Dalla descrizione non si capisce che l'accesso da direttamente all'esterno in un giardino pubblico, quindi praticamente non puoi mai aprire la finestra (posizionata dallo stesso lato della porta).

non era presente nessuna dotazione minima. anche una bottiglia di acqua. sale e dotazioni minime per cucinare sarebbero gradite. ma già sapevamo che era così

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Sono case a pian terreno una dietro l'altra, con accesso tramite app. Nota molto positiva il parcheggio: se viaggiate in auto ce n'è uno gratuito e molto ampio proprio vicino alla struttura. Aria condizionata centralizzata che raffreddava molto rapidamente viste le piccole dimensioni della camera.
Eravamo in 4 e mi sa che per queste tipologie di strutture sarebbe meglio essere massimo in 2. Un solo bagno, un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto e quindi c'era davvero poco spazio per le valigie o per stare tutti e 4 in struttura. Prima di lavarci 2 di noi hanno aspettato fuori per non creare intralcio. E, proprio nel momento di lavarci, abbiamo trovato gli asciugamani in una condizione davvero indecente, svista imperdonabile perché fanno parte dell'intimo di una persona e trovarle così sporche ridimensiona tutta l'esperienza di alloggio. Ci siamo dovuti asciugare con asciugamani personali perché ce le hanno portate la mattina successiva.

Not a perfect clean property but not bad at the same time. Despite the two air-conditioning, it is a little bit hot. The electric fuse circuit goes off if you use the two air-conditions and the cooker at the same time. You need to switch off then on the fuse box to fix the issue.

Por poner alguna pega, nos costó un poco encontrar las sábanas para hacer el sofá cama, que estaban en un compartimento oculto. Algo de gel/champú se hubiera agradecido, éramos 4 y casi no había. Por lo demás muy bien, pequeño pero muy limpio y acogedor

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026El estar a pie de calle, cómodo para descargar y cargar el coche. No había problema para aparcar por la zona y no es zona de pago. La cocina tiene lo necesario, aunque no hay nada básico de sal-azúcar, etc. Las camas son bastante pequeñas pero cómodas. La ropa de cama, la cocina y el baños estaba muy limpia, aunque los muebles y debajo de los mismos tenían polvo. Bastante amplio para poder tener las maletas y demás enseres.
No tiene wifi (o no lo encontramos por ningún lado) y la cobertura dentro del edificio es muy mala. El sofá cama tuvimos que abrirlo y hacerlo nosotros, habiendo indicado en la reserva que seríamos 4. Entiendo que debería estar hecho a nuestra llegada.

Lo sgabuzzino dove era riposta la scopa, la paletta e il mocho puzzava. Al bagno mancano ganci per appendere gli asciugamani dopo averli usati per la doccia.

Tuve que solicitar mantas , al no contar con ventilación natural hay que dormir con el a/c prendido . A destacar muy amablemente me las llevaron al día siguiente . Importante detalle es que no contaba con implementos básicos que normalmente se otorgan de cortesía cómo sal , aceite , y jabón para lavar la ropa .
Estar directamente sobre la calle , lo que impide abrir una ventana y el estado del colchón del sofá cama .

Do centrum spacerkiem około 20 minut, do Oceanarium około 10 minut. Do sklepu spożywczego 2 minutki. Nocleg jest przestronny, świetnie wyposażony w dosłownie wszystko.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026I really loved the location - it’s close to the metro and the bus that takes you wherever, same as supermarkets are nearby. The A/C was quiet and helped keeping the room at nice temperature. It’s kinda weird that you have the entrance right at the street level, but it was calm and quiet, nobody can see inside. The curtains also help it to keep it dark at night. They will send you an email to check in online, where you have to take picture of your IDs, 2-3 days prior and then a link to download the app to open the doors one day ahead. It is really simple. You just download it and put there your email that you use on Booking.
I lowkey didn’t like the approach to guests by the hosts. It feels like: “don’t make my life hard, don’t do anything and don’t break anything, you can be happy you have a place to stay”. There are signs to take out the trash, many “do-not dos” (don’t move the furniture - but there is so little space and no small table at the sofa etc.) and overall even the apartment feels like a place that makes money and doesn’t have to make you feel good. There is no pepper, no oil, minimum of salt, no tea and stuff (I know it’s not a norm, but it always makes the stays better), the shower gel is like the cheapest stuff put in an soap dispenser that has broken button. There was mold at the crease of the shower. There is nothing to put your toothbrushes in. The lights are too bright and cold, even the bedside lamps - I would expect it to be more calm and dim. The pillows are really uncomfortable, there is no blanket, just the bedsheet. The induction stove is really slow. There is no kettle. I also think the hosts could be nicer - the messages are really dry, they sent them always in different languages - sometimes English, once Italian (for no reason) and always Spanish when you ask them something. I texted them it’s a vacation as a birthday present if they could write something nice at a paper or something, but they completely ignored it and didn’t even respond (again, I know they are not obligated to, but I think it makes the guests feel better and more welcomed), same as when I ask if it would be possible to leave an hour later (again - I know they don’t have to, but at 99 % of accommodation I’ve been to they always allowed it, or apologised that there is another guest coming soon, when refusing) and they were really dry and annoyed with the question. Overall I think the location really compensates it, but if you can stay somewhere else for similar price, I would choose something different.

la metodologia d'ingresso. il mio iphone non recepiva l'accesso nonostante il bluetooth fosse collegato. abbiamo dovuto farci rimandare il codice di accesso collegandolo alla mail e telefono dell'altro ospite. Nei giorni a seguire anche un'altra ospite dello stesso residence ha avuto il medesimo problema. Considerando anche la mia scarsa conoscenza dell'inglese l'operazione è stata lenta e complessa. Altro punto negativo è stata la lentezza di avere acqua calda al mattino.

