Reviewed Sep 6, 2026When you close the windows, the room is really quiet. The hotel owner is really nice. There is a smell of laundry in the bathroom. The service there is really good. We had air conditioning taps. The hotel owner came straight to fix it and fixed it successfully. The price is really good for Barcelona. I will come back in the future.

The door codes sent did not work on the reception door! We had to contact Booking but no one from the staff was answering the phone. Not acceptable knowing that guests were arriving close midnight. Luckily I started to shout and the receptionist that was sleeping (as he should) came to the door and was very nice to us. It was not his fault, it was an IT problem but you need always a plan B!

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026La stanza dell’hotel era molto bella e luminosa, i dettagli erano curati e i materassi molto comodi così come i cuscini.

We were completely satisfied with our time there and truly enjoyed our stay during our honeymoon. Thank you for making our experience so pleasant and memorable!

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Air conditioning worked perfectly well in the middle of a heat wave, and location is great. Staff was friendly, they let us leave our luggage for free during the day.
Bathrobes were dirty, bed was not comfortable. Unfortunately, the room have no isolation whatsoever, so even when windows are closed you can follow neighbours’ conversations.. The hostel is more a low budget hotel than hostel because there’re no common spaces to share or meet w people.

Secondo piano senza ascensore.

There was a miscommunication issue regarding checkin in, which ended with me being €90 out of pocket by the end of the stay. This also involved me spending 3 hours on the phone with booking.com organising refunds etc. This problem could have been resolved with a clearer check in policy that addresses cut of time.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026The room was cozy and the shower was an interesting but nice addition. The bed was quite comfortable and everything was clean. All in all it's a quaint hostel that I can recommend if you're planning on staying in Barcelona for a few days in a very good location.
The walls are very thin so I recommend bringing earplugs (i slept great with them). There is no lounge room for the hostel guests to hang out really, and there is no breakfast offered, so if you are used to living a comfier lifestyle and can afford it, I'd recommend a different place.
