Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Lage und Ausstattung waren unschlagbar. Vor allem den Bergblick werde ich vermissen! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Besonders nett war, das wir schon vor 15.00 Uhr in die Wohnung durften, da sie schon bereit war und am Tag der Abreise unser Gepäck nach dem Check Out im Ski-Keller deponieren durften. Das war wirklich sehr entgegenkommend! Auch der Pre-Check, der einen früheren Zugriff auf die Guestmobility -Card ermöglichte, hat uns gefreut und eine vergünstigte Anreise per Zug ermöglicht.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Die Wohnung liegt in der 3. Etage. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf die Berge. Wir waren mit fünf Personen dort und hatten ausreichend Platz. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit Essecke, eine Küche sowie Badezimmer, und eine separate Toilette. Die Wohnung war sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Im Keller sind Waschmaschinen und ein Trockner, die mit Münzen nutzbar sind. Nach wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man eine Apotheke, einen großen Spar sowie Restaurants. Die Seilbahn zum Stubnerkogel mit herrlichen Panoramablicken befindet sich auch um die Ecke.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr gut, zentral für alle Unternehmungen. Küchenzeile war sehr gut eingerichtet, so dass man sich problemlos selbst versorgen konnte. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.
Die Garage für die Unterbringung der Fahrräder könnte man mal aufräumen. So standen die Fahrräder in kreuz und quer abgestelltem Hausrat. Aber sicher und gut verschlossen.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026شكراً للسيدة ياسمين، كانت متعاونة جداً في التعامل ولطيفة في تقديم المساعدة. المكان نظيف ومرتب، والمطبخ متكامل ومجهز بشكل جيد. كما تتوفر غرفة غسيل، وتكلفة استخدام الغسالة 1 يورو، بينما تبلغ تكلفة الغسيل مع التجفيف 6 يورو خدمة ذاتية .
الملاحظة الوحيدة هي عدم توفر الدفع الإلكتروني للغسالة، لذلك يُفضل الاحتفاظ بعملة معدنية عند الحاجة لاستخدامها.

Ausblick war einfach super!Auto konnte man stehen lassen mit den Guest Mobility Ticket war man im Salzburger Land mit den Öffis super unterwegs.Tolle Idee!!! Schlafraum war extra. Es war sehr ruhig.
Wir hatten leider etwas Pech mit den Wetter.

Apartament czysty, ciepło, wszystkie potrzebne udogodnienia były ..narciarnia z możliwością suszenia butów, pralnia, możliwość parkowania bez żadnego problemu Wygodne łóżka, w części kuchennej wyposażenie umożliwiające przygotowanie i zjedzenie posiłków.. Zapas ręczników papierowych, kapsułek z kawą i płynu do kąpieli. Bardzo miłe powitanie- butelka proseco.
Mały minus. łazienka starego typu, ale czysta. Przydałaby się większą patelnia

Reviewed Dec 23, 2025Připravenost pokoje (čistota, praktické vybavení, zaslání kódu pro otevření dveří). Blízko nádraží a obchod (Spar). Bezproblémová přímá pěší cesta k lanovce/sjezdovce Stubnerkogelbahn po chodníku podchodem pod tratí a silnicí v lyžařských botech. Možnost využití lyžárny ve sklepě (stojany na lyže, ventilace, sušení lyžařských bot). Klidná a tichá oblast. Téměř nulový provoz na hlavní silnici (50 metrů) v noci. Noční nákladní vlaky (100m) jezdí tiše (nové koleje, odhlučnění, moderní vozidla, elektrický provoz).
V apartmánu číslo jedna jsem zjistil jen tyto drobné nedostatky: 1. Uvolněná/zkroucená obložka (futra) dveří koupelny neumožňuje uzavření těchto dveří. 2. velký hrnec na vaření má vypouklé dno (> 5 mm). Styk hrnce se sklokeramickou varnou deskou je minimální (obvodová kružnice). Nedochází vůbec k přechodu tepla. Není možné v něm vařit. 3. Vestavěná chladnička neposkytuje dostatečný chladicí výkon. Kompresor pracuje, termostat spíná, těsnění nepoškozené. Evidentně únik chladiva. V mrazicím prostoru sotva ztuhne máslo (odhaduji tak -2°C), chladicí prostor > 10°C. Ta lednice to má za sebou (přitom kvalitní značka). Hrnec je technický zmetek. Jedná se o drobné až úsměvné závady, které jistě pronajímatel/správce brzy odstraní k plné spokojenosti budoucích hostů.

Jediné, co nam vadilo, bylo ze prepazka na balkone je umistena tak ze do koupelny+wc jde videt oknem z balkonu sousedniho apartmanu. Televize nema ovladac, ale tu jsme nepotrebovali.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2024Clean and apparently just renovated appartment. Great location, grocery shop nearby and quiet even railway next to the appartment. Don't let the building fool you, even if it feels old the appartment itself is superb. Washing machines (laundery) are not in the appartments, but additional cost on the basement.
We felt quite weird that staff entered the appartment without knocking or other notice in the morning when we were still sleeping and later when we were sitting on the balcony (because the needed city tax we were about to pay before check-out).

Supermarket a stone's throw away. 5-minute walk to ski lifts and thermal baths. Good and affordable restaurants nearby as well. Easy communication with English-speaking and very welcoming and considerate host,
Took us some time to locate the entrance as there was no Bergblick signage and we arrived in the dark, but the host explained that proper signage was to be installed soon - they had just opened for business. Stairs only to access Appartement - but only because we had bulky luggage.
