The wellness area with saunas and an infinity pool overlooking the Alps is worth the trip. Plus the massage was good and the rose scrub outstanding. The staff are so nice and helpful too. The rooms are ok, nothing special but you don’t want to spend your time there anyway. The perfect place for a weekend getaway to spoil yourself.

The food was ok. It lacked flavor, but there is definitely a nice breakfast spread. Also the pillows could have been more comfortable, they were too stiff.

Einfach wirklich alles. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist genial umfangreich und qualitativ hochwertig. Der nachmittags Snack sehr gut und das Abendessen welches man aus 3-4 Menüs wählen kann sucht seines gleichen. Poolanlagen und Saunen sind tiptop!

Wellnessnutzung erst ab Zimmerbezug - kennt man heutzutage einfach anders Trotz Jungem Personal - wäre noch etwas mehr Motivation angebracht (sehr langsam, kein grüßen, kein schmäh)

אין מזגן לא ממש צריך אבל יכול להפריע למי שחייב אין ערכת קפה ותה

Die Wellnesslandschaft war ein Traum. Die Saunaaufgüsse haben uns viel Spaß gemacht. Obwohl das Hotel auagebucht war, waren immer genug Liegen verfügbar und es war sehr angenehm warm im ganzen Hotel. Das Essen war auch ausgezeichnet.

Das Frühstückbuffet war einmalig und für alle etwas dabei. Egal ob Pikantes oder Süßes, es ist für jeden Gaumen etwas dabei. Das Buffet ist einmalig und schön aufgestellt, so das man sich mit anderen Gästen nicht im Wege steht. Das Service war immer Hilfsbereit und kümmerten sich einmalig um ihre Gäste. Vom Abendessen müssen wir nicht schreiben, den wenn ich daran denke bekomme ich wieder einen Appetit. Traumhaftes Service die auf unsere Bedürfnisse eingehen und abschließen die Bar. Das Personal ist immer bemüht, da muss man ein Lob aussprechen. Der SPA - Bereich ist sehr gut, vor allem die Weitblicksauna mit Saunameister die wirklich einmalig sind und die Leute zum schwitzen bringen. Die Zimmer waren sehr gut und Komfortabel.

The staff were very kind, especially the owner, who was friendly and open. The hotel and its location are just like in the pictures — a beautiful area with plenty of hiking trails nearby.

Ruhebereich ist nett, kleines Spielzimmer

Die Pools waren leider kalt, man konnte nur kurz rein, danach wurde es kalt. Kein Kinderpool Essen war ok aber nicht wow, Nachspeisen sind sicher schon länger gestanden in der Küche

Super aufmerksames und freundliches Personal, sehr schöner Wellnessbereich, vom Infity Pool hatte man eine tolle Aussicht und das Essen war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet

Wenn die beiden Pools noch 3-5 Grad mehr hätten und im Spa Bereich noch Spender mit Bodylotion montiert wären, wäre alles perfekt ;)

Toller Betrieb. Von den Chefleuten bis zu den Lehrlingen, freundlich, zuvorkommend und kompetent. Wellnessbereich und Kulinarik absolut toll.

Schöner ruhiger Wellnessbereich, schöne Pools, Wassertemperatur genau richtig. Genügend (zumindest wochentags) sehr bequeme Liegen und Ruheinseln. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, wunderbares AE, toll auch die Möglichkeit eines Mittags Snacks. Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht - sehr viele junge Lehrlinge.

Zimmer im alten Teil war okay, einzig die Dachschräge brachte sich einige Male in Erinnerung. Hier wäre eine farbliche Markierung/Kennzeichnung von Vorteil.

Ausblick von den Spa Ruheräumen & Infinity Pool auf die Hauptstraße/Parkplatz, dadurch auch Verkehrslärm, Dampfbad zu kalt, alles nicht besonders herzlich, …

Die Lage des Hauses ansonsten die Erscheinung nach außen ist eher dürftig

Preis Leistung sind nicht stimmig, da gibt es bessere Hotels zu einem günstigen Preis

The property was amazing and the staff went above and beyond. The Pools and saunas were great and we had fantastic massages. The food was incredible.

We came for the F1 race so we were driving daily to that and the roads were very windy so hard if anyone gets car sick.

Beautiful spa and pool area, tasty food, clean spacious rooms.

The hotel’s location is perfect for hiking. The view from the balcony of the room is breathtaking, the food is very delicious (local and fresh) and the spa is amazing, especially the saunashows performed by Maxi and Bala. The whole staff is friendly and very helpful.

The mattress of the bed was too soft for us. The village has a tradition of ‘firing canons’ on Easter Sunday from 6 am until 9 am. Unfortunately we were only informed about this old tradition a night before Easter Sunday. This is worth knowing before planning the time of your stay, especially if someone travels with a dog. Our dog was in constant fear for 3 hours.

The breakfast and dinner were magnificent, excellent quality food and service for the value. Very comfortable SPA with multiple options.

Our window was looking into the backyard of the kitchen, which resulted some noise (with open window) between 21-23 and in the early morning.

Lovely family business in a magical location. The food was incredible and the breakfast was the best we’ve ever had at a hotel!

With the rising temperatures the hotel really should consider installing air conditioning. We barely slept for two nights when the weather reached 34 during the day.

Super friendly staff. Amazing facilities and view, the pictures don’t do it justice! My partner and I stayed here for the Austrian Grand Prix, and although being quite far from Spielberg, it was worth every penny. The spa and pools were so relaxing, perfect to wind down after driving 3 hours a day and watching F1 in the sun. What really exceeded my expectations was the food! We paid for the breakfast and dinner in advance, and didn’t expect much. However, we were both in awe of how fantastic the meals were each day. The dinner included 5 courses: starter, soup, salad, main, and dessert! I would honestly say the food was Michelin star quality, every day we were served with incredible meals - there was nothing I disliked even a bit. We would love to go back to Austria just to stay here again. 100% recommend.

I wish we’d booked a room with a balcony so we could have an even better view.

Beautiful top of a mountain views. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent spa,infinity pool a must stunning views.

WiFi signal was poor. I needed it for the babyphone so we can watch how our baby sleeps. I can imagine also if someone needs to work, can have some issues.

Amazing breakfast, comfortable bed.Beautiful swimming pools and hotel surroundings. Thank you for your service and attention.
