Ottimo e 10 minuti a piedi dalla Medina.. 2 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Appartamento molto grande e ben tenuto. Consigliato

Nulla. È meglio stendere un velo pietoso. Dopo aver pagato all' incaricato delle "pulizie" in anticipo alla consegna della chiave, senza rilascio di ricevuta, erano le 13, sono entrato nell' alloggio per esigenze fisiologiche e dopo una breve visita e verifica sono letteralmente fuggito e ho cercato un'altra sistemazione dignitosa, perdendo chiaramente i miei soldi anticipati.

Praticamente niente! La facciata pubblicitaria presentata sul vostro sito che mi ha indotto a scegliere questa struttura non rispecchia minimamente la cruda realtà. Per dirla in parole povere si è rivelata un raggiro. Spero che molti leggano questa mia recensione in modo che possano evitare di cadere nello stesso tranello in cui mio malgrado sono caduto io. È stato definito FAVOLOSO con un alto punteggio, più che una bella favola si è rivelato un brutto sogno. Suggerirei a chi ha scritto favoloso, di andarne a cercare la vera accezione del termine in un buon vocabolario della lingua Italiana.

The host was super helpful and available via Whatsapp. He solved immediately an issue with the wifi providing a portable modem. The staff in the building is super friendly and very helpful with the laundry room. The location is very good because it's a few steps away from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the Medina. It's an affordable and essential apartment. It fits it's purpose.

The kitchen is essential and needs to be renewed, especially crockery and pots are in very bad shape. The street in front of the building is in a nasty state, dirty and outdated.

Location very close to the beach. Balcony with ocean view. Access to free laundry facilities. VeRY spacious suite. Atwood air conditioners, English movie channel, hot water, great bathroom facilities. An elevator and wonderful staff. We could not have been happier during our stay.

Microwave, coffee makers, all appliances worked very well!Not a complaint at all. An oven would make renting this for months at a time very attractive.

Spacious apartment for 4 people, but the small beds are very uncomfortable, the mattress sinks when you lie down and the pillows were very thin and old, need to be changed.

Location is not bad, close to beach area, but the area has many night clubs and it’s very noisy in the nights.

The apartment presented as well-maintained and clean. Also, its proximity to the sea offers a significant advantage.

The safety and quality of the surrounding neighborhood are not optimal.

I would like to thank Mr. Samir for his kind welcome. The place is an apartment-hotel in the heart of Sousse, with a very spacious apartment that easily fits 4 people or more. Everything was well thought out, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Mr Samir made sure we weren’t in need of anything! Free parking is also available.

Concierge très agréable et à l'écoute. En toute simplicité. Possibilité de laver son linge grâce à une machine à laver commune nickel et de le sécher sur la terrasse commune prévue à cet effet. Séchage garantie très rapide. Très bien situé. Un petit resto rapide Royal food à 2 pas très bon et personnes très sympa.

Seul bémol les matelas durs manquaient vraiment de confort.

Lumpy mattress, inconsistent WiFi (usually great), no shower door so water gets onto the floor.

Huge apartment with big windows and lots of natural light. Excellent location near the beach, yet still walkable to the medina. Good central heating to keep the chill off in the winter. Shower with hot water and strong pressure.

It would be nice to have more complete kitchen utensils.

Staff were welcoming and helpful. Apartment was big and very spacious. Many electronic blinds and windows for ventilation was excellent. The bathroom was clean and spacious, 24 hours hot water shower. Safe area. Location was excellent – nearby to the hotel are: - Restaurants and cafes, - Beach - Town centre and train station, 15 mins walk. Great value for money.

Toilet room was small and felt cramped. Beds were uncomfortable, springy. Some loud music at night from outside.

I think it is one of the best apartment to stay if you want to stay in your own apartment and not in an hotel. All the stuff is very responsive and solved all my questions very quickly. There is an option to wash your clothes (washing machine is on the floor). It is quite easy to find this location, as there is a sign Residence ElFaracha on the street. Apartment has two balconies with spectacular view, I watched several beautiful sunsets. Interior is also quite nice. I stayed for 4 days and there were no problems with hot water. This neighborhood is just living area of locals, there are no big hotels nearby, so that there is silence at nights. Apartment is very big and there is a lot natural light inside. It is not far away from Medina and restaurants. The beach nearby is a public beach, where locals usually walk and spent time, but it is nice and quite clean, with white sand. I just walked from the railway station by foot, it is about 15 minutes to go by foot.

There is a little lack of some useful stuff inside apartment - for example, there is no cutting board and there is only one knife. I think this apartment also could use a little touch of cosiness - some small lamps for reading and sofa pillows or even small rug or blanket. There is only top cold light and I miss some warm lamps somewhere on the table or on the side of the bed. I also didn't find good grocery shop - probably this is the problem of the whole country, not only this area. Selection in the grocery nearby is quite poor. But there is a market in Medina and there lots of fruits, vegetables, fish, cereals and spicies there.

We had a simple short stay in Sousse and felt well taken care of by Samir (who lives on the same floor). The host was communicative and reachable via texts/phone. The location is perfect, a stone throw away from the long sandy beach and a short 10 minute walk to the medina and train station. Very convenient location for day trips and plenty of options for food/cafe. All requests were promptly taken care of and we appreciated the great hospitality.

The furnishing is simple and slightly lacking, especially in the kitchen. Fridge was not cleaned out and moldy. Some other minor mishaps but were taken care of in a timely manner.

The residential was placed in a not so clean neighborhood. The chitchen could be more equipped(3 plates for 4 persons). The sheets were not so new (in some places they were tore up).

It lacks many things, the washing machine and necessary kitchen supplies, as well as the non-existent water from 4 p.m. to 4 a.m., which is a problem in the entire country. But they must find a solution such as a reserve tank that will be in service after a water outage.
