Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Friendly breakfast staff and the lady at the front desk. They were super nice and smiley.
The younger guy at the front desk isn't welcoming and checked us in with earphones in. Later I went back to the front desk and he probably had the music so loud he couldn't hear me talking to him. I had to wave a hand infront of his face to make him realize I was standing there. The cleanliness is really poor. Dust and hair everywhere in the room. Water damage on the walls and lamp. Ripped towels and bed linen with stains on them. Additionally the bed doesn't have a protector between the mattress and the sheet, the first time I've seen that in a hotel since it's pretty unhygienic.
