Appartement Lafayette

El trato de Ashraf, el anfitrión: cuida con cariño, atención y respeto a sus huéspedes, lo cual es de agradecer. El apartamento está bien, aunque al baño le hace falta un retoque (principalmente la puerta y la cortina que la cubre) y otro menor en el fregadero de la cocina. El apartamento está puesto con mucho cariño, con una decoración agradable, con techos altos, una cama de matrimonio inmensa. Para mí está bien ubicado, con muchos comercios cerca y es muy poco ruidoso.

Aunque a algunos clientes no les gustó la ducha, para mí no es un problema aunque el agua caliente funciona regular.. La cortina en la puerta del baño está algo deteriorada, pero estoy seguro de que pronto Ashraf lo solucionará. La entrada al zaguán es un poco tétrica, pero eso hace que, cuando entras en el apartamento, notes la diferencia

I really appreciated that there was a note in the apartment explaining that if the stay was not satisfactory, guests could get a full refund. This gave me a lot of confidence. The apartment itself was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was also excellent, very convenient and central.

The building itself is quite old and felt a little intimidating at first.

L'hôte, Achraf, était très accueillant et disponible. L'appartement est en bon état et je n'ai manqué de rien. De plus, l'hôte a même accepté de me fournir dans les 2 jours un four à micro-ondes. De l'eau et certains autres aliments étaient déjà présent pour mon confort. La climatisation fonctionne très bien. Stationnement très aisé en dehors des heures de travail et l'appartement est très proche de commerces. Je recommande vivement !!

La situation de l'appartement dans une rue très fréquentée fait qu'il est parfois difficile de se garer à proximité en pleine journée. La localisation étant ce qu'elle est, il faut accepter d'avoir ces difficultés lorsqu'on loge dans le centre de Tunis !
