Апартаменты в историческом центре, близко к реке. Простое заселение. Просторная чистая комната и ванная, целиком оборудованная кухня, много посуды. Отличное постельное белье и полотенца. Все очень понравилось, при случае будем бронировать еще!

Wszystko co potrzeba na miejscu, dobrze wyposażone.

Przy ruchliwej ulicy, wiec hałas dość duży.

Lokalita blízko centra, ale nad hlavní silnicí, kvůli hluku zvenčí se nedalo spát při otevřeném okně. Zavřená okna zvuk dost dobře tlumila. jednoduchý chech-in i check-out, dostatek ručníků a toaletního papíru. Dobře fungující Wifi. pohodlná postel.

V bytě bylo dostatek elektrických zásuvek, jen jedna nad sporákem nefungovala, ale bylo čím ji nahradit. Pro jednu osobu byt perfektní, pro dvě osoby mohla být problém zeď mezi pokojem a koupelnou, která nebyla až do stropu, ve dvou by bylo z koupelny vše slyšet i cítit do pokoje.

The location is central. It is near the old town main square, very near to many attractions and near the transport hubm very convenient. It is just opposite Lentos and ARS is just across the bridge. The apartment is bright and clean. Loved the big and efficient bathroom. There's a seat to wear and take off shoes. The windows are good and keep the sound out.

The host put a tracker with the keys. The bed is soft and creaks. A lot of stairs for me. It's on the first floor and there are stairs walking from the tram stop.

Tolle Lage, easy check-in, hell und sauber

Extremely disappointed. The entire room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The smell was so pervasive that even the clothes inside our backpacks now stink of smoke. If it hadn't been so late at night, we would have definitely moved elsewhere.

Spacious

Sehr gute und zentrale Lage. Ich kann die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Auch die Kommunikation war problemlos und der Schlüssel über einen Keyboy erreichbar.

the property was incredibly clean, it had an amazing location, the decor was really nice and the hosts instructions were clear and helpful!

Lage, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit

This studio is a very good choice for 2 adults to stay in Linz. The position is excellent in front of the river and the Lentos Museum of modern art and very close to the old center of Linz. Windows are new, isolate well (outside temperature never went above 0 degrees, January 2026) and cancel adequately noise from the street. Studio was warm thanks to pavement heating. For 2 people services are OK. The place is close to a nice old bakery where you can have breakfast. Bathroom is large and comfortable. Actually there is no washing machine for clothes. Paid parking can easily be found in the street. Paying is possible also with Easypark.

The bed is very basic, not too comfortable. Wifi is there but quality seemed rather poor. Curtains do not adequately cover the windows, no problem for us in January, but it may be in summer time.

Great location, close to parking garage, hauptplatz, walking distance from grocery shop. Neet and clean apartment with everything needed to spend some time in it which includes some basic cooking. Prompt and polite communication via messaging.

Some spider webs at celling ( but that is if you are super into details). Squicky bed ( without khm excersises :)). Aparment is in older building with stairs ( if relevant for people)

Gute Lage unweit von Sehenswürdigkeiten und Stadtbahn. Problemloser Check-In per Schlüsselbox. Eine kleine Küchenzeile mit ein paar Lebensmitteln (Tee, Kaffeetabs, Salz, Pfeffer, Essig und Öl). Man könnte sich also etwas zubereiten. Die Einrichtung ist optisch ansprechend, das Bad groß. Die nicht komplette optische und akkustische Trennung zwischen Bad und Raum (Trennwand ist nicht raumhoch) hat mich als Alleinreisenden nicht gestört.

