Edtricica Apartment

The apartment contained everything you would need to live there for your stay. The kitchen was well-equipped with essential utensils, appliances and cookware. This was the highlight for me.

Though it was very breezy, the living room could benefit from a standing fan for the humid days.

Owners are very kind and helpful, giving some advice on where to go. The property was clean and not too far from the main locations on the island. Nearby bus stop makes it easy to get to and from locations.

Nothing major; the only minor thing was the local chickens cawing a lot, including at times during the night, but not the owners' fault and solvable with earplugs.

Dat er een restaurant surfers bay dichtbij zat en we daar elke avond met locals gepraat hebben en genoten van hun vuur dat ze hebben bij het restaurant

Het bed is een beetje hard maar voor de prijs is het perfect en het is niet zo erg maar voor met mensen met rug problemen zou ik der wel aan denken

The hosts were extremely friendly and very helpful! They answered all our questions and went out of their way to give us tips and tricks about transportation and about the island. The apartment had everything we needed and more, and we wouldn't hesitate to book it again when we come back to Barbados :)

Edmund and Tricica are the best!! Really kind and nice people, they helped us with every info that we needed. Also the bus station is really close so you can get to wherever you need easily. The street is quiet and the neighbours really nice too!

The apartment was generously supplied with everything we needed. The owners were on site and responded to all our queries - very friendly and hospitable. We were not on the beach but in a secluded suburb. There was a short walk and minibus ride into Oistins.

I recently stayed at this accommodation for 7 days and had an amazing experience! The place was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to attractions yet peaceful. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay! 🏡✨

The layout of the property makes it feel very spacious and airy.

It was really decent. Very close to Oistins. The hosts are really lovely people. They gave us tips about the country. It's a little bit distant from the "city" but that's not an issue in my opinion... you can still get around easily ppl in the country are very friendly as well. Will stay here again if I visit again.

The hosts welcomed me from the beginning and gave me good tips on how to navigate the neighbourhood/the city. It felt safe and I really enjoyed the privacy of the unit. I also loved how walkable it was to Silver Sands and Miami Beach. And being able to watch the sunrise every morning was a real treat.

The single unit I stayed in was exactly like in the pictures, the apartment was clean and ventilated and there is also a.c. The hosts were welcoming and kind. On my arrival Mr Edmund carried my luggage for me and since my stay was short he was kind enough to lend me a shopping bag for groceries to save me the expense. Mrs Tricica helped in arranging with my transport at the end of my stay to get to the airport. Though it's not close to major stores, it is close to public transport to get into town. Access to buses are approx. a 2-3minute walk from the apartment. These buses are consistent so no need to worry if you don't see one immediately. It's near a surfer's beach which is a 10 minute walk and a recreational park which is just short of the beach. The walk to these are an easy walk. It is also in a quiet neighborhood so if you prioritise getting a peaceful sleep. The only downside is the roosters which could be a bit noisy. There is a minimart a 3 minute walk away if you need to get snacks. To sum up I really enjoyed my stay because of how peaceful it was, easily accessible, the hospitality of the hosts and privacy.

The t.v. remote wasn't working well to make selections with the okay button. It is some distance from the town.

A great value apartment if you want a local Barbados experience. We had the twin bed with balcony it was large and had a great kitchen and listening to the tree frogs in the evenings whilst on the balcony was lovely. Buses to Oistins and to Bridgetown were just round the corner. Also try the Surfers Bay at Silver Sands ;(a walk away) a great view and atmosphere and pretty reasonably priced

There are only fans so if it’s hot you need the windows open so expect some dogs barking and cockerels!! Nearest good supermarket in a Oistins so you need to stop on way home.

The hosts were very accommodating. They suggested good places to eat nearby, and when I needed extra time for check-out, they allowed me the time I needed.

If you're looking for a posh seaside stay at a luxury resort, don't come here. If you're looking to really see the culture of Barbados and live with the people, you couldn't find a more authentic place. It's a nice little studio in a residential neighborhood with absolutely charming owners and all the things you'd expect in a genuine local experience, completely with roosters, dogs and tree frogs. Plus, you're only a 6-minute drive to the famous Friday Oistin's Fish Fry party. We had a great time!

We just wanted somewhere after our cruise to be able to hang out until our late flight to the U.K. It was good value, we could walk to the beach.

The location, cleanliness, hosts, amenities etc were great.

Even with earplugs it is noisy with many roosters and ongoing dog barking.

It had all the amenities I needed, the decor is lovely. The hostess is a darling, she allowed me to stay beyond the check out time with no added fee. The layout of the apartment is good, rooms are spacious.
