The view and peacefulness is amazing. It’s very convenient that it is on the ground floor with still amazing view, and just a few steps away from the nice clean pool. The apartmant is very well equipped, while there are some narrow spaces (eg in kitchen), which you need to get used to. The location is great to enjoy nature, while there are great activities nearby.

It takes approx 20 mins to get down from the mountain to get shopping or to the lake, but the journey is beautiful and definitely worth the time.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet, auch die Ausstattung war gut, wir haben nichts vermisst. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und freundlich. Der Hauspool war ein schöner Tagesabschluss für uns. Der Ausblick war jeden Tag das absolute Highlight.

Schade war, dass der Pool nicht durchgehend geöffnet ist und Sonntags geschlossen hat. Ist aber kein Grund für negative Bewertungen.

Probleme an der Mautschranke. Wurden aber vom Vermieter schnellstmöglich geklärt.

Tutto perfetto, appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario sia per la cucina che il resto, bella pulita la piscina, la vista e la tranquillità, parcheggio disponibile, la strada di accesso è a pagamento ma il proprietario ci ha lasciato la card di accesso per tutta la durata del soggiorno, a 10 minuti a piedi di ariva agli impianti di risalita, parco avventura, la pista con i gommoni, parapendio, rifugi e piste da sci in inverno...poi la Carinzia a tanto altro da offrire È stato un soggiorno perfetto, speriamo di tornarci ancora.

Het uitzicht is spectaculair en alleen daarvoor kan je dit appartement boeken. De lokatie is op loopafstand Gerlitzen Erlebnisarea en het zwembad is aan het eind van de gang. Het appartement zelf heeft alles voorhanden en is zeer prettig om te verblijven.

Het zwembad is op zondag gesloten en op maandag alleen 2 uurtjes in de ochtend open. De broodjes service is al 2 jaar niet meer beschikbaar, maar afbak broodjes in de oven is top

We've had a phenomenal stay in Gerlitzen-Apartments. Communication with the host was very clear, quick and convenient. Hosts provided a detailed PDF with all the necessary instructions regarding check in and check out, as well as some ski resort related info. We were also provided with a card for a toll ramp on the road to the accommodation so at no additional cost. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and fully furnished. Beds are comfortable. Toilet is separated from the bathroom, which is beneficial when 4 people are preparing and trying to be as quick and efficient as possible in the morning. The kitchen is well equipped, with pots, pans, stove and oven, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, even a dishwasher. Everything you need. In the fridge there is one shelf which acts as a freezer so you can even stock up on frozen meals and prep them in the oven. One remark - there is no microwave. We didn't need one, but it's worth pointing out. View from the terrace is amazing, you can see the lake and the alps in the distance. The pool is just down the hall, it's literally 30s from the room. Parking is just a few steps away and very convenient.

The smaller bedroom only has one "window" and it's actually facing the hallway. In the hallway there is a little bit of smell of chlorine from the pool, so that is slightly inconvenient.

Beautiful accommodation. Clean and tidy. Good heating. Close to the skilifts.

Clean, fully equipped and an amazing view. We were here for a ski trip and the ski in/out was only 300m away. Good storage for our gear. Swimming pool, bar and restaurant with amazing friendly staff! The owner is really helpful towards the guests and we had perfect contact via WhatsApp. We’ve been at a lot of different Austrian sites, but this one really is top notch.

All was perfect for us.

The perfectly furnished apartment is missing only a toaster in the kitchen. To the pool, it is only 20 m from the apartment. Mr. Pichler was waiting for us in front of the apartment and explained everything to us in detail. Everything corresponds to the photo gallery on Booking. Thank you Pichler family for a great stay.
