem prosoape și ni s-a transmis ca vin fetele , dar nu au mai venit deci noroc ca am fost noi, la fel și cu hârtia igienică, noroc ca am cerut, in rest au fost amabili și ne-au servit, dar se poate măcar o data intr o sapt sa se schimbe așternuturile și prosoapele Apa de la piscină mi se pare prea rece

Po príchode som dostal kľúče na recepcii Hotela, ktorý je vlastníkom ubytovania Podere Mezzastrada. Dostal som všetky inštrukcie a inštruktážne video, ktoré mi zaslali, aby som sa pri príchode vedel orientovať.

Bol by som rád, ak by fungovala recepcia na mieste ubytovania, ak by v prípade potreby bolo potrebné niečo vyriešiť.

La discrétion et les accès ainsi que le silence

Rien tout était parfait

la tranquillità del posto, la casa era molto grande e la vista meravigliosa e avere una jacuzzi in giardino è stato molto comodo. appena arrivati ci siamo accorti che il frigo era rotto ma è stato sostituito il giorno dopo e così anche la jacuzzi era sporca ma l'acqua è stata cambiata subito e disinfettata. anche se la reception non è presente sul posto sono molto veloci a rispondere e ad assisterti.

la casa non era pulita, troppo trascurata ed è stato un peccato perché Comunque la casa era molto bella. mancavano le pentole e alcune stoviglie e la casa era troppo spoglia, anche le zanzariere comodo ma molte erano rotte. La piscina grande ha una vista molto bella ma veramente trascurata e sporca così anche il comprensorio dovrebbero esserci più inservienti a curare il posto. nel complesso non è male se si vuole la tranquillità ma il costo è un pò elevato e ci vorrebbe un pochino più di qualità. nel complesso però non voglio troppo lamentarmi.

Un po' tutto, la piscina sempre pulita ed in ordine così come il residence, la posizione e privacy. Solo nel nostro appartamento, non avevamo che piccole aperture per il ricircolo dell'aria, oltre alle 2 grandi porte finestra della cucina e della camera da letto che pero' non hanno zanzariere ( ci sono zanzare e pappataci famelici la sera...) o grata e quindi non utilizzabili per arieggiare e raffreddare la casa di sera e di notte. Devi tenere acceso il condizionamento sempre se vuoi un poco di aria fresca.......ma questo era il nostro appartamento, quello da 90 mq......vedremo per la prossima volta.

Come detto prima, il nostro appartamento mancava delle finestrature con zanzariere ( necessarie perché siamo in un bosco e campagna ). Altro appunto: nella doccia era presente della muffa che disturba sicuramente.....peggio poi se uno ha allergie alle muffe, potrebbe essere pericoloso.

Heerlijk ruim appartement met goed werkende airco. Alles was netjes. Lekker zitje buiten met veel privacy. Heerlijk groot zwembad met mooi uitzicht. Ik las in een andere review dat er faciliteiten bij het zwembad zouden ontbreken.... Ik weet niet welke faciliteiten dan gemist worden....bedjes, parasols, tafeltjes, prullenbakken, zitjes om te eten, douche + kraan zijn aanwezig (voor toilet moet je wel even naar je appartement lopen) Bij het zwembad hebben we 1 drukke dag meegemaakt en zelfs toen waren er voldoende bedjes. Andere dagen was het er rustig en had je het zwembad soms zelfs voor jezelf alleen. We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad.

Zoals iemand eerder al aangaf.... Een plattegrondje van het park zou fijn zijn

Non piaciuto, nulla! Consiglierei di attrezzare il barbeque con attrezzatura per il suo ultilizzo (forchettoni e simili) e magari un punto di raccolta legna da poter utilizzare.

Bedding was clean, the green on the park looked maintained.

A lot of chasing crawling and flying insects, smell overall dirty. The pool wasn’t clean, didn’t have basic facilities. The sofa deserves its own horror movie. Airco’s had 6cm dust on the filters. How dare you.. small children. The bbq seemed to have crashed ages ago. We had to leave early due to private matters. And haven’t asked them for another apartment. Still for the fee they charge it’s a shame they didn’t at least properly cleaned the place. Big disappointment. Won’t come back. Go somewhere nice this isn’t worth your money at all.

Les équipements laissaient beaucoup à désirer: cafetière qui ne fonctionnait pas, poêles anti adhésives égratignées avec poignée manquante.nous avons loué 3 appartements, tous avaient des fourmis, un avait une odeur d’égouts. Les lits confortables, salles de bain propres et adéquates avec bonnes serviettes.

Toch jammer dat er geen restaurant of supermarkt op loopafstand zit. In de omschrijving staat dat er een restaurant op loopafstand is, maar dat is dus niet zo! Je hebt overal de auto voor nodig.

