Die Wohnung ist super gut ausgestattet und ist zentral gelegen.

Die Lage direkt am Wasser,wo es immer etwas zu beobachten gibt und noch fußläufig zum Ort ist einfach unschlagbar.

Leider wirkte das Haus ungepflegt und müsste wirklich gründlich gereinigt werden. Der Teppichboden auf der Treppe im Eingangsbereich ist total fleckig und war nicht gesaugt, im beiden Duschen lief das Wasser nicht richtig ab und es lagen noch Haare vom Vorgänger, die Esszimmerstühle total fleckig, ebenso die Sitzmöbel auf der Terrasse, die auch voller Spinnweben und Vogeldreck war. Total schade, bei so einem tollen Objekt, dass man sich nicht wohlfühlen kann, da es einfach ungepflegt und vernachlässigt wirkt.

top luxe appartement aan alles is gedacht en heel veel faciliteiten aanwezig, we hebben 2 dagen genoten van dit appartement en komen graag weer terug!

Die Einrichtung ist super schön, sehr viel Platz, die Lage ist perfekt, am Wasser und nicht weit bis zum Ort.

Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet und die Lage ist wirklich wunderschön. Auch war es toll, das für unsere Tochter einiges an Spielzeug bereit stand. Die gute Ausstattung der Küche hat uns überrascht.

Leider gab es keine Absicherung an den Treppen für Kinder. An den Fenstern wären Fliegengitter schön gewesen. Außerdem war es schade, dass die Fahrräder nicht verkehrstauglich sind (platte Reife, kein Licht, kein Werkzeug um Sattel höher zu stellen...).

Thank you so much for hosting us in your beautiful home! We had an amazing time during our stay and absolutely loved the interior of the house—it’s both stylish and comfortable, making it a joy to spend time here. The views were stunning as well and added such a special touch to our experience. We truly hope to return someday, perhaps during the summer, to enjoy the house and its surroundings even more. Thank you again for providing such a wonderful place for our stay—it’s been a trip to remember!

We (family of five) had a wonderful time at Copenhagen Residence. The apartment was beautiful, clean and spacious, well equipped with new electrical appliances and products for cooking, laundry, dishwashing, etc. There was also free bicycles and sap for our personal use. Gert-Jan is a very responsive host, and helped with every need. Surely recommended!

The extract fan in the un-suite bedroom. We have to wait it stops making noise before our sleep every night.

Fantastic property on the water, very clean and had everything we wanted. Beautifully decorated inside with a Scandinavian look. Would love to stay again!

Nothing about the house itself. The motor boat was out of action and this wasn’t mentioned on the website, as it was winter it was probably too cold to use anyway but it was one reason I initially booked the property.

The appartement is marvelous! with everything you can imagine. Fully equipped with the best location possible right on the marina of Harderwijk. I’m definitely coming ASAP!

The house is incredibly nice and so are both the hosts. They have gotten all the details right: the games, books, furniture, decor, kitchen gear and bathroom amenities. Thanks for the phenomenal stay and we hope to enjoy this place again.

From the start we had a very good feeling about the accomodation. And it delivered. The hosts were very kind and always in contact with us when we need them. The view is fantastic. You are looking at a beatiful harbour scenery. The town and main attraction is literally just across the street. Overall a fantastic stay.
