Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Wie ein Neubau. Sehr sauber. Sehr hochwertige Einrichtung, gutes Doppelbett und die Schlafcouch war auch gut. Vollausgestattet mit Spülmittel, Seife, Müllbeutel,... Parkplatz vor der Haustüre. 20-30min mit dem Auto nach Hallstatt oder Gosau.
Alles gut.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet und liegt im Grünen. Ideal für Kinder, die im Grünen spielen und laufen wollen, da auch keine Gefahr durch fahrende Autos besteht.
Man ist nicht zentral. Mit dem Auto braucht man 10-15 Minuten nach Bad Ischl in die Stadt.

Il n'y a pas de climatisation ni d'aeration mecanique de l'air. En cas de forte chaleur, on ne peut pas dormir la fenetre ouverte tellement le bruit de la route est present, donc on etouffe.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Moderno opremljeno, brezplačen parking, zasebna terasa. Enostaven check in. Mirna lokacija v osrčju narave.
Kuhinja bi lahko bila bolj čista po steni so se še vedno videli ostanki maščobe. Prav tako bi lahko bil komarnik vsaj na enem oknu da bi zjutraj/zvečer odprl okno in prezračil, saj ni nobene klime v apartmaju.

Reviewed May 28, 2026הניקיון ! האווירה ! מיקום מדהים , כמה דקות נסיעה ממרכז העיר באד אשל , להתעורר בבוקר אל נוף מדהים כאשר עובר רכבת ממול ליד הנהר הזורם ומסביבך יער ועצים וציוצי ציפורים - זה חלום של ריף . האנשים והמארחים מאוד מיוחדים , היה נפילה באינטרנט שהקפיצו ישר טכנאי וטיפל בבעיה , לקחנו 2 דירות צמודות בקומת קרקע לשתי משפחות . אם בעתיד אני חוזר לאיזור זה לא מהסס לחזור לאותו דירה .
רק לביקורת בונה ; הלוואי אם יתקינו מזגנים (לשעות הצהריים בעיקר) וכדאי שיהיה מגב במקלחת

لا بوجد شيء لم يعجبني ولكن لدي بعض الملاحظات للتحسين التجربة: 1. بطىء الاستجابة من قبل العاملين على الشقة. 2. وجود كلب اسود متطفل عند مدخل الشقة يضايق شوي وخاصة اللي معه الاطفال يخافون من الكلاب.

Was cold and wet outside, perhaps option to increase the room temperature and bathroom/towel heating.

Reviewed May 13, 2026Modern eingerichtetes Apartment, sehr sauber, alles da was man so braucht. Wäre in der Dusche noch eine Abstellmöglichkeit (außer dem Boden) für Duschgel vorhanden, wäre es wirklich perfekt. Großer Pluspunkt: das Fliegengitter im Schlafzimmer (hat man echt selten). Lage bezüglich Ausflüge absolut TOP, „aber“…
…als Ortsunkundige war uns leider nicht klar, dass die Hauptstraße wirklich so stark befahren und dementsprechend laut ist (& das sagen wir aus Wien kommend). Auch fahren oft - teilweise sehr zügig - PKWs zur hinten anliegenden Werkstatt genau an der Terrasse vorbei. Dafür kann der Vermieter nichts, deshalb auch kein „Punkteabzug“ in der Gesamtwertung, aber für „Ruhe“ - die ich persönlich dringend brauchte - sorgte dies leider nicht & das hätten wir gerne vorher gewusst.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2025Ubytování v krásné lokalitě. Klíče k vyzvednutí v trezoru, což bylo fajn, preferuji tento způsob ubytování. Hezký nábytek ve dřevě, apartmán se zdá být celkově nový i včetně vynavení. Veškeré kuchyňské vybavení, myčka a pračka k dispozici. Velká a prostorná terada, kde si děti mohli hrát a dalo se koukat na kopečky. Dárek v podobě moštu při příjezdu. Parkováni v pohodě u apartmánu. Fajn dojezdová vzdálenost k jezerům a dalším výletům. Byli jsme spokojeni s můžeme doporučit.
Máme jen dvě výtky, které ale neovlivní celkové hodnocení, které hodnotíme za 10. Jelikož se mohou ubytovat očividně i pejsci a malý syn lovil hračky pod gaučem a kobercem, tak jsme vymetli/objevili psí chlupy, což jako nepejskaři moc rádi nevidíme. Jinak velice čisto. Manželská postel celkem vrzala, což nás překvapilo, jelikož apartmán vypadal nově.