L'ambiente intorno, il giardino, La tipologia di casa, e la piscina. Le Stanze, i letti. Il paesaggio dei dintorni. Anche il il paese più vicino, cioè Tavarnelle, con i suoi servizi importanti (market, una pizzeria magnifica)

I semafori da attraversare ogni giorno al paese di Marcialla sono delle trappole, chissà se riceverò qualche ricordo. ( ma questo dipende da amministrazioni sciagurate e non certo dal podere mezza strada)

Najbardziej podobało mi się to że było cicho i spokojnie w tym rejonie z dala od tłumu turystów. Jednocześnie jest to świetna lokalizacja do zwiedzania np Florencji ,Sieny itp.

Nie podobało mi się to że łóżka były krótkie ( mąż ma 2m wzrostu )i nie było mi wygodnie spać ze względu na wystająca do tego ramę łóżka

Das Apartment hat alles was man braucht. Nachts ist es absolut ruhig.

Es gibt nichts zu kritisieren. Auto ist erforderlich.

We kregen een upgrade van studio naar één slaapkamerappartement vanwege een gebarsten pijp bij de studio. Daardoor was het een ruim verblijf voor ons. De locatie is fijn, het uitzicht is prachtig. De opzet van het park is mooi. De faciliteiten van het park en het huisje kunnen echter wel onderhoud gebruiken. De badkamer is goed, maar we hebben 2 dagen koud water gehad.

Het park en de appartementen zijn aan onderhoud toe. De keuken van ons huisje (116) was zéér minimaal uitgerust. De snijplank is echt aan vervanging toe en de messen om etenswaren mee te snijden ook. De (slaap)bank zit voor geen meter. De vloerdoek van het zwembad zit los, de wegen zijn vol met hobbels en diepe kuilen (oppassen met lage auto's). Ze vragen één euro per koffiecup, terwijl de cups/het apparaat niet eens goed werken. Omdat de receptie een eind verderop zit, duurt het minimaal een dag voor problemen opgelost zijn, waardoor we 2 dagen koud water in de badkamer (en keuken) hebben gehad. Het is echt zonde, want het park heeft echt de potentie om een topverblijf te verzorgen.

Wszystko nam się podobało. Idealne miejsce na pobyt z dziećmi i jako miejsce wypadowe. Czysto, bardzo dobrze wyposażone miejsce. Dużo przestrzeni. Świetny basen, fajne widoki. Stosunkowo blisko do różnych miejscowości.

Badkamer is gedateerd en de douchecabine is lastig te bereiken. Bovendien spoelde het douchewater niet goed weg.

Läget, väldigt vackra omgivningar! Bra AC i alla sovrum och poolområdet var väldigt fint. Bra utrustning i köket och lätt att checka in och hämta nyckeln.

Mobiltäckningen och internet var dåligt. Dock skönt att slippa skärm på semestern!

Op zich een prima plek in toscane. Mooie uitzichten en het is ok.

Gemengde gevoelens bij deze accommodatie. Het is best een prima plek om te zijn, maar: - veel problemen met apparatuur die soms niet meer werkte en soms ineens wel weer. (afzuigkap van de keuken en koffie machine) - soms is er geen warm water meer - de bedden zijn doorgelegen - het zwembad lijkt weinig tot geen onderhoud te hebben. Volgens mij doet de filter installatie het ook niet. - alles is gedateerd aan het raken. Echt zonde! Want het is best een mooi huis/gebouw. - internet is echt enorm slecht. Je hebt ook geen/slecht bereik - zeker het buitendeel/terras wordt volgens mij niet of nauwelijks schoon gemaakt - de (buiten) zitjes zitten echt voor geen meter Ik zou de eigenaar de suggestie willen geven om het park wat aandacht te geven en wat beter te onderhouden. Ik zou hier niet nogmaals heen gaan, ondanks dat we een fijne vakantie hebben gehad.

Lovely swimming pool and very spacious rooms

Some small issues with maintenance (coffee machine not, tv, boiler etc). Lack of staff on site to ask for support. They did help but sometimes it had to be the following day which is not ideal.

Die Unterkunft ist für alle Ausflugsziele gut gelegen.

Wir hätten uns über bequeme Sitzgelegenheit gefreut (zB. ein kleines Sofa), das Wetter war nicht sehr freundlich und wir hatten nur zwei Stühle beim Esstisch zum Sitzen. Die Gartenmöbel waren schmutzig.

