Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Nice l9cation, calm but well served by public transportation, and a minimarket close by and open 24/7. Apartment was clean, support staff answered our questions around the clock.
The kitchen facilities are limited, there is no cupboard near it and no hook to hang a towel. There is a lot of electronic appliances in the apartment, but if they do not work as expected, you may go crazy getting around the problem to fix it. For example, the washing machine works fine, but it does not rinse nor whirlpool the laundry: you have to figure it out by yourself.

Initially we did not receive the main entrance code but a quick call to the host did the trick. The property is near a bus stop with several main bus lines, easy to go in any direction, including. Kyoto station.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026Le logement était bien fonctionnel, nous avions une table pour manger, un micro-onde, frigo, une plaque, un lave-linge et une salle de bain à la japonaise qui permettait de sécher le linge. Une notice dans le logement permettait de savoir comment se servir des différents appareils. Après nos longues promenades, nous avons apprécié d'utiliser la salle de bain japonaise avec d'abord douche puis baignoire d'eau bien chaude. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié d'avoir tout le nécessaire pour laver le linge et la vaisselle. Le logement est à côté d'un arrêt de bus et à 10-15 minutes d'une station JR pour la gare centrale de Kyoto , et d'une station de métro. Il y a un supermarché à coté qui vend de bons produits. Pour arriver nous n'avons pas eu de problème pour trouver le logement avec les indications fournies. Nous avons fini l'enregistrement avec l'aide d'une tablette, cela s'est passé sans souci.

Der automatische Checkin war anfangs etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Tür öffnet erst Punkt vier Uhr mit dem Code. An der Wohnungstür der zweite Code, aber nicht die obere Tastatur, sondern die untere Tastatur ist dafür zu nutzen. Da das Display erst auf Touch reagiert war es anfangs schwer zu sehen. Aber das war alles nur am Anfang.

The cleanliness of the apartment was good throughout our visit. Overall, our experience was simply great. We would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a pleasant and well-maintained rental. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026部屋が２部屋と広く、ベッドが４台あった。奥の部屋は半透明のドアが閉められるようになっていて静かに寝られた。空気清浄機、お皿や鍋などもあり、近くのスーパーで買い物してふつうのマンションのように過ごせた。犬のおもちゃや小さいベッド、サークル、カメラ、外にはペット用の足洗い場もあった。こちらで予約をした後、minpakuINに個人情報を登録して欲しいとメールがあり、電話で確認してから登録した。宿泊３日前と当日にチェックインの仕方、鍵の番号や部屋番号について、詳しく説明するメールがあった。チェックアウトの前日にチェックアウトの説明メールがあった。
サランラップと皿をふく布巾、ペットの方はペットシートがあるとさらにいいと思います。電話をした場合、担当の方が外国人なまりの日本語で話す方が出た場合は、だいたいは大丈夫でしたが、細かい部分で日本語のコミュニケーションで伝わらない部分もありました。

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026Es war perfekt. Tolle Größe, sehr geräumig. Gut ausgestattet. Tolle Lage und Anbindung. Nettes Viertel. Wir waren zu viert mit einem Baby und einem Kleinkind. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir nach 5 Tagen um weitere 5 verlängert haben. Das Personal war rund um die Uhr zu erreichen und stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Uns ist ein kleiner Defekt durch unseren Sohn am Vorhang passiert, auch damit wurde sehr höflich und angemessen umgegangen.

İşletmenin yönetimi konaklama öncesinde talep ettiğimiz hiçbir şeye olumlu cevap vermedi. Her gün askeri kamptaymış gibi garip mesajlar gönderdi. Ev kullanılabilir idare ederdi. Bir bütün odayı paravanla ikiye bölerek iki oda yapmışlar her türlü yalıtımdan uzaktı. Tesis tüm konumlara uzakta. Toplu taşıma kullanmadan herhangi bir yere ulaşmak mümkün değil. Bir daha gelsem burayı asla tercih etmeyeceğimi biliyorum.

