Reviewed Aug 31, 2025Läget är fantastiskt, nära havet och lugnt. Rummen är fina och välstädade. Det finns många toaletter. Terrassen är en av de bästa ställena. Många platser att sitta på och sköna soffor. Det gemensamma köket är välsorterat.

Frühstück sehr spät (am Wochenende erst ab 9 Uhr) und zwar qualitativ hochwertig, aber auch sehr übersichtlich. Die sehr spezielle Ausstattung von Zimmer und Gemeinschaftsräumen ist Geschmackssache.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2025Man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Das Haus selben, die gute ausgestattete Küche und der Aufenthaltsraum sind sehr einladend. Die gesamte Einrichtung ist etwas "verplüscht" aber das fanden wir gut. Da es viel geregnet hatte wurden Kerzen im Kamin angezündet, sodass es im Eingangsbereich eine heimeligie Atmosphäre gab. Sehr schön ist auch die sehr gepflegte umlaufende Veranda, wo man in vielen sauberen Loungemöbeln einfach nur entspannen kann (auch bei Regen). Die Zimmer haben TV und ein eigenes Wachbecken, was sehr komfortabel ist. Die Gemeinschafts WC sind ausreichend vorhanden und sauber. Es gibt einen großen Gartenaussenbereich (konnten wir leider nicht nutzen). Der sah aber sehr einladend aus. Die kurze Strecke zum Badestrand ist perfekt. Der Ort selber ist klein, hat einen Supermarkt, aber nicht viel Entertainment.
Der Ort selber ist sehr ruhig, es gibt nur wenige Restaurants. Am Jachthafen gibt es ein paar Eisbuden. (Das war nicht wirklich negativ, sollte man aber bedenken)

Reviewed Aug 28, 2024The breakfast foods did not come from ICA. The cheese, meats, bread, and fruit spreads probably came from a gourmet food store or from a farm boutique. Good stuff. The egg and yogurt w/ museli are served at your table by request. Not your ordinary Vandrarhem
I loved the rich decor. But my wife thought it overdone.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2024Quirky hostel accommodation, near to the beach. Very secure bike storage. Plentiful common seating areas, inside and outside.
Shared bathrooms worked surprisingly well. Breakfast was poor by standards of other hotels and hostels in Sweden.

Interior: red, black, gold and brown. A little bit confusing in this area. Is the place a former nursing home maybe? Bed linens and Breakfast not included.

Reviewed Jul 31, 2022Cozy house and rooms! Nice staff, clean, lot of place to sit and eat outside. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, freezer and so on.
Great place to stay! Only thing challenging was avoiding lamps hanging down a little too low from the ceiling-if you are a tall person😁.