Die Außenanlagen waren sehr schmutzig und vor der Unterkunft war alles dreckig. Die Sonnenliegen waren kaputt und dreckig. Die Küchenausstattung war sehr minimalistisch eingerichtet

...die Ruhe, die Gestaltung der Gartenanlage und natürlich der große Pool

....leider sieht man an so einigen Stellen einen Reparatur- Rückstau, das sollte schnellstmöglich aufgearbeitet werden

Matratzen dürften mal erneuert werden Möbel auf der Terrasse sind nicht so toll

Achterstallig onderhoud, geen kussens op de stranbedjes, schimmellucht badkamer.

We zijn er een uur geweest.daarna geklaagd bij de organisatie. Die namen het heel goed op en zijn bij hun Hotel Borgo di Cortefreda tegen zeer schappelijke prijs onder gebracht. Wat zeer goed is bevallen. Complimenten voor de organisatie.

Obiekt był zaniedbany, leżaki, krzesła ogrodowe były brudne, klucze należało odebrać z innego obiektu oddalonego o 15 minut drogi, co przy przyjeździe nocą było kłopotliwe. Brak kontaktu z właścicielem, nie odpowiadał na wiadomości. Dowiedziałem się, że obiekt został sprzedany i niebawem będzie nowy właściciel, więc może dlatego. Obiekt z ogromnym potencjałem, w pięknej okolicy, szkoda, że aktualni właściciele nie dbają o komfort gości.

Leider war die Anlage sehr ungepflegt. Pool dreckig, Liegen dreckig, teilweise gar nicht aufgeklappt und voll mit Reisig, das Waschbecken am Pool voll mit Blättern und alten Asia Kartons. Die Terrassemöbel so schwarz vor Dreck, dass man sie gar nich mehr sauber bekam, im Grill lag noch der Grillkäse vom letzten Jahr, die Pflanzen und Blumen total verkommen und vertrocknet, obwohl ein Gartenschlauch angeschlossen nebenan lag. Der wurde aber nicht benutzt. Das Appartement war ok, die Betten gemütlich und sauber. Spülmaschine wurde von außen noch nie gereinigt. Das Bad für 5 Personen viel zu klein. Große Männer konnten sich in der Dusche nicht drehen. Alles in allem nicht zu empfehlen, besonders bei einem Preis bin über 1000€ für eine Woche. So traurig eine so schöne Anlage so verkommen zu lassen.

Es wurde dort nirgends für Gäste was sauber und schön gemacht. Trauriger Anblick, alles vertrocknet und dreckig.

Weitläufige Anlage mit schönem Pool. Komfortable Bungalows in guter Lage mit altem Baumbestand. In der Vorsaison relativ ruhig.

Leider kein Personal vor Ort, nur über Hotline oder im 10 Autominuten entfernten Hotel erreichbar. Kaffeekapselmaschine hat in der Ausstattung gefehlt.

We waren er 18 mei, en t park was nog niet geheel klaar voor bezoekers, veel onkruid, bedjes bij zwembad nog vuil,dit was jammet

Location was perfect. However the grounds were not kept, perhaps early in the season.

Isolated and 10 minute car ride to hotel where there was a bar service and personnel. Couldn’t find personnel on property had to drive to hotel with issues of toilet and cable.

Teren jest ogrodzony, co daje poczucie bezpieczeństwa. Indywidualny, prywatny parking tuż przy domku jest bardzo wygodny – można zaparkować auto od razu przy swoim miejscu noclegowym.

Katastrofalny poziom czystości: Ogólny stan obiektu pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Apartament był brudny, wliczając w to sofę, a na łóżku znaleźliśmy stare rodzynki. W kuchni brakuje nawet podstawowych rzeczy – nie było tam nawet kosza na śmieci, żeby móc cokolwiek wyrzucić. Strefa basenowa: Części wspólne są całkowicie zaniedbane. Na basenie nie da się nawet usiąść, ponieważ leżaki i parasole są brudne. Usterki i hałas: W łazience non stop kapie woda w toalecie. Dźwięk jest na tyle głośny, że uniemożliwia normalny sen i odpoczynek. Dodatkowo w okolicy jest bardzo dużo komarów, a w oknach brak moskitier - po przyjeździe czekało na nas w pokoju kilka komarów, które nie dawały spać przez kilka kolejnych nocy. Logistyka: Warto mieć na uwadze, że to kompleks domków letniskowych, a odbiór kluczy odbywa się w innym miejscu, oddalonym o jakieś 10 minut drogi autem od domku, w którym się faktycznie śpi.

Hoe het groen is aangelegd, echt heel mooi en het uitzicht bij het zwembad ook.

Helaas was het niet helemaal goed onderhouden, buiten was overal onkruid, tuin set was niet schoon, bed was heel erg hard en het zwembad was ook niet schoon. Ook was de weg naar ons huisje slecht begaanbaar met allemaal gaten in de weg.