Trotz schalldichter Fenster hört man die Straße. Ich bin aus der Großstadt, bin das also gewohnt. Das Bett ist etwas hart und knarzt aber gestört hat mich mehr die Synthetik Bettwäsche - für mich eigentlich ein No-Go. Wer es zum Schlafen dunkel braucht: man kann die Vorhänge nicht so schließen, dass es im Zimmer richtig dunkel wird. Am ersten Tag konnte ich mich nicht in's Wlan einwählen (Huawei wollte ein anderes Passwort) und das konnte auch mein sehr netter Gastgeber nicht beheben (sehr gute und schnelle Kumunikation per Email). Am zweiten Tag ging es dann von alleine problemlos. Auch das Problem mit dem warmen Wasser konnte nicht behoben werden: am ersten Tag blieb die Dusche lauwarm und wurde dann immer kälter (Tipp vom Gastgeber: länger laufen lassen hat nicht funktioniert), am zweiten war sie für eine Minute warm und dann das gleiche Spiel. Vielleicht ein vorübergehendes Problem, da das sonst niemand erwähnt hat. Für mich sind drei Dinge bei einer Unterkunft wichtig: gut schlafen können, gutes Wlan und eine warme Dusche, daher leider etwas Abzug.

Very neat and sweet apartment, super clean and quiet, comfortable and had everything needed for a quick overnight stop. Right on the river with the old town behind. 5 minutes in Uber to train. Highly recommend

Die Lage ist sehr gut! Alles fußläufig erreichbar!

The room is situated in an absolutely awful house. The bathroom (shared with the toilet) does not have walls up to the ceiling; the windows are right above a rather busy street, so it is not possible to ventilate properly.

Limpieza ubicación rapidez en resolver dudas

Das Apartment liegt gegenüber vom Lentos an der Donaulände, ganz nahe dem Zentrum. Super isolierte Fenster lassen kaum Straßenlärm durch. Sehr nett und funktional eingerichtet, es ist alles an Geschirr und Geräten für einen Kurzaufenthalt vorhanden.

Es ist ein altes Stiegenhaus, die Beleuchtung beim Apartment ist gut, nicht im Rest des Stiegenhauses.

Etwas laut zur Straße hin

Das Apartment modern, geschmackvoll minimalistisch eingerichtet und war extrem sauber. Das Bad war groß und ebenfalls modern und sehr sauber. Alles wirkte neu, durchdacht und hat einwandfrei funktioniert: Einchecken, WLAN, Kaffeemaschine etc. Die Küche und das Bad waren mit allem Notwendigen eingerichtet. Darüber hinaus gab es zwei Kaffeekapseln, zwei Teebeutel und sogar zwei Pralinen. Im Küchenschrank findet man zudem Öl, Essig, Salz, Pfeffer, Sojasoße und Kräuter, so dass man sich prima Selbstversorger kann. Es gab genug Handtücher, woran es manchmal mangelt und auch Abstellflächen. Auch ein paar Infos zur Umgebung lagen bereit. Die Lage war für mich ideal, weil ich zum Lentos Museum musste, das direkt gegenüber liegt. Aber auch sonst liegt das Apartment sehr verkehrsgünstig und leicht zu finden (es steht glaube ich keine Hausnummer an der Tür, aber "Riverside Apartments"), nur ein paar Schritte von der der Donau, dem Ars Electronica-Zentrum und im Grunde allen anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt. Vom Bahnhof aus kann man ohne Umsteigen mit der Straßenbahn hinfahren. Für mich war es prima, dass die beiden veganen Restaurants in Linz in Laufweite sind, aber auch "normale" Gaststätten liegen dicht am Apartment. Das Bett war bequem und groß genug. Trotz der Fenster zu einer befahrenen Straße war es ziemlich ruhig, die Fenster scheinen doppelt verglast zu sein. Die Vorhänge haben ganz gut verdunkelt. Für eine Person ist das Apartment ideal, aber es ist alles auch für zwei Personen ausgelegt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war reibungslos und angenehm. Insgesamt habe ich mich wohlgefühlt und wäre durchaus gerne noch ein paar Tage länger geblieben. Ich hatte zuerst ein anderes Apartment in Linz gebucht und habe dann wegen des günstigeren Preises gewechselt und habe es nicht bereut.