Logement assez éloigné du centre. Kyoto est une ville qui fait 8 fois Paris. Donc le moindre trajet prend du temps. Mais il y a de nombreux bus aux alentours. Les horaires de check in / out sont très stricts. J'ai demandé à entrer dans le logement à 15h au lieu de 16h. Cela a été refusé. Nous sommes arrivés devant l immeuble à 15h45 et avons dû attendre 16h pile car tout est automatisé. Par contre, le jour du départ, le service ménage sonnait à la porte à 10h01. Nous étions prêts mais j'ai trouvé que cela manquait de souplesse.

Diverse serrature sulla porta di ingresso dell'appartamento che poi si chiudono automaticamente, sembrava di entrare in un caveau della banca! anche ospiti negli altri appartamenti hanno avuto difficoltà ad aprire la porta d'ingresso sia in entrata che uscita!! Il pannello del locale doccia/bagno/asciugatura non spiega le reali funzioni, per gli stranieri risulta incomprensibile il suo utilizzo. I numeri di telefono di emergenza si riferivano ad un paese terzo (Vietnam)

Lift only holds 200kg, not much sitting space as the living room has been converted into the second bedroom (but no privacy). Needs more pillows. Staff would respond but not able to supply more pillows.

Entrée et sortie par numérique et donc il faut savoir faire, pas toujours évident. Les règles strictes et le cout du dépassement d'heure le jour du départ..

床が少しベタっとしていた気がします。犬が多いと思われるので仕方ない部分はあると思いますが、もう少し綺麗だと評価は満点だと思います。使い捨てスリッパがありますが履きにくいです。

Reviewed Feb 22, 2026It is clean, comfortable and quiet. The price is very good in a tourist city. There are supermarkets and department stores right around the corner. Moreover, there are many small restaurants with local atmosphere with 10-minute walking distance. There are also many bus routes around and the bus stop is only a 3-minute walk away.
The kitchen is actually a tiny pantry, but it is quite common in central Kyoto. It is only enough to make simple breakfast; but you probably like to eat out in Kyoto, where so many eating options are available. You do have to take the bus often for most attractions, but that is also part of the fun of travel.

Reviewed Jan 3, 2026Nice, comfortable flat in quiet building on a peaceful street. Easy walk to 7-11 and supermarket. Appreciated the frig and microwave. And bathtub! We taxied a lot (using DiDi) since there were 4 of us and quite inexpensive!
Didn’t cook as no supplies such as oil and seasonings: perhaps this is typical of Japanese self-catering flats. Too busy to cook much anyway.

La localisation : le logement était loin de station de métro. Obligation d’utiliser le bus , plus coûteux avec interdiction de voyager avec de grosses valises. Pour aller de la gare au logement, privilégiez un uber ou taxi. Nous n’avons pas aimé l’enregistrement où nous devions prendre une vidéo chacun en disant notre prénom après avoir déjà fait un pré-enregistrement avec nos passeports. Déplus , la présence d’une caméra dans le logement soit disant pour les chiens nous a dérangé (impossible de l’éteindre).

Kein Geschirrtuch, musste ein normales Handtuch hergenommen werden. Sehr kleine Küchenzeile, keine Ablage/Schneidmöglichkeiten. Küche/Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer in einem Raum, mit Trennwand abgetrennt das zweite Schlafzimmer.

キッチンペーパーやラップ、インスタントのコーヒーや紅茶などティーパックで充分なので、置いていただけると もっと良かったと思います。 同じような価格帯の他の宿にも宿泊しておりますが、 上記の他ペットシートや、お米なども常備してある宿もありましたので。 あとはお風呂のシャワーの水圧が弱いのが気になりました。 ベッドの下に犬のおもちゃが入ってしまって 取ろうと思ったらすごくホコリが溜まっていたので そのあたりも清掃をしていただけると良かったなと思いました。 今回宿泊したのは1階だったのですが、 夜23時を過ぎても上の階でテーブルを動かす音や足音などがずっとしていて気になりました。

Nemohli jsme se dostat dovnitř, neměli jsme kód od dveří. Venku pršelo a bylo chladno. Neobdržel jsme od nich kód. Registrace se tak stala velmi obtížnou. Reklama klame je tam jeden velkéj pokoj přepažený tenkou průhlednou stěnou, takže žádný soukromí pro dva páry.