We had a wonderful stay. The accommodation is situated in a beautiful location. The room although quite basic was more than adequate for what we needed. We would return again

Service von Senora Alba und Senor Elisen war vorzüglich! Das Service Personal hat sich umgehend um unsere Wünsche gekümmert und die Unterkunft war (durch sie) sehr sauber!!! Auch das Rezeptionspersonal hat sofort reagiert und unsere Anmerkungen in die Wege geleitet.

Das Wetter, so konnten wir den Pool nicht benutzen. Die Möbel der Terrasse sind ungepflegt, respektive Sonnenschirm und Tisch sind in die Jahre gekommen.

O local é lindo, a vista é cinematográfica e as comodidades são de padrão hoteleiro. Roupas de cama e banho de qualidade, eletrodomésticos em bom funcionamento

A nossa acomodação tinha três quartos e um dela fazia limite com uma outra acomodação e se ouvia tudo que conversavam ou faziam.

La struttura posizionata bene, appartamento con tutto lo indispensabili, semplice, ma carino.

Ami tetszett az a környezet. Kívülről az autentikus épületek zöld övezetben.

Autóval való bejárás nincs jól megoldva, szűk és göröngyös. Sportos járművel NEM ajánlom. Fürdőszoba folyamatosan bűdős csatorna szagot árasztott. Emellett mindenhol natúr tégla burkolat (padló, konyhapult,fürdőszoba,tuskabin)nem higiénikus koszos fekete foltok. És ha olyan apartmant kapsz ahol laknak feletted mindent is hallasz fentről.

Sleutels ophalen was een aantal minuten rijden. Wel een mooi filmpje gekregen hoe het werkt. Het park is erg moo, een mooie omgeving en prachtig uitzicht vanuit het zwembad. Het huis is mooi ruim met twee slaapkamers, een woonkomer en een aparte keuken. Keuken goed ingericht.

De bank in de woonkamer zit erg slecht en er waren ook geen andere zitstoelen binnen. Het stuikgewas rond het huisje wat opgeschoten waardoor en weinig uitzicht was. Het huisje zat met alleen een binnendeur gescheiden van de ruimte van de tuinman en de wasmachines,en dat is gehorig, waardoor we vroeg wakker werden.

We had a lovely stay in this typical Tuscan house. The property offers plenty of space and has a charming, authentic atmosphere that really fits the Tuscany experience. There is also convenient parking available, which made exploring the area by car very easy. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped and had everything we needed during our stay. There is a small playground nearby as well, which is a nice bonus for families traveling with young children. The property also has a swimming pool, although unfortunately it was not yet ready for use during our stay. Overall, we were satisfied, especially because we spent most of our days exploring Tuscany and mainly used the house for relaxing in the evenings. Communication with the host was excellent throughout the entire stay — very responsive, helpful, and kind.

Property could use a little more care and attention in some areas. The plastic terrace chairs and table could be replaced, as well as the umbrella near the hot tub. It would also be very useful to add another sun umbrella on the large terrace, since during the daytime it is almost impossible to comfortably stay outside without shade. Some of the terrace shutters were also broken and would benefit from repair. Despite these small issues, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the peaceful Tuscan setting very much.

Absolut ruhige Lage super zum parken und mit E-Ladestation .Apartment ist grosszügig und gut ausgestattet. Florenz und Siena ( wunderschöne Stadt ) sind schnell erreichbar danke nochmals

The apartament is located in an enclosed area in the middle of a Tuscan valley. Even if the other apartments are close by, you fell in a quiet and private place. The rooms are big, reasonably equipped and full of charm. You have the feel of a big villa without having to rent one only for two persons. It's possible to use the kitchen to cook with local fresh produce. The staff in the hotel was very nice and helpful. Very recommendable place.

Internet hat short lapses of failure. It makes a workation not possible if you only rely on the local Wi-Fi. The car is necessary to go to all places, walking or public transport are not an option.

De omgeving rond het terrein was prima, mooie valei met wijnranken en olijfbomen en nabijgelegen ook wel een paar leuke restaurants. Appartement was basic, wat gedateerd maar verder wel netjes.

jammer dat op het terras de rieten luivel op half zeven hing met stukken riet eruit. Verder was de parasol klein en stuk, en ik miste de kussens voor de ligbedden. Wel 2 goede zit/lig strandstoelen met kunststofdoek waarin je kan luieren. Jammer dat het terrein al een tijd niet echt is onderhouden kwa snoeiwerk, aanvegen, e.d. het terras was smoezelig, ook het pad naar het zwembad was niet bijgehouden bij het zwembad. Als ze daar wat aandacht aan geven (zoals op de foto's) is het een hele ,mooie plek. Als ze de bomen wat snoeien kan je heel mooi op de valei uitkijken alleen is dat denk ik al een hele tijd niet bijgehouden.
