Amazing breakfast buffet and service. Room was comfortable and excellently equipped. Swiss 5*!
Jamie and team are clearly dedicated to excellence! From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were welcomed so warmly and treated like family. The facilities of the hotel are luxurious and the food and beverage offerings outstanding! I absolutely recommend this Hotel and if I could I would give this property and its team 10 stars! Already looking forward to my next stay!
Terrific service pool food etc very good location outstanding service had half board generous hosts excellent everything. In winter ski area gigantic including Arosa hundreds of miles of hiking and in winter ski trails world class skiing history for years.
We passed by the place dozen times during motorbike trips. Now, we decided to check in for a long weekend. The place is rather old and convoluted but, indeed, has a lot of hidden charm. Beautifully renovated and well managed. There’s plenty to do when weather is bad, they have first class spa, indoor pools, nice lounges, bars and restaurants. I really felt invited to spend hours there. Rooms are bright and relatively small but clean and very well equipt with all it needs for a longer and convenient stay. Wetzone is rather spacious and a bit classic. The only thing I didn’t like is the bathtub with old fashioned shower curtain. A cabin with fixed walls would fit much better to place and time. Breakfast is a true burner, greath selection and far not the classic buffet style as known from many luxury restaurants. Liked it very much. We had diner in the awesomly decorated restaurant which has a true modern swiss mountain decoration with lot of wood but none of the disgusting hunting and animalscul decoration known from lot of other places. Very motivated, helpful and friedly people everywhere. Would always go there again..
Great hotel! Jamie and Michelle are excellent hosts and very attentive. The location is perfect. The rooms are clean. Breakfast is super and overall a fantastic ski holiday made special by the hotel. We had a great time and will be back for sure!
I just spent a week at Hotel Schweizerhof as part of an organized ski week, and I was very impressed with the hotel. My room was on the “budget” level, yet it was spacious, nicely furnished, and very comfortable. Also, one of the ski rooms was just around the corner, and I found this to be particularly helpful. We were on half-board for the week. Breakfast and dinner were always excellent and offered a lot of variety. Also, the sauna and the Hamam were beautiful and lovely to use. I found every hotel staff person I encountered to be friendly and helpful, which really made the week even more pleasant. Finally, I loved that the hotel is right across the street from the bus station/post office. I was able to ship my skis through the Swiss train system from Zermatt for just 12 Euros, and it was so easy to walk across the street and pick them up (they arrived on time…of course! 😄). Both the red and blue ski buses stop at the bus station, making it easy to start the day on the mountain. We were also able to ski down every day to a spot just across the street. For all these reasons, I highly recommend hotel Schweizerhof Lenzerheide.
We booked four nights and left after two. This place is a pimped three star hotel that charges five star prices. The room was average, view on the backside of the building next door, children sleep on a couch, welcome drinks for kids but not for adults, need to book a time slot at the spa etc. not worth the CHF 880.- /night they charge for two adults and three small children.
Tolles Upgrade für ein Dachzimmer 😃 Duschvorhang in der Badewanne unvorteilhaft und unangenehm beim Duschen. Sonst sehr freundliches Personal!
Das Wellnessbereich war sehr toll. Das Frühstück vielseitig. Personal sehr freundlich.
Wir hatten einen super tollen Aufenthalt! Herzlichen Dank an das ganze Team! Den romantischen Abend werden wir nie vergessen :-) !
Very nice hotel in a beautiful town in the mountains. There is a bus station across the street. All is nice, but for the management’s consideration: - there is no gym, - I’ve been told that the swimming pool is open 24 hours, but it was closed around 9:00 PM, - all information about the hotel and its services is only in German. I fully respect that it is the official language, all employees speak great English, but it would be good to have this information available at least in English as well. - breakfast is ok, but there could be more options.

Schreckliche Matratze
We were in lenzerheide for World Cup ski races. Very elegant. The food was excellent too. The bus circle is straight out the front door which is very convenient to ski all areas .
