Reviewed Sep 1, 2026ABSOLUTELY LOVED this hidden gem, tucked into the hills from the main road with sweet cows living their best life. Staff were super friendly. Sharing the separate bathroom and shower was easy (I actually never saw other guests) and there is a sink in the room. Short drive to Steffisburg. Great value!
Everything was perfect!

Reviewed Sep 1, 2024Breakfast was superb with the most delicious local yoghurt and milk I ever tasted. The welcome was humorous and warm. This is a favourite venue for locals and the restaurant has a great menu and wine list and is deservedly busy. A lovely family-run traditional place reaching very high standards at amazing value for money
