Las opciones del desayuno incluido son variadas, en cantidad suficiente y buena presentación. Las habitaciones están muy bien equipadas. Las instalaciones y el servicio de spa nos gustaron mucho. La atención de Ricardo y Sebastián fue excelente, nos ayudaron con todas nuestras peticiones para hacer que nuestra estadía fuera muy agradable. Muchas gracias!

J’ai laissé mon linge pour une lessive, j’ai retrouvé 2 de mes tops déchirés, les bretelles ont étés arrachées, de plus le linge a du être lavé très chauds car certains de mes vêtements ont changé de nature Très très déçue sur ce point... Pas mal de moustiques Mauvaise isolation phonique, la chambre était proche du spa, nous avions l'impression d’être dedans avec eux

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Il est loin du tumulte de Salento et c’est très agréable Une petite rivière passe dans l’hôtel c’est magnifié et apaisant, chaque chambre a sa petite terrasse isolée pour boire son café le matin. Des navettes passe toute les 30 minutes pour Salento.
Attention bien choisir sa chambre car elle n’on pas toute le même standing, le lit est pas très large et la lèse qui protège le matelas est en plastique et fait suer vraiment pas agréable. Bien se renseigner sur les horaires des navettes pour rejoindre Salento

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Very friendly staff! We arrived very early after a night bus ride, but they let us move into one of our two rooms at 8 am already. Super nice. We had one room on the other side of the stream with its own patio with a jacuzzi and a smaller room near the entrance. The room on the other side of the stream was really nice, the one near the entrance small and basic, but it still had its own little patio. The hotel has a basic restaurant, but the food was good, and we ended up having dinner there twice. It is not within walking distance of Salento, but it’s only 10 minutes by taxi and the reception got us a driver with a van as we’re a family of 5 to take us there and back a couple of times. From Salento you can also take a Willy from the main square which is even cheaper.
No swimming pool, but the Quindío river is just across the road and is a nice place to cool off, although swimming is not really an option at that spot.

Las instalaciones son muy limpias y de calidad. La ubicación, entorno y ambiente permiten el descanso y el gozo en otras actividades diferentes a la rutina. Muy cerca a Salento y a la autopista del café.
No tengo ninguna queja.

Petit bémol: nous avions la chambre pour à côté du parking pour nos enfants adultes, un peu bruyant le matin avec les voitures

Las habitaciones son muy auténticas, la cama - súper cómoda, cuentan con muchos servicios adicionales y la ubicación como tal está genial - muy cerca a Salento, muy linda la naturaleza. Literalmente no queríamos salir del territorio del hotel :)

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Everything was amazing. A gorgeous room next to a river, not too big but very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and they had a very generous minibar with a lot of goodies. Breakfast was delicious, with multiple options and the spa experience was amazing too. They were very accommodating to our wishes (laundry was done within a day and reservations were really easily made). A very good price for the quality and the experience that you get.