Reviewed May 18, 2026Es un apartamento muy completo. Todo estaba muy limpio y nuevo. Sofá cama de apertura italiana y grande (1'50). Baño con mueble de almacenaje. Las camas y las almohadas perfectas. La ubicación es buena ya que a escasos metros tienes una parada de autobús con varias líneas que te llevan tanto al centro (Mercado Central) como a la Malvarrosa.
Nos chocó un poco que estuviera literalmente a pie de calle (aunque estuvimos en un Puente y no había ruido ya que es una zona tranquila). Estaría genial añadir en las paredes algún colgador para poner la ropa que te quitas del día a día.

Reviewed May 14, 2026We liked that we had everything in our room, especially iron. We really liked the neighborhood, the location was probably the best possible in the city. You have supermarkets around you, bus stops everywhere around you. The apartment was good and clean.
Nowhere was noted that you get in the apartment from the street, we were shocked by the fact, I saw from the pictures, signs on the street, but I thought that was the building entrance, not the apartment. The way you access the room was new to me, I may sound old school but If you forget your phone in the room you are stuck outside and you can't do anything about it. If you don't have battery on your phone you are done as well. If you are 40+ years old and you are not familiar with the technical side you are done too. The soap machine under the shower was broken. There was one thing that made me a bad impression and that was the rules of the apartment, this is my first time when I see, where is noted that you have to throw your bin when you leave, you don't have to leave towels on the bed or sofa, you don't have to talk high etc., which in my eyes sounds like, "Please clean the room when you leave for the next people". Because of the fact you are getting in the apartment from the street you can't do anything private, in front of the room is a park and it is still full during the night. Don't get me wrong I like almost everything, but just explaining things that can be done better.

Reviewed May 6, 2026Tutto! L'appartamento è andato oltre le aspettative: comodo, pulito e accessoriato. La posizione è perfetta per utilizzare i mezzi ma anche visitare la città a piedi o in bici. Il fatto di essere un piano strada non è stato un problema perché la zona è molto tranquilla. Di fronte alla porta si trova una piazzetta pedonale con un parco giochi e, con un bambino di un anno, è stato perfetto! lo consiglieremo!
L'accesso con l'app non è stato immediato. Siamo riusciti ad entrare grazie all'aiuto di ragazzi spagnoli che ci hanno aiutato. Non immediatissimo ma gestibile.

Reviewed Apr 30, 2026Das Apartment liegt ideal, um die Stadt und die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß zu erkunden. Der Zugang über eine App war sehr durchdacht, unkompliziert und hat den Ankunftsprozess modern gestaltet. Das Apartment wurde bei Ankunft sehr sauber übergeben. Nützliche Utensilien wie Duschgel und Spülmittel für den Abwasch waren bereits vorhanden, was den Aufenthalt direkt angenehmer gemacht hat.
Das Apartment weist an einigen Stellen deutliche Gebrauchsspuren bzw. Abnutzungen auf. Auch wenn ein Vermieter nicht permanent renovieren kann, könnten kleinere Mängel wie eine Beule in der Wand oder Farbabplatzungen mit wenig Aufwand behoben werden. Es wirkt leider so, als gehen manche Besucher recht nachlässig mit dem Eigentum um. Der Check-in gestaltete sich etwas unflexibel: Obwohl der Check-in ab 14 Uhr vorgesehen ist, wurde eine Anfrage, bereits 30 Minuten früher hineinzudürfen, strikt abgelehnt. Dies führte dazu, dass andere Gäste und ich bei Ankunft vor verschlossener Tür warten mussten, hier würde ich mir etwas mehr Besucherfreundlichkeit wünschen. Die Lage im Erdgeschoss mit direktem Straßenzugang ist zwar ein moderner Trend in Valencia und bei der Buchung ersichtlich, allerdings ist die Geräuschdämmung in meinen Augen unzureichend. Für Gäste mit leichtem Schlaf ist das Apartment aufgrund der Lautstärke von der Straße sowie der deutlich hörbaren Wasserleitungen/Spülungen im Haus leider nur bedingt zu empfehlen.

Reviewed Apr 24, 2026Lokal w idealnym miejscu. 15 mint spacerkiem od oceanarium. Czysto, wygodnie, dobrze rozwiązane otwieranie i zamykanie pokoju. Bałam się o hałas w nocy bo pokoj wychodzi prosto na ulicę ale nie było żadnych problemów. Pościel i ręczniki czyste i dostępne tak jak suszarka. Pokój dokładnie taki jak na zdjęciach.

Nu sunt aspecte care nu mi-au placut.

Reviewed Apr 21, 2026Me encantó la comodidad del departamento, tenía todo lo que uno puede ocupar para estar unos días. Además que está súper cerca del parque de las Ciencias y las Artes, y hay variedad de restaurantes y supermercados cerca. Otra cosa que me encantó es la atención del personal, siempre al pendiente de los comentarios que teníamos.
No hay algo que no me haya gustado, ya que me encantó la estancia en Dormavalencia.