Ich fand es etwas schwierig, die Vorhänge zuzuziehen - dazu muss man vielleicht größer sein - aber es hat geklappt. Wie schon andere angemerkt haben, ist das Bad so eingebaut, dass die Wände nicht zur Decke gehen, so dass es nur einen Sichtschutz, sonst aber wenig Privatsphäre gibt. Zu Zweit wäre mir das unangenehm, alleine würde ich jederzeit gerne wieder dort unterkommen. Man musste 2,40 Euro Kurtaxe in bar liegen lassen. Das war mir vorher nicht klar und es war reiner Zufall, dass ich Bargeld dabei hatte.

La posizione vicina al centro e al fiume ti permette di camminare e goderti la parte più bella della città. Appartamento pulito e dotato di comfort. Il cortile interno è comodo per il parcheggio delle bici.

La strada su cui affaccia e’ molto trafficata anche di notte e bisogna chiudere le finestre. Il bagno non è il massimo della privacy perché il muro non arriva fino al soffitto.

לא נשארנו! ! בקושי מצאנו את הכניסה. בעל הבית לא היה זמין ולא ענה. הכניסה מזעזעת. הבניין מאוד ישן. חדר מדרגות מוזנח מאוד. מעורר אי נוחות גדולה. הדירה עצמה משופצת יפה נעים וצנוע. לנו לא התאים!!

Appartamento rinnovato, spazioso, pulito e luminoso in zona comoda e centrale. Siamo stati poco ma ci siamo trovati molto bene. Si può mettere l' auto a 200m al Garage Pfarrplatz (24E al giorno), dove trovate anche il caffe Maier con ottime torte per la colazione

Die Lage war Zentrumsnah,ideal für meine Linzaktivitäten.Donau in Sichtweite für Schifffahrt,Lentos gegenüber, Ars Electronika auf der anderen Seite,Pöstlingberg vom Hauptplatz,ich empfehle die Linzcard war super,Frühstück ums Eck Cafe Meier 10min.

Bylo zde čisto, prostory příjemné Dobrá lokalita, hluk z venku po zavření oken nešel slyšet

Rozbitá varná konvice, málo soukromí v koupelně protože stěna, která odděluje koupelnu má u stropu mezeru. Malá postel, ve dvou lidech se špatně spalo.

Apartment für eine Person geräumig, zentrale Lage, sehr gute Fenster, sodass trotz der Lage an stark befahrener Straße kaum etwas zu hören ist. Schlüsselsafe problemlos zu bedienen.

Sanitärzelle oben zum Zimmer hin offen, auch keine Glasscheibe. Wenn man allein ist, kein großes Problem, aber zu zweit möchte ich dort nicht einquaertiert sein.

Sehr sauber, super ausgestattet, ich war mehr als überrascht.

This is a very comfortable apartment just a few minutes walk from the tram stop at Hauptplatz in central Linz. It is comfortable and well appointed with a view of the river and the stunning new art gallery.

It took a little while to cool down by opening the windows and door. There is too much road noise to sleep with the windows open but the windows completely block all noise. The cooking facilities are just two electric burners, which was fine for a short stay.

The apartment was clean and well located in the centre of town. I've stayed in a few similarly priced apartments in Linz for work recently and this was by far the best.

Super zentrale Lage! Die Donau vor der Tür, zu Fuß keine 5 min in die Innenstadt. Küche gut ausgestattet, Kaffeemaschine mit Nespresso Kapseln. Gastgeber hat sehr schnell auf Fragen geantwortet und war super freundlich!

Meckern auf hohem Niveau: die Bettwäsche war synthetisch, ist einfach nicht meine persönliche Präferenz plus das Bett hat sehr laut geknarzt.

Stairs

The whole room feels like a nice studio with contemporary art decorations. It was kept clean. I like the comfy beddings and the kitchen area. The bathroom was very spacious. Would recommend to others.

The toilet was a bit too tall for us to sit comfortably (we are 165cm and 175cm). The windows are facing the busy street so if opened, you can hear cars passing by. However when closed, it was quite sound proofing.

Park-Kosten (aber das ist so in Linz) vielleicht sind 2 Handtücher für einen Tag ausreichend (ich gehe davon aus, dass der Vermieter bei mehreren Tagen, elegant nachlegen wird ;-)
