Serenity apartments

Die Lage ist super: Sowohl der Strand als auch der Supermarkt sind in wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Das Bett war sehr bequem und ein großes Plus war auch die Kommunikation: Wenn man die Dame, die uns vor Ort betreut hat, angeschrieben hat, hat sie immer direkt geantwortet.

Für Allergiker ist die Unterkunft leider nicht geeignet. Die Sauberkeit ließ stark zu wünschen übrig: Überall Staub, ein allgemein dreckiges Badezimmer (insbesondere Wände und das Umfeld der Toilette) sowie Ameisen in der Küche. Das Sofa war zudem sehr unbequem. Schon die Anreise war extrem schwierig, da der Standort auf Google Maps falsch angegeben ist und man ganz woanders landet – wir haben die Wohnung nur dank der Hilfe von Einheimischen gefunden. Besonders ärgerlich war außerdem: Am letzten Tag hatten wir komplett kein Wasser mehr, sodass weder Duschen, Abspülen noch die Toilettennutzung möglich waren.

Die Lage der Unterkunft. Neues Gebäude, gut gepflegt. Kurzer Weg zum Strand und Supermarkt. Kein Straßenverkehr.

Leider waren im Moment Bautätigkeiten in der Nachbarschaft die etwas störend waren. Aber unproblematisch wenn man viel unterwegs ist.

l'appartement est très agréable, moderne, bien équipé et décoré. Le lit de la chambre est grand et confortable. La situation est parfaite. Stella est très gentille et réactive.

Le canapé-lit est petit et pas vraiment confortable, à notre avis,pour plus d'une nuit. Le logement est parfait si vous dormez dans le même lit. Ce qui n'était pas notre cas en tant que frère et sœur, c'est pourquoi nous avions choisi ce logement qui indiquait canapé-lit.

Amazing stay! The property exceeded our expectations. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable, which made it perfect for relaxing. One of our favorite things was how peaceful the area was while still being so close to the beach and a large supermarket where you can find almost anything you need. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept really well throughout our stay. Everything was almost exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended :)

Les équipements, la propreté, le calme, l’amabilité et la disponibilité de l’hôte. La proximité de la plage et des commerces est très appréciable.

Stella das Zimmermädchen hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Apartement ist groß und hat eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Es gibt eine Dachterrasse auf der man gut sitzen kann, auch die Waschmaschine war sehr praktisch.

ein kleiner Tisch zur Ablage im Bad für Kosmetik wäre gut neben dem Apartement Haus wird gerade ein neues Haus gebaut, ab 8 Uhr morgens gibt es daher Baulärm, uns hat es nicht gestört, aber ich finde der Vermieter sollte das vorher erwähnen.

L’appartement bien agencé et proche de la plage. Stella et son mari sont charmants et très serviable.

Environnement parfois un peu bruyant

Le logement est bien situé proche de supérette,restaurant et plage. Machine à laver à disposition très pratique. Gentillesse de l’hôte

Pas de chaîne de télévision dommage et travaux en ce moment juste à côté bruyant de 7h30 à 16h environ

Séjour exceptionnel : emplacement idéal, appartement confortable et parfaitement équipé, avec une mention spéciale pour Estella, une hôte aussi serviable que chaleureuse et efficace.

Apartament bardzo ładny , położony w super lokalizacji blisko sklepu oraz plaży. Wyposażony we wszystko co jest potrzebne w kuchni. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z właścicielką oraz ze Stellą. Polecamy serdecznie i pozdrawiamy.

Das Apartment liegt nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Es ist sehr gross, Ausstattung alles was man benötigt, Waschmaschine konnte man nutzen. Bei jeder Frage konnte man sich an Stella wenden und sie hat sich sofort gekümmert.

Das komplett offene Badezimmer direkt ins Schlafzimmer… muss man mögen :)

La proximité de la plage, du supermarché "chez Popo" des arrêts de bus. La WiFi, la télévision.

Travaux de construction juste a coté , bruit et poussière,mais la propriétaire n avait pas été informée.

L appartement est très bien. Stella est très gentil et serviable. Personne très agréable et sérieuse.

Tout était parfait Nous avons aimé la proximité de l’océan, le confort, le grand balcon, la propreté, les équipements, une bonne literie et énorme lit et la cerise sur le gâteau a été la bienveillance et les services d Estella qui gère cette petite résidence à la perfection ( ménage, linge…)

Aircondition på soverommet istedenfor stua. Irriterende lyder som kommer av vannrørene når andre i bygget bruker vannet. Ikke god søvn pga dette og byggearbeid utenfor.

Furniture top we love it,Netflix Account,Wifi Top, Location great, everything is new and the place is so much quiet. The15th time at Mru but this was realy the most quiet place,really great.

Toilet directly in the sleeping room, only a glass front between the bathroom and the bed,very small, fits perfect for one person, for two its too small.

La gentillesse de Stella tout au long de notre séjour, l’emplacement parfait, à 5min de la plage à pied. Emplacement calme. L’appartement est tout équipé ce qui permet de se sentir comme chez soi.

L accueil remarquable

Appartement très bien situé, très proche du supermarché, des restaurants et de la plage. L’appartement est fonctionnel et agréable. Stella est une personne charmante et aux petits soins pour rendre notre séjour agréable! Le Wifi fonctionne tres bien également.

Although the apartment is in the heart of town, it's located in a Cul-de-sac, so very quiet and serene, as promised! Beautiful decor and modern finishes, lots of natural light, great WiFi, super kitchen and bathroom. Very secure building and parking area well laid out. Supermarket is one minute away, bus stop and beach even closer. Full laundry facilities made a long stay even more pleasant. Stella took great care, excellent service!

Sehr sauber, nahe am Strand und Supermarkt, Nespressomaschine vorhanden, Wäscheständer und Waschmaschine vorhanden.

Schlechte Küchenausstattung (kein Salz, kein Öl,...), Klopapier muss man selbst nachkaufen, es wird einem kein Waschpulver zur Verfügung gestellt, zwischen Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer gibt es keine Türe

Very nice place! Great location, walking distance from the beach, a supermarket and lots of nice restaurants! Perfect to enjoy the lifestyle of the area and feel at home! I highly recomend :)

The location of Serenity Apartments is nearby the beach and the supermarket. There are also a few restaurants around. The appartement is clean and has everything you need. There are two washing machines on the rooftop. Estella is the best! She can't speak English very well. But there is Google Translate for. Estella welcomes you at arrival. You can ask her anything and she is available via WhatsApp.

The apartment is quite large and has a nice kitchen and living room. The maid, Estrella, was very helpful. It is quite close to the beach and the restaurants.

The bathroom with no doors at the bedroom is not very convenient.

The neighbourhood was bad and very unsafe. There was theft in our apartment as the balcony door had a damaged lock and in the night thieves stole away all our cash amounting to Rs 35000/-. . The culprits definitely knew about the damaged lock as they opened it from outside through the balcony though it seemed to have been locked but openable by little harder push .

Lovely comfortable, peaceful apartment with everything you needed. Enjoyed the roof terrace, especially at sunset. Location was great, 2 minutes to beach, supermarket and eateries. Clean bath and beach towels supplied every few days and bedding changed and apartment cleaned after 5 days by the lovely Estella, who really looked after us! Would definitely stay here again without a doubt.

The AC was great, we even had access to a washing machine. The bed was really comfortable and the TV very easily connected with our Netflix which was handy. The room has one balcony but there is access to a shared rooftop which is the bigger balcony from the pictures.

The toilet in the bedroom is a bit odd. I would at least suggest a door for some more privacy.
