Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Veldig hyggelig betjening, (liker at de satser på at ungdom skal få sommerjobb), rask service i måltidet (spiste ikke frokost der), veldig fin lekeplass utenfor med trampoline og lekehus med kjøkken, perfekt for to barn under tre år. Romslig leilighet med et stort og to mindre soverom, god garderobeplass og rent bad.
Litt kjip utsikt fra balkongen inn i "bakgård" til andre leiligheter. (Men så ut som de holder på å gjøre hyggelig oppgradering av uteområde).

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026L’appartement a vraiment été une belle surprise!! - il était immense avec un grand séjour et plusieurs chambres avec de nombreux rangements - il est super bien équipé : Il y a de la vaisselle non disparate et plutôt jolie , un sèche-cheveux de qualité, un lave-linge, une grande salle de bain avec une très grande douche -Les lits étaient hyper confortables. - Les appartements sont situés non loin d’une station essence pour faire le plein ( c est pratique et à un prix correct) et d’une petite supérette avec des prix corrects aussi - L’accueil de l’appartement se fait au niveau de l’accueil de l’hôtel. Par contre n arrivez surtout pas avant 15h car c’est fermé - Nous étions contents de notre séjour , l’appartement était bien décoré et très calme, tout cela pour un prix correct pour la région. - si vous ne souhaitez pas apporter votre linge afin de ne pas vous charger , vous pouvez louer les draps et les serviettes de toilettes pour 10€ par personne - il y a certainement de belles randonnées à faire, mais nous n’avons pas eu de chance, il pleuvait, averse….
Nous ne sommes restés qu’une seule nuit ( nuit d étape) du coup nous n’avions pas un appartement avec vue sur le lac, mais c’est normal que ces appartements soient conservés pour des personnes qui restent plus longtemps

Fik "panorama-lejlighed" med udsigt til et kedeligt lejlighedskompleks og en gård af beton. Ingen vinduer i to af værelserne, og heller ikke i den lange beton-gang udenfor døren. Receptionisten "glemte" at fortælle i hvilken fløj lejligheden præcist lå, og skiltningen var ringe. Hun "glemte" også at fortælle, at der var p-kælder og elevator da vi kom, så vi slæbte afsted med vores oppakning - og det gik stejlt opad.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2024Comfortable, spacious, clean, beautiful apartment with very good facilities. The kitchen had everything one could possibly need and some more. Also there was a washing machine. Our apartment had a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains but this probably varies from one apartment to another (some of the apartments probably don't have much of a view as it is obstructed by the buildings). It was very quiet and pleasant stay. This is a perfect base for exploring nearby mountain nature with a car. Grocery store is in Røldal center just 5 minutes drive away. Underground parking with a lift straight up to the apartment floor was great on rainy weather. These apartments are located in the yellow building behind the main hotel building.
There wasn't anything we didn't like. The apartments are owned by private individuals, so I suppose the facilities and the view differ from one apartment to another one (although the one we had exceeded all expectations). You need to pay 125 NOK/person extra for sheets+towels or bring your own (this seems to be a common thing in country-side locations in Norway).

There are some EV chargers available but creating account is only for Norwegian phone numbers. Would be great to get some slow chargers with more global supplier.
