Tolle Lage zwischen Uni und Altstadt, daher ideal für einen Arbeitsaufenthalt an der Uni. Sehr schöne und liebevoll eingerichtete Gemeinschaftsräume, die zum Verweilen einladen. Kaffee und Tee stehen dort ebenfalls zur Verfügung! Zimmer mit Schreibtisch und vielen Steckdosen. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, super Kommunikation, einfacher Check-in.

El desayuno estuvo bien, estaba rico y el lugar muy acogedor y amable, pero un poco escaso. La ubicación está bien, se tarda en llegar al centro unos 15 minutos andando, y en volver del centro, 10 minutos (para volver es cuesta abajo). Paula y Eva me atendieron por whatsapp muy bien y fueron super amables. El café o té de bienvenida y la frutita y bollos de picar que hay en la cocina, es un detallazo que se agradece. También me dejaron tener la mochila allí todo el día después del check-out. El lugar es muy agradable y tranquilo.

No me gustó el que en casi ningún momento haya personal del alojamiento. Para el precio que se paga por la habitación, lo suyo es que haya personal y no tengas que comunicarte por whatssapp. Aunque las chicas me atendieron muy bien por teléfono, se hace muy impersonal.

Struttura davvero molto curata, con grande attenzione ai dettagli e un ambiente accogliente. Il vero punto di forza, però, è il personale: sempre disponibile, gentile e pronto ad aiutare in qualsiasi situazione. Un ringraziamento particolare va a Paula, davvero eccezionale: presente, disponibile e prontissima a trovare una soluzione, dalla richiesta più semplice fino alle situazioni un po’ più complicate. Ci siamo sentiti accolti e seguiti con grande attenzione. Esperienza assolutamente positiva e struttura che consiglio senza esitazioni!

Aunque sé que no es el concepto del tipo de alojamiento, yo pondría una televisión en la habitación.

Приміщення виконано зі смаком, мінімалізмом , нічого зайвого. Відчувається, що ти вдома, приємно повертатися. Дуже зручна локація - недалеко від центру та вокзалу. Поруч є прачечна та супермаркети. Дві перлини цього готелю- це менеджери Єва та Паула, які завжди відкритті до запитань та допомоги, максимально дружелюбні. Ви супер! Ціную вашу доброзичливість!

Це більше питання смаку- досить солодкий запах у приміщенні, хотілось би щось більш нейтральне. Але в цілому він досить приємний і цікаво що цей аромат має не тільки запах приміщення, але і гігієнічні засоби. Стіл для обіду досить липкий. В кімнаті для однієї людини ліжко для більш високої людини може видатися замалим.

Very close to the Old Town and the Cathedral. The hotel is renovated, clean and comfortable. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable as well. The managers Eva and Paula were also very helpful including recommendations for restaurants. I recommend this place for your stay in Santiago.

Moderno, pulito, ottima comunicazione. Noi abbiamo parcheggiato in Av. de Ferrol (all’inizio ha righe blu, ma dopo il semaforo sono bianche e si può parcheggiare gratuitamente).

Letto un po’ piccolo per due persone.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Tolle Lage, die Innenstadt sehr schnell fußläuig zu erreichen, aber auch kurzer Weg zum Bahnhof und zu umliegenden Restraurants. Hervorzuheben ist vor allem die persönliche und herzliche Begrüßung durch Paula und die persönliche Kommunikation per WhatsApp. Man fühlte sich gleich willkommen und in guten Händen. Herzlichen Dank.

Einziger Kritikpunkt, der Abstand zwischen Türblatt und Zarge war bei der Zimmertür unverhältnismäßig groß, dadurch konnte man das Licht aus dem Flur sehen und der Schallschutz war deutlich beeinträchtig. Dennoch war die Geräuschbelästigung kaum vorhanden, da die Nachbarn alle sehr ruhig waren.

Pięknie urządzone miejsce, z wieloma niespodziankami, takimi jak kawa, owoce czy coś małego rano w kuchni. Wszystko super wygodne pod względem hotelowym. Krótko spacer do centrum i katedry, a równocześnie blisko autobusu na lotnisko.

You check in any time, I received an extremely warm and helpful voice note from one of the hosts at coliving about how to enter the property as I was arriving late. Wanted to book again but they’re full. So hopefully next time in Santiago!

