Reviewed Mar 29, 2026Die Art wie sich Menschen in einem Vandrahem begegnen. Die freundliche Gemeinschaftsküche und der offene Wohnbereich sind gemütlich. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, so dass man mit kleinerem Gepäck reisen kann. Der Supermarkt ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. Die Skibus Anbindung in alle Richtungen ist optimal.
Dieses Mal war unser Doppelzimmer sehr klein und das Betten lehnt. Die Küche müsste mal an einigen Stellen renoviert werden. Insgesamt spürt man die Häufigkeit der Nutzung, das war vor 1,5 Jahren noch anders. Dafür ist der Preis eigentlich zu hoch, aber Schweden ist teuer.

Lite mer plats för maten hade varit bra - alltså lite större skåp. Det saknades helt teskedar.

Tunna slitna madrasser gör natten obekväm. Kostnaden något hög I förhållande till vad man får och omfattningen av städning vid avfärd.

Reviewed Oct 28, 2024I stayed there during Off season in October and was the only guest. Nice lake view from groundfloor level. Shared kitchen and leaving room ok if there are only a few guests. Otherwise the shared areas become pretty crowded. Unfortunatley I could not cook caused by a defect of the stove. The room feels a bit overpriced for Vandrarhem standard.
The stove was defect.

Reviewed Mar 10, 2024I really enjoyed staying at the Vandrarhem. Its very close to the main bus stop and in the city centre of Funäsdalen near by slopes and shops. The personnel was very nice, and even though I arrived late, it was extremely easy to check in. The facilities are made for skiers, so there is plenty of room if you have gears with you. The clientele was very mix: families, young couples with children, older international couples, teenagers, and skiers. I really enjoyed it!
