Su ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca de la estación de bus, cerca del centro, había tiendas y restaurantes. Mati muy servicial.

Al departamento le hace falta mantenimiento, no tiene mosquiteras, las puertas no están bien selladas, por lo que entran diferentes bichos por debajo de ellas.

Departamento muy bien ubicado, completo y cómodo, tiene todas las instalaciones necesarias. El anfitrión muy bien predispuesto: hubo un mínimo inconveniente con el agua el primer día que solucionó rápida y efectivamente.

L'appartement est trés bien placé, à proximité de supermarchés, restaurants, du terminal de bus pour aller visiter les chutes. Matias est de bon conseil.

El departamento es muy lindo y bien decorado. La ubicación perfecta, a una cuadra de la estación de bus que te llevan a todos lados y a 3 cuadras del centro. Zona segura. El anfitrión nos ayudó con preguntas turísticas, siempre predispuesto.

Good location near bus station, close to supermarket. Lots of restaurants close by. Good information to see sunset at three nations corner.

We are on a 10-week trip through South America - and selected this accommodation because the booking sheet clearly said there was a washing machine - there was no washing machine!- not a problem if short stay. The host kindly took our washing and returned it the following day. But the sheet needs to be changed.

The apartment was spacious.

The place was very cold (April) and there was no heater besides the AC in the bedroom, which took a long time to actually warm up the bedroom. The AC was also very noisy. The checkin process was almost non existent and the owner was not really responsive. This meant that it was not explained how to turn on the boiler for hot water for example. While the area was said to be very safe, the door didn’t appear particularly sturdy (the handle was coming lose from the door itself) so I ended up leaving the place before the end of my planned stay.

El apartamento está bien, y está muy bien ubicado (muy cerca de la estación de autobuses) y en una zona tranquila. A destacar sobre todo la atención y la amabilidad del personal: Se han mostrado cercanos y con total disposición a aportar y ayudarnos durante nuestra estancia. Mil gracias!!

Es un departamento muy lindo, cómodo y bien ubicado. Fue funcional a lo que estábamos buscando, con la cocina bien equipada y cerca de la terminal de micros.

El departamento en si me pareció muy agradable, me sentía como en casa. La atención del anfitrión fue excepcional, posee una ubicación ideal para recorrer la ciudad e ir al parque.

property is locating 1 block away from the bus station, many restaurant are available around as well. Host is extremely helpful on recommending attractions at Iguazu and giving response promptly. well facilitated kitchen as well.

the water heater for shower was unplugged and i realised it until the 3rd night of my stay. it take 30 to 40 minutes to heat up the tank of water, a little bit inconvenient to stay late for a warm shower

Location is great (especially if you care for convenience), communication with Matias was chill (whatsapp made everything easy). Was granted an early check-in as well! All in all, quite good i’d say!

Noise - unfortunately there was a renovation happening on the building in front, meaning noise was on from quite early (7 am). Nothing that someone could do anything about i’d assume, but still.

The apartment is clean and spacious. The host is friendly. Good location, close to supermarket, restaurants and the bus terminal. We went to the restaurant La Rueda 1975 which is recommended by the host, and really liked it.

Convenient location. Apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The host gave great recommendations for local restaurants which was much appreciated. The O2 roof top bar and restaurant is excellent for sunset.

Great location- < 10 minute walk to bus station as well as restaurant area. Sofa bed mattress is serviceable. Separate bedroom quiet and comfortable. Good place for a quick visit to Iguazu Falls. Buses work well for visits to the Falls as well as airport. Table with 2 chairs outside to have a drink or eat was nice.

Millipedes came into the apartment every night and we had to bring them back out in the morning. We like to cook at the apartment some nights and the kitchen did not have a useable, safe chef knife. The knife is bent and not sharp. No kitchen towels, only paper towels. No mate straw. Construction was going on during our stay so not quiet from 0800-1830.

Excellent and convenient location - close to the supermarket, restaurants, shops, and bus terminal. The apartment was clean, spacious & comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay here. The host was very helpful and kind in answering our questions, met us at the apartment on our arrival, and even arranged a taxi for us on our departure.

Great location, close to the bus station to get the bus to falls & also close to plenty of restaurants. Spacious apartment spotlessly clean and quiet.

We contacted the owner by email what time we will arrive and he waited for us at the property. He explained to us in English very clearly and provided us lots of information how to get to the attractions.

The location was in the back courtyard of a quiet street. The apartment had high ceilings and a spacious feel to it. The air-conditioning worked beautifully. The kitchen was well appointed, and a good size. And literally a five minute walk from the bus station, made coming and going very easy. The host was helpful and kind. I highly recommend this place.