It was very clean, well maintained and quiet. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room was laid out in a way to maximize space and efficiency. Most importantly, the woman managing the property was knowledgeable and friendly. When we couldn’t get a ride to the airport, she saved us by calling and arranging for a taxi on our behalf.

Me tocó la habitación pegada a la carretera principal y por las ventanas pasa bastante mucho ruido .no está bien aislada la habitación.

Entorno muy cuidado, limpio, y con detalles para el cliente, cómo poderte hacerte un café, tomar una fruta, o utilizar las mesas y el espacio lúdico

Todo, visualmente es súper bonito, hay zona común para comer totalmente equipada. Está todo limpísimo, el recibidor da una buena impresión. La habitación además de bonita cuenta con aire acondicionado y aún así es fresquita así que ni lo he usado. La cama muy cómoda. La chica que me atendió súper atenta y agradable.

Toller gut ausgestatteter Gemeinschaftsbereich! Sehr engagierter und hilfsbereiter Kontakt mit Paula. Bequemes Bett und sehr angenehme Dusche.

Am morgen wurden wir durch Bauarbeiten im Flur geweckt, was besonders ungünstig war, da wir durch die Party auf den Straßen nach dem gewonnenen WM-Finale lang wach waren. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass das im Vorhinein kommuniziert wird. Die Tür zum Flur und offenen Gemeinschaftsbereich sind nämlich quasi nicht Schalldicht, da unter der Tür ein ziemlicher Spalt ist. Außerdem öffnete sich eine halbe Stunde vor Check-out Zeit plötzlich unsere Zimmertüre und jemand kuckte hinein. Wahrscheinlich eine Fehlkommunikation, war uns trotzdem ziemlich unangenehm.

We've been traveling around Galicia, and this was one of our favorite places to stay. Everything felt new, modern, and beautifully designed. The room was small but had everything we needed, including a hairdryer. The coworking space was a big plus—spacious, quiet, and perfect for working. There's also a shared kitchen if you want to cook.

El alojamiento es nuevo y casi todo está muy bien cuidado

Para el precio que tiene, deja que desear. Todo muy impersonal, ya que no tienen recepción, nuestra habitación con algunas cosas sin terminar (había unos enchufes detrás de la cama sin embellecedor), y no conseguimos localizar la salida del aire acondicionado (no sabemos si funcionaba o no). Además, habitaciones sin tele, al menos las dos que nosotros habíamos reservado. No es algo para descartar el hotel, pero para nosotros es a tener en cuenta.

The team is spectacular! Paula, Eva and Ave helped me beyond I could ever imagine. I got my mobile phone stolen after I stayed at Coliving, they helped me with absolutely everything. Securing my left luggage, helping me getting directions, booking a room at Coliving at very last minute based on trust only and so on. Amazing experience! While it's always bad to get your phone stolen, the interaction and help I've got made it much easier. Of course, the spotless, comfortable and nicely decorated premises and rooms are to be noted!

Our experience was very disappointing. During our two-night stay, my partner started developing red spots and bites on his hands. At first we thought it might be an allergic reaction, but after the second night the number of bites had increased dramatically. We first went to a pharmacy and then to a doctor, who confirmed that they were consistent with bed bug bites. The photo I have attached shows only the bites on one of his hands. In total, he ended up with more than 60 bites across his body, which unfortunately ruined our trip. We were not walking the Camino de Santiago, nor had we stayed in any other accommodation beforehand. We travelled directly from home to this hotel and returned home afterwards. Once home, we disinfected all of our clothes, backpacks and belongings as a precaution, and no new bites appeared after that. Based on the sequence of events, we are convinced that the source of the problem was our stay at this property. Unfortunately, after this experience, I cannot recommend staying here.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und grundsätzlich ein angenehmer Eindruck.

Leider merkt man an vielen Stellen, dass das Hotel renovierungsbedürftig ist (verschmutzte Wände, defekte Steckdosen und Schalter, lockere Armaturen im Bad, beschädigte Silikonfugen). Außerdem ist es extrem hellhörig. Besonders störend waren die Bau- bzw. Renovierungsarbeiten am frühen Abend während meines Aufenthalts. Insgesamt okay, aber mit einigen Mängeln, die den Aufenthalt deutlich weniger erholsam gemacht haben.
