Restaurants und Cafés sind sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll renoviert und macht einen tollen Eindruck. Das Zimmer ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Toaster. Auf das 140cm Bett muss man sich einlassen. Wegen der Straße ist noch bis in die Nacht Verkehrslärm zu hören aber die Klimaanlage kühlt das Zimmer gut herunter.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Alles was goed. De kamer was gezellig en schoon. Met airconditioning. Prima bed en alles was aanwezig, een compleet ingericht keukenblok met zelfs een broodrooster. Nette badkamer met fijne douche, toiletartikelen en haardroger. De beheerder, Nuno, is heel servicegericht. Wij bleven meer dan een week en wisseling van handdoeken was geen enkel probleem. Met ook dank aan de lieve schoonmaakster.
Het ligt aan een drukke weg dus je hoort wel wat verkeer. Bij onze kamer kon je luiken voor de balkondeuren doen dus dat scheelde best wat geluid. Ook daar was dus aan gedacht.

The neighborhood is quiet and the river view was the best thing to wake up to. The cleanliness and attention to details is five star standard and the staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else if I visit Viana again.

El espacio disponible para comer es un poco reducido y las sillas/mesas no eran muy cómodas

War alles bestens, nur der Preis war etwas hoch (da es ja ein Appartment ist ohne Frühstück oder anderen Service).

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026Eine nahezu perfekt ausgestattetes Appartement - alles da, was der Reisende braucht (insbesondere Küchenausstattung und Badzubehör). Ein superfeundlicher Vermieter, der sich sofort um alles kümmert. Bequeme Betten und eine sehr gute Ausgangslage. um die Stadt zu erkunden. Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft speziell für Kurztrips.
Nun, man sollte wissen, dass das Appartement direkt an einer beliebten Straße gelegen ist. Trotz Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzung wird diese speziell von motorisierten Zweirädern gerne für Beschleunigungsversuche genutzt - sehr geräuschvoll. Außerdem ist vor der Tür die von Fussgängern gerne genutze Einflugschneise zu den tollen Restaurants und Bars in der näheren Umgebung. Das sollte man halt wissen - und ggf. Ohrstöpsel dabei haben. Ist halt so, wenn man mitten drin ist im Leben;-)

Como oportunidade de melhoria, sugerimos a colocação de um sofá que permita um pouco mais de conforto na sala. Do que não gostámos mesmo foi do problema grave ao nível da insonorização. Qualquer barulho em cima ou ao lado (e tínhamos de ambos) era ouvido como se estivessem ali junto a nós. Considerando que num dos outros apartamentos que estavam ocupados houve bastante barulho até para lá da 01:00 da manhã, isso teve um impacto bastante negativo na nossa noite. Não se tratava de estarem a falar muito alto, o problema era mesmo a ausência de insonorização. Parecia que estavam a falar ali mesmo ao lado da nossa cama.

Num espaço que dedica alguma atenção aos detalhes a falta de um sofá que permita a proximidade e conforto dos hóspedes é uma falha grave. A iluminação é demasiado forte, sobretudo no quarto. A falta de luz natural no quarto é também um ponto negativo

They even have a great hairdryer (not one of those cheap, small, travel hairdryers). The location and view is fantastic. We walked there from the train and bus station. Sin ascensor. Escaleras muy empinadas. No nos indicaron que no había limpieza de habitaciones. No había toallas para las 3 noches. Tuvimos que retirar la basura por instrucciones en la habitación

Alojamento super frio. Com o ar condicionado no máximo ( 32 graus ) mal se sentia a diferença...insonorização fraca, ouvia-se tudo, barulho da rua apartamento de cima ,etc. Deveriam pelo menos disponibilizar mais roupa para a cama. Foi impossível tomar banho , estadia de 2 noites com agua gelada!

The shower didn't drain and flooded the bathroom. At one point there was a leakage from the ceiling fan vent and I needed to use an umbrella to use the toilet. On approximately the third day, I was moved to another nearby apartment where everything was fine
