Reviewed Jan 4, 2026Lokace. Kousek od vleku. I do Kitzbühelu. Nedaleko sáňkařské dráhy. Ubytování bylo čisté a útulné. Na uvítanou i na rozloučenou jsme dostali spoustu dobrot. Pan majitel byl velmi vstřícný.

Reviewed Jul 29, 2024For us, the out of town location was perfect! We enjoyed the 20 minute walk along the river into the centre. This partially modernised basement studio apartment was super clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom despite being incredibly dated (retro!) was at least fully functional and has been well maintained. Instant hot water. Wonderful attentive host who is quick to respond and ensure all needs met
More lighting needed, and electrical sockets on both sides so a reading light could be made available as the apartment a bit dark and gloomy Another bedside table or small stool would be useful to put bottles/lotions on etc Would be useful to have a plug in the bathroom washbasin Better quality towels would be lovely!

Reviewed Mar 17, 2023The apartment is as described with a fully equipped kitchen. The host was great and very friendly. He picked up my new skis that were delivered to the apartment before our arrival and he offered us a late check-out for free
Not down-town but still not far away from ski lifts
