Cheap and the room was clean. If the bathroom was clean, I'd have given it a 9/10. Everything else is good for the price.

Bathroom doesn't smell great. Water pressure in sinks is dreadful.

Affordable Price for room

This is my favorite place eversince I’m traveling to Cebu either for vacation or Business trip, I call it home for me.

Nothing, I just like the place.

Basic but clean, well maintained rooms with good a/c. Nice university student atmosphere and very quiet guests, most of whom seem to be studying. Not too far from major shopping malls, museums, local restaurants, etc. Easy Grab delivery and moto or taxi pick ups. I have stored a suitcase there several times and no problems.;)

Cats are a bit of an annoyance, but I like cats.,So no problem for me personally.

The place has an eatery nearby so food isn't a problem.

They don't reply to messages and won't do early check in at 6am.

Great staff. Raiza is very professional, kind, and helpful. Gave me a safe place (#329) to leave my bag until I return on 27/4. Room was comfortable with good A/C. Lots of university students, so good atmosphere.

A little more cat control would be useful.;))

Location-wise, this place is ideal for those traveling to south since it’s near the South Bus Terminal.

So unprofessional. I arrived at 10 pm, tired from flight, yet the room wasn’t ready by then yet. No one was at the reception desk. When somebody finally answered me, they had to fixed the room first. This is not a good place for travelers.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und versteckt, wodurch man nicht direkt an der Straße liegt. Man hat ein eigenes Bad und ausreichend großes Zimmer. Das Bad ist mit Dusche und Klo gut ausgestattet und das Bett war auch sehr angenehm. Besonders hat uns das Personal gefallen, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Es gibt kein Fenster wodurch die Feuchtigkeit spürbar wird. Die Klima ist sehr alt und stinkend. Die Klospülung funktionierte nicht, selbst als wir den Raum wechselten. Und besonders störend war der Lärm schon früh am Morgen geprägt durch Bohren in den Wänden oder Abends lauten Serie schauen der Nachbarn. Die Wände sind sehr dünn und daher hellhörig.

Bad location. Room smells moldy due to poor ventilation - no windows. Ants and cockroaches. The toilet was broken and no mirror. Very disorganized. I had to switch rooms twice because they messed up their booking.

It is ok for the price.

It is a below average stay, the room is very small with bare minimum facilities. The toilette is smelly and sometime water too have bad smell. In the property entrance water is clogged from the laundry which could damage luggages. The area is also not safe late night.

There is no television in the room and no supplies like shampoo and soap even the small ones

You get what you pay for plus unwelcome extras. I got here late and left early the next day. The location did the job as I just wanted to be close to the bus terminal. The mattress was comfortable, the sheets clean. It was nice to have a private locked room. The AC worked really well (although loud but constant, so it kinda drowned out any other noise). There was a power plug. The staff were nice enough. The cats were welcoming.

-Cockroaches in the room. Small ones here and there. -Terrible shared nightmare toilets. No seats, no locks on doors, no toilet paper, easy for people to look over the door, dirty. I didn't feel safe to try the showers. -There is no way to contact anyone via messages, texts, or calls. -Wifi mostly unusable -No drinking water

Tuvaletlerde klozet kapağı, tuvalet kağıdı ve lavaboda sabun yoktu o yüzden hijyen açısından kötü bir deneyim , dış kapı gece kitleniyor kendinizi hapishanede gibi hissediyorsunuz

The shared comfort room. You can be seen by other guests because the door is not closed properly. Additionally, the height of the wall or the division is not too high, which can be seen by someone with bad intentions.

We book for two days because our arrival in Cebu is 5am and departure will be 10pm on the same day .We messaged the property ahead of time that we will check in late but they didn’t replied . When we arrived at 5am they told us that their check in is 2pm. If we can’t check in that time what’s the point of our first day ? But then they allow us to check in . But the room was so dirty and sheets wasn’t change . It was only by 1pm that the room was cleaned.

Wifi not working. The cats shit several times a day on the floor (see pic). The staff very unfriendly and don‘t help you at all. The girl in reception even don‘t know jeep to the pier! Hopeless!

I like the place not on a crowded area so I feel comfortable, very clean, peaceful and very accommodating staffs .
