Se proprio devo trovare un difetto. la lavatrice a pagamento e’ stata una novità per noi che viaggiando affittiamo spesso case… cifra irrisoria sia chiaro ma fuori contesto secondo me, tanto valeva alzare il prezzo dell’affitto e includerlo.

Patogūs dviejų miegamųjų ir dviejų vonios/WC kambarių apartamentai su dviem balkonais. pro kurios matosi gražusis Voulisima paplūdimys. Taip pat abu kambariai turėjo ir mažas virtuvių zonas su stalo įrankiais. Kitoje gatvės pusėje yra super marketas, kuriame galime apsipirkti būtiniausių dalykų. Maloni šeimininkė, kuri išvykstant mums įteikė mažas atsiminimo dovanėles. Ačiū už nuostabų poilsį🤗🥰

Die Lage hat uns extrem gut gefallen, wir lieben Istron! Man kann zu Fuß zum Voulisma Beach und nach Ierapetra und Agios Nikolaos sind es 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Besitzer sind extrem freundlich!!!!! Der kleine Pool auf dem Dach war toll, wir haben ihn meistens am Abend nach dem Strand genutzt und hatten ihn immer allein für uns. Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse war super. Wir hatten Appartement 8 mit Meerblick, es ist zur Straße hin ausgerichtet. Die Straße hat man beim geschlossenen Fenster fast gar nicht mitbekommen, die Fenster sind wirklich dicht und gut gedämmt. Auch haben wir von den Nachbarn nichts mitbekommen. Der Service des Putzens ist nett, aber ich denke, bei einem Appartement/Studio können die Gäste auch alleine sauber machen.

Die Möbel sind schon alt, aber das ist Geschmackssache! Was ein wenig störend war, das es nur 2 Löffel, Gabeln und Messer gab, vielleicht kann man das ja mal aufstocken.

The location is fantastic, with one of Crete's most beautiful beaches just 5 minutes from the apartment. I especially recommend it for families with children; the water is shallow, and you can see fish right under your feet. There's a small supermarket across from the apartment, but it has everything you could need. The owners are very nice and ready to help with any problem. We arrived well before check-in time, and our room was already waiting for us. I could barely stand with two children, but it was a lifesaver! The owner even baked us a Greek cake! There's a car rental nearby, and if you can't drive for some reason, there are buses, though they can be difficult and the wait can be long. I took a taxi a couple of times, and it was very convenient. This is a rare case where the quality of the apartment stay outweighed the price.

Close to the beach

The wi-fi was slow, but maybe it is expected to be like so in a village area

De vriendelijke gastheer/vrouw. Zij waren gastvrij en hulpvaardig. Het appartement was gezellig, schoon en ruim met een mooi uitzicht op de zee.

חדרים מאוד גדולים, נקיים בצורה יוצאת מן הכלל. המיקום מעולה, ממש מרחק הליכה מהחוף הכי יפה ושקט מספיק בלילה. נהננו מאוד.

Lage, Terrasse, Leute

Está muy cerca de la playa. Muy limpio y se limpió varias veces durante la semana. Muchas facilidades para acceder (llegamos a medianoche). Todo han sido facilidades

Our hosts Yorgos and his wife. Very close to the best beach of the region: Voulisma.

We had adjoining rooms. Our children had one room and we parents had another. We weren't certain what the setup was going to be, but in actual fact, it was more than adequate. We had two kitchens and two bathrooms!

Gli appartamenti sono posizionati a circa 250 metri da una delle più belle baie della zona, si trovano ad un'ora e 30 da vai Beach ed a circa 10 da Agio Nicolao. Li abbiamo trovati puliti, la struttura non è nuovissima ma in appartamento non mancava davvero nulla. Ci hanno cambiato le lenzuola e gli asciugamani ogni 2 GG. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato acqua e vino ad aspettarci. Nel complesso buon punto per visitare Creta est.

Great value for money, very nice apartment, clean, modern, close to the beach, next to a supermarket and several really good restaurants. Good communication with the host, we arrived late but they made arrangements to wait for us; wine and fruits included.

Our apartment had a sea-view, but was facing quite a busy main road; someone wanting a quieter location should look elsewhere or make sure they get a room facing inner yard. Admittedly this was to be expected, based on the location of the hotel, so no fault of the owners.

I had the pleasure of staying at these wonderful apartments with my family for two weeks, and I couldn't be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and at home. The apartment was impeccably clean and thoughtfully furnished with everything we needed for a comfortable family stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the living area was perfect for relaxing together after a day of exploring. The location was ideal, offering easy access to all the local attractions while still being in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. We particularly appreciated the beautiful views from the balcony and the convenience of nearby shops and restaurants. It was great to have everything within reach, especially with children. What truly set this accommodation apart, however, was the outstanding service from the owner. They were always available to answer any questions and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their genuine hospitality made our time here even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend these apartments to any family looking for a memorable and comfortable stay. Thank you so much for a fantastic experience – we look forward to returning in the future!

Great app., we had 2 studios in one, fantastic roof top terrace with a pool and all needed, close to Voulisma beach, buses available to Agios Nikolaos, great restaurants and bars, bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacy in the near. Very nice and kind owners, treating us with home made raki, olive oil and eggs

Good value for money, considering the surrounding The kindness of the owner and her daughter who gave as present some olive oil, raki and a little souvenir from Crete. I got as well some wine, a fruit basket and a delicious piece of homemade pastitsio. Spacious apartment for 1 or 2 people. Close to the Voulisma beach, restaurants, supermarket and bus station.

Sponge and dish soap were missing but you can buy at the supermarket across the street, each was the price of a bottle of water so it’s not much :)

Sofianna and her family were extremely nice, they prepared for us a little wine and some fruits on our first day. The room was clean and comfortable, if we needed anything I could ask her and she helped us. The view and the balcony and the rooftop terrace were amazing. I definitely recommend this place for everyone.

It looks better than the photos I did alos like the kindness of the hosts and all the complimentary gifts. Thank you for everything

The apartment was very nice and comfortable and had everything we needed for the stay. Perfect location, very quiet but with many good taverns and markets around, in front of Voulisma beach and a very good starting point to reach Agios Nicholaos and all the beaches in the East and South East coasts. The hosts were exceptionally kind, we had a surprise waiting for us almost every day, white wine, fresh fruits, oil, raki, a cake... We couldn't have asked for more!!

What a kind and welcoming family! Absolutely loved my stay here, they were always very helpful and caring. The apartment was impeccably clean and had a nice big balcony. The ocean and several beaches, lots of restaurants and supermarkets are close by.

It is less than 5 minutes by foot from a very nice beach. the view on the terrace is wonderful. The staff gifted us some small things on our arrival and our departure, very thoughtful.
